25/07/2025: Excellent hotel with a strategic location, at the entrance to the excavations. The restaurant and pizzeria are very good.

24/07/2025: The hotel is in an excellent location, directly opposite the entrance to the Pompeii archaeological park on the amphitheater side. With ample private parking and an excellent pizza restaurant, it's very comfortable. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. I found the room to be very spacious, clean, modernly furnished, and quiet. The on-site parking is a valuable feature, as all the parking lots in the area are paid. This gives you plenty of time to explore the excavations in complete tranquility. I recommend a visit to the hotel's pizza restaurant, where I recommend the excellent deconstructed cheesecake. In conclusion, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

06/10/2025: We saw this place and were intrigued by the name, "GIARDINO MAGICO," so we wanted to try it. The place is beautiful; the surrounding garden is filled with colored lights, creating a fairytale atmosphere. Not to mention the quality of the products is excellent. We ordered pizzas; the dough was soft, light, and easy to digest, the ingredients were top-quality, and finally, a spectacular berry cheesecake! I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations: smaller portions and prices that didn't justify the quality, service, and menu. It's a real shame, and some items on the menu weren't available; I hope it was just a coincidence. Also, for those with gluten and lactose intolerance, the first waiters didn't know if the meat was marinated in milk. I hope it can improve from here.

19/10/2025: The restaurant itself is really excellent with many varieties of fish, and they also serve large portions of food. The place is very beautiful with a blue marble floor and its location facing the sea creates a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are very polite.

All portions are small, of course, but it's still very difficult to finish. I highly recommend it. Water and wine are included in the price, as is the sorbet! No coffee or dessert. The atmosphere is very busy, but not to be missed! Also great for small groups.

As soon as you enter, there's a large table full of fabulous appetizers, including a wide variety of vegetables: asparagus, delicious and sweet baked pumpkin, peperonata (a spicy dish of peppers), eggplant mushrooms, zucchini, green beans, boiled potatoes, grilled tomatoes, but also cured meats, frittatina (fried omelette), small soft goat cheeses, giant green Cerignola olives, baby artichokes in oil, anchovies—in short, a veritable feast of delicacies, and you can help yourself, choosing whatever you like. A lovely way to start! Then there are many typical Ferrarese dishes, such as pumpkin tortellacci with butter and sage, as well as tagliatelle or pappardelle, with chanterelles or porcini mushrooms in season, and eggplant parmigiana—in short, a truly extensive menu. The desserts are also very good, including the truly exquisite Sicilian cassata. Extensive wine list. Friendly and attentive service. The restaurant is located on a wonderful, quiet cobblestone street lined with flowering trees and beautiful old houses, just steps from the famous Palazzo dei Diamanti, which often hosts prestigious art exhibitions.

20/09/2025: We had dinner this evening and, unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The food was average, nothing to justify the prices, which were truly excessive for what was offered. But what most impacted the overall rating was the service: in particular, a waiter with a goatee was arrogant and presumptuous, with an unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but between the unmemorable food quality, the exorbitant prices, and such unpleasant service, I don't think we'll be back.
