04/07/2025: This is a place my wife and I went to in 2023 for our honeymoon and have thought about coming back to constantly. I took a picture of our food here, forgot to save the places name, and therefore spent over an hour scouring images of restaurants just to find this place and come back! And I was successful! The service is so friendly, and it truly feels like a place where you only see the locals go, and they know what’s up. They seem to change the menu frequently, but if you get lucky enough to have the octopus as a started, then go buy a lotto ticket. The gnocchi were literally the softest we have ever had in our two trips through Italy. I don’t mean like soft and gummy like- I mean soft like you are cutting into ?pillows? Kind of texture??? The sauces are perfectly seasoned, and the portion for the prices seem really fair for the quality and freshness of the ingredients

24/07/2025: The pizza was average — the dough was dry and had too much flour on it, which made it less enjoyable. Drinks were fine, and prices seemed reasonable at first, but the €75 bill included an outrageous €18 service charge, which felt excessive. That said, the waitress was kind and friendly. Overall, the experience didn’t match the cost. Watch out with the scam with service charge.

22/07/2025: Highly appreciated. A very unique restaurant with beautiful rooms. The outdoor dining area is a gem. The staff, and I believe the owner, are true professionals in the sector. Friendly welcome. Excellent quality products. Offers a wide selection and different combinations. A lovely, relaxed evening. Prices are reasonable.

25/04/2025: Possibly the best coffee I've ever had (and I drink a lot of coffee). Manual espresso, extracted to perfection. Cappuccino is incredible. No frills, to the point; perfect.

25/07/2025: Four Seasons Pizza; overcooked and the dough was rubbery. It wasn't a good pizza. Caprese: flavorless tomato sauce and the mozzarella, which on the English menu is translated as "burrata," was just any old packet mozzarella, not at all good. Risotto: microwave-hot. Nothing special. Service: We waited just long enough, and they were already well into service with everyone served. The climax came when I asked for a glass of tap water for the little girl and they replied, "By law, we can't give her that because she might get sick from the tap water..." A disgrace. A slap in the face to kindness and ecology.

17/07/2025: La comida estaba bien, pero el personal no era amable en absoluto. No es un buen ambiente en el lugar y se sentía muy desagradable. El filete estaba cargado por el peso y el solomillo tenía un hueso masivo en él, así que yo diría que pagó mucho más de lo que debería haber pagado. El cuchillo estaba afilado así que luchó para cortar el filete. Nadie preguntó cómo estaba la comida, ya que no parecían interesados. ¡No volverás!

15/07/2025: Evite este restaurante, hay tantos buenos restaurantes en Venecia desafortunadamente este no es uno de ellos. Sí, es una buena ubicación, pero el servicio es horrible, platos pedidos que nunca llegaron a pesar de perseguir 3 veces. Comida devuelta tan no cocinada como se pidió. Inodoros no limpios. Terrible experiencia de tal vergüenza cuando solo estás en Venecia durante unos días.

13/07/2025: Ombra del Leone is a restaurant that seems promising at first, but after waiting an hour for the food, they bring out the main course before the appetizers. The food is poorly prepared or overly seasoned. With so many restaurant options in Venice, I recommend choosing somewhere else and not wasting your time here.

17/07/2025: Fantastico, numero uno l'accoglienza della famiglia errera e il giro in barca con il mitico Gerardo e che ci ha mostrato i luoghi nascosti di Linosa, quelli che solo gli isolani conoscono. Vivamente consigliato. Anche lenticchie e capperi in vendita sulla barca di Gerardo.

11/07/2025: Fai la classica escursione a linosa di un giorno accolti dalla cordialità degli Errera tra la escursione via mare del mattino tra calette di acqua verde su roccia nera e la escursione via terra del pomeriggio e ti ritrovi nel mezzo a pasteggiare in un ristorante dove l’unico difetto è non avere il tempo materiale di assaggiare tutte le pietanze . Esperienza unica tra escursioni e cibo… da ritornare magari sostando anche più giorni per godere con più calme dell isola . A pretto spero !

The service was professional and friendly, although a little formal at times. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, perfect for a special evening. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the menu could be a little more varied and innovative. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience in an elegant setting!"

04/07/2025: Excellent pizzeria, the place looks good to the eye, well organized, clean and tidy. The pizza has a good dough and is easily digestible. The service is prompt and friendly. The prices are average. Recommended, well done!!
