18/06/2025: I was there this morning, the brioche was very good but I was really shocked by the rudeness of the girl who replaces Cristina, I had already had the opportunity to see it and I had also heard about it. I basically went to pay and she asked me if I paid for everything, I told her yes, she gave me the bill and when I went out I checked and saw that she had added to the bill the 2 cappuccinos that 5 minutes before a friend of ours had gone to pay for himself, I went back in, I asked her if she remembered this person because I didn't want her to think I was ripping her off, she didn't even listen to me, she got angry saying that I was the one who had to tell her what we had and that she didn't know if they had paid for the cappuccinos because there were 100 of us, actually there were 7 of us! I described the gentleman to her but she talked over me! There weren't many people and she remembered all our drinks very well but not that they had paid for 2 cappuccinos 5 minutes before??? Come on! And in any case a little calm and good manners wouldn't hurt!

30/09/2025: Good food, very fair prices, and attentive service. The waiter was truly kind and helpful. I highly recommend the mixed appetizers, which were delicious and very filling.

10/10/2025: I had a guest from Sicily, and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant, knowing I'd make a great impression. The atmosphere was informal, the owners were very friendly, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. We all had appetizers (there were 4 of us), especially the mantis shrimp, cannelli, and canestrelli, and they were excellent. I'd give the manfrigoli a 10, as well as the braised octopus on a bed of cannellini beans, which my son still raves about a week later. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: Very tasty fish cuisine, with dishes you can't find everywhere. Right on the fishing harbor. The seating is lovely on the second floor, on a roof terrace. Friendly service, reasonable prices. A good 10-minute walk from Marina Centro, but well worth it.

13/10/2025: Great location, a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Naples. Delicious dishes, small portions but very, very tasty. The service was exceptionally friendly.

12/10/2025: Rather over priced. We were served very tough octopus but only got a half hearted apology. Dishes are generally not as described and clearly unbalanced.

22/06/2025: En nuestra primera noche en Milán, estábamos buscando un lugar bajo - clave para comer y nos recomendaron probar Aum Aumma. El restaurante estaba decorado con buen gusto, y estábamos sentados enseguida. El personal era increíblemente amable y servicial, especialmente en ayudarnos con nuestro pedido a pesar de la barrera del idioma. Probamos algunas pizzas diferentes y nos sorprendió gratamente por sus sabores únicos. La masa era crujiente y delicioso, y los ingredientes eran definitivamente de primera calidad. Recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera que busque una experiencia gastronómica relajada lejos de los lugares turísticos típicos.

04/11/2025: Table of 2 adults 2 children, welcomed into the establishment by a friendly lady and seated in the back near the bar area, the restaurant filled up quickly after we had been seated, was a really good atmosphere. Our waiter was very helpful and explained several things to us and accommodated 1 of the dishes to suit 1 of our children. The food was well presented and all pleased with what we ate, very good quality dishes. The Limoncello Spritz was very nice. The Vietnamese dessert we had at the end of the meal was possibly the nicest dessert we had eaten the whole week we spent in Peschiera 5/5!!

02/11/2025: Excellent place! Spectacular food! Typical, delicious! We had a mixed appetizer to share and the beef medallion with Taleggio cheese and Oltrepò truffles. It was an exquisite, well-balanced dish, with an intense flavor but not too heavy, just the right amount. We had dinner as two adults with a 3-year-old who devoured his dish. They were very kind in offering a simple yet tasty alternative for the child. The staff was attentive, kind, and fast. The place is very nice, welcoming, with an informal atmosphere but with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: What a disappointment! A very quaint place. We started with a good appetizer, but then waited 40 minutes for the fried river fish, which turned out to be a disappointment. The trout and shrimp were good, but the frogs (dry) and bleak were inedible. When we told the waitress, she made excuses like "our frogs are like that" and "the fish is fresh." The third diner ate a very salty risotto 20 minutes later, an hour after our appetizer. We weren't apologized, and we weren't offered coffee. Huge disappointment!

05/10/2025: Highly recommend this place for its pasta - here you’ll find great value for money. We ordered fresh fettuccine with seafood as well as linguine with red prawn - both were incredible and exceeded our expectations. The waiters were kind and professional and even helped me surprise my guy with a tiramisu for his birthday. Grazie mille!

11/11/2025: A lovely, cozy little place I discovered by chance, but I already know it'll become a regular! In addition to pizza and traditional Piedmontese cuisine, this restaurant offers some Sardinian specialties like culurgiones, which I found exceptional. I also enjoyed excellent cured meats and cheeses, and a delicious Cannonau. 🍷 The place is beautifully decorated and the owners are very kind. Fast service and unbeatable value. See you soon!

14/09/2025: Recently visited this charming little bar located conveniently near the University of Messina. As expected for the area, you'll find plenty of students frequenting this spot, creating a lively academic atmosphere. Space & Seating: The bar is quite compact with limited seating, so if you're planning to visit with a larger group, I'd recommend arriving early or being prepared to wait. During daytime hours, the outdoor seating can get quite sunny, making indoor spots more comfortable. Service & Staff: The service was pleasant, with friendly male and female bartenders who were professional and accommodating throughout my visit. I ordered the Crema di Caffè with Panna, which offered good value for money in terms of both quality and portion size. While it was enjoyable and reasonably priced, I wouldn't say it's the absolute best Crema di Caffè you'll find in Messina – but certainly worth trying. Overall: A decent neighborhood spot that's definitely worth a try if you're walking through this area of Messina. While it has some limitations in terms of space and the sweetness level of certain items, the friendly service and reasonable prices make it a solid choice for a quick coffee break, especially if you're in the university district. Recommended for: Students, coffee lovers, quick stops, solo visits

24/07/2025: It was a pleasure to calm down during a hot day in Messina. Nice barman served me tasty kind of espresso with ice-cream. Delicious and for a good price. Grazie. 😘

03/07/2025: We entered. We waited. We left. No one even glanced at us. I understand that they had work but at least a hello. In response to their response. We were in no hurry and we were not looking for fast food. The staff, despite having seen us, did not pay any attention to us, welcoming in a very "different" way other regular customers who evidently knew them. However, a good morning or a response can be given even in times of great affluence.

01/07/2025: Good restaurant. The rooms need to be reviewed. The corridor between the floors is dark, not the best in terms of security either. The first room assigned looked like an ashtray. In the second room the air conditioner, rather dated, only cooled to the maximum. The noise was also at maximum... A sore point was the breakfast room, where the air conditioning was not turned on. With the windows open, outside temperature of 28 degrees and 90% humidity, after breakfast a second shower was needed. In response to the response from the Locanda: Ad Majora!
