23/04/2025: We had a unique experience! My father's birthday will be a wonderful memory, the food was delicious, all fresh, prepared to perfection and balanced in taste! and the girls who work at the restaurant left us speechless, very kind, ready to accommodate our every extravagant request, always present and with a smile! They made us feel at home, despite the high-end restaurant. Thanks again for everything girls. Until next time.

26/07/2025: Excellent and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable for the food, especially the fish. We returned the next evening because the selection was varied and the food was well prepared.

11/07/2025: We were staying at the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf and the bellman suggested this restaurant. It was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and we saw a couple of other restaurants on the way but were very glad we went here. Everything was good and rhe service was prompt and professional.

03/07/2025: We entered. We waited. We left. No one gave us even a glance. I understand that they had work but at least a hello. In response to their response. We were in no hurry and we were not looking for fast food. The staff, despite having seen us, did not pay attention to us, welcoming in a very "different" way other regular customers who evidently knew them. However, a good morning or a response can be given even in times of great affluence.

01/07/2025: Good restaurant. The rooms need to be reviewed. The corridor between the floors is dark, not the best in terms of security either. The first room assigned looked like an ashtray. In the second room the air conditioner, rather dated, only cooled to the maximum. The noise was also at maximum... A sore point was the breakfast room, where the air conditioning was not turned on. With the windows open, outside temperature of 28 degrees and 90% humidity, after breakfast a second shower was needed. In response to the response from the Locanda: Ad Majora!

30/06/2025: The worst carbonara in all of Italy. Service was good, food came quickly.

27/06/2025: We have been coming to Lake Garda for years and this is the place where we have eaten best so far, excellent hot and cold starter, the soup in the centre rated 10+, the gnocchi with swordfish were also excellent 10, scoglio 9 compliments to the chef and whoever prepared them

04/07/2025: It was very delicious! I had the ravioli and my husband had the Bigoli fatti in casa al ragù d’anatra and they were both amazing and very flavorful. The service was fantastic. We definitely recommend dining here.

21/06/2025: The pistachio gnocchi is a must have - it's perfectly rich and creamy and makes for a very enjoyable dish as a whole, particularly if you aren't feeling especially hungry as it isn't especially large. A very nice place overall, I recommend.

19/07/2025: The hotel looks beautiful at first glance, especially the pool area. Unfortunately, the plumbing in the room hasn't been working for three days – just cold, dripping water. Showering or personal hygiene is practically impossible, which is especially stressful with a small child. We've approached the equally friendly staff several times, but they always just say, "It will be fixed in three hours." Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Our child slipped in the shower because of the shock of the cold water. We're staying for two more days and hope to be able to shower at least once. Considering the high price of the room, this is very disappointing. It's a shame, because the hotel really has potential.

19/07/2025: A perfect location for those who need to unplug and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. The property offers spacious, tastefully furnished rooms with large, elegant bathrooms (all very clean and well-maintained). Outside, surrounded by greenery, there's a splendid swimming pool with bar service and all the comforts you could wish for. The staff is helpful, professional, and ready to meet your every need. A relaxing and very pleasant experience for the whole family. Highly recommended.

22/06/2025: Great view of the Aragonese castle at sunset. The fish with orange sauce was delicious. Each oyster was 5 euros, they were very fresh, but small😊 Beautiful waiters, you will be greeted by the owner. The atmosphere is elegant, for gourmets

20/07/2025: Siamo stati a mangiare ieri sera io, il mio compagno e una coppia di amici( lei in gravidanza) . Sono stati molto disponibili a soddisfare le esigenze della mia amica. Si mangia molto bene anche se i prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media ma adatti al contesto dove ci si trova. Nel cuore di Varese, lontano dalle macchine con una bella parte esterna coperta. Cibo ottimo, a partire dalle loro famose orecchie d’elefante farcite. Il menù è vario e spazia da carne a qualche proposta di pesce. Dolci freschi di loro produzione. Il personale cordiale e non il solito con poco personale dove non ti calcolano. Sempre disponibili alle esigenze del cliente. Ci torno spesso e volentieri

20/07/2025: I recently went for dinner, there were four of us. This place is known for its excellent cutlets, which, as usual, lived up to expectations. I tried the roast beef for a change, and I must say it was excellent, and the price was in line with the quality of the meat. Really excellent and attentive service, with many waiters and a great attention to detail. Off-the-menu offerings, and I'd say the first courses were excellent. The meat, although the cut was delicious, was a little on the expensive side. Overall, definitely a place to return to to finish off the full selection of orecchiette and orecchiette in various variations.

10/07/2025: Pino and Valentina have been super kind and friendly, the food excellent and traditional Piedmontese!! Great Or as the Italians say: Optimo!!

03/07/2025: The food was not tasty at all. We ordered a dish of rabbit and tomato pasta, it took a long time for the food to arrive. The dishes were not tasty, the pasta was the most miserable and tasteless I have ever eaten in my entire life, the rabbit was tough and there was very little meat. I also ordered a salad and of course it did not arrive. Not recommended at all.

30/05/2025: Excellent location, fine and refined. Excellent quality food with a wide range of products. Very qualified, professional and serious staff but also friendly and super helpful (especially Mrs. Stefania)

30/05/2025: High-level restaurant, fantastic staff, special mention for Stefania who assists with every request and for the Thursday aperitif after work full of people. I will gladly return

03/07/2025: There were 11 of us. They had room, but they didn't want to push tables together. Some of us had to sit separately inside. The grilled vegetables on one pizza were burnt and uneatable. The server commented: "It happens!" One pizza wasn't cooked through. Disappointing all in all!

01/07/2025: The food was delicious, we had a seafood salad, risotto and pizza. Everything was amazing. The staff was very nice, almost all the tables were occupied, many people booked their seats in advance. We managed to get there without a reservation 🙂

25/07/2025: A garden restaurant, a privileged spot for a quiet dinner. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, varied cuisine, including both fish and meat. We already knew the place, and it lived up to expectations.
