30/09/2025: A disappointing experience. The appetizers and first courses were completely flavorless, while the desserts were disappointing to say the least. The staff, while kind and courteous, often seemed awkward. Unfortunately, my expectations were completely disappointed. A sincere piece of advice: avoid this place; the prices are exorbitant and are in no way justified by the quality, which is decidedly below average.

21/09/2025: NO, IF THERE ARE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, THEY DON'T ACCOMODATE! I have specific dietary needs and just wanted to ask for a custom pizza with ingredients from the pizza menu, not just ones I'd made up randomly. The waitress didn't even let me finish speaking; when she realized I was asking for a customization, she told me they couldn't do it. So I settled for a vegetarian option with four pieces of vegetables in total, even raw ones. They made another mistake at the table, the fries were bland, and the service was slow and overly intimate (the waitress even grabbed us as a joke). 2 stars because they welcome dogs and have room for children.

09/09/2025: We celebrated my grandfather's 90th birthday at I Meloncini restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The organization was impeccable, with attention to every detail. Special thanks to Joseph and Giovanni, the absolute best: they made us feel at home, with truly rare professionalism and hospitality. The food was excellent, from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation, everything was perfect. A restaurant that combines hospitality, quality, and customer service: we couldn't have chosen a better place for such a special occasion!

14/10/2025: We had mortadella pinsa, truffle pasta and gnocchi which were delicious and well filled! The service is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

02/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, typical Sicilian cuisine, lots of local customers. The service is professional and friendly, sometimes a little slow when they have large groups. We have dined there several times, always very satisfied with our meals (risottos, pasta, seafood); in our opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in the area.

31/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ate divinely at Egesta Mare! Michele and Salvatore, two brothers (one in the dining room and the other in the kitchen), truly know how to make you feel at home, treating you with kid gloves and always with a smile. 🌞 When a good bond is formed, a complimentary glass of amaro or an extra portion of their signature dishes is always a must... small gestures that make all the difference and express their passion for Sicilian hospitality. I stayed in Castellammare for five days and returned to dinner there five times: every night was an unforgettable experience, the best of my entire Sicilian tour! 🇮🇹🍋 Memorable dishes: the Black Widow, the Sicilian cassata, the busiate, the XL cannoli, and the best caponata I've ever tasted. Everything was perfect, from the first bite to the last toast. Finding a restaurant like this was a true luxury for my family and I and made our stay in Sicily even more special. 24/08/2025: An old-fashioned pizzeria that creates memories. Simple, old, hidden, but a true pizzeria. The exceptional pizza was a surprise.

05/10/2025: A REALLY DISPLEASANT PERSON, INDIFFERENCE, AND UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY/PRICE We booked a table for four in the morning. We entered and were seated at a table next to the wide-open front door, with a small screen next to it (which mattered practically nothing, since all the customers near us were dining in their jackets). Once seated, the first thing we asked was if they could close the door because it was 17 degrees outside and very cold inside. The waitress's response was: "WE CAN'T ASK FOR THE DOOR BECAUSE WE HAVE TO COME IN AND OUT TO SERVE CUSTOMERS ON THE VERANDA." So, since they don't have a service door, we were all condemned to eating in the cold (with numerous complaints from all the customers). We ordered 1 water, 1 beer, and a Coke (NO WINE) and: 1 ossobuco risotto, 3 portions of crescentine with cured meats, pickles, and squacquerone (the crescentine alone cost €60.00, plus €10.00 for cheese, and they were also meager, and the cured meats weren't even very good). But the biggest surprise was the ossobuco risotto: A VERY SIMPLE SAFFRON RISOTTO WITH A LITTLE KNIFE-CUT BRAISED BEEF (WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN ANY KIND OF MEAT SINCE IT WAS ALL MINCED). But the whole ossobuco with its marrow (a fundamental part of ossobuco risotto because the marrow must be mixed with the risotto, which offers a wonderful flavor) was not even a hint. When I asked for ossobuco and marrow, the waitress told me that they had run out of marrow, so I had to do without. The only truly good thing at a reasonable price were the excellent desserts (the mango ice cream was excellent). ICING ON THE CAKE: for 4 of us, without wine (because we are teetotalers), 3 portions of crescentine and a saffron risotto WITHOUT THE OSSOBUCO TOTAL BILL... €146.00, INCLUDING €16 FOR COVER CHARGE (FURTHERMORE, WITHOUT A TABLECLOTH AND WITH THE CUTLERY PLACED ON THE WOODEN TABLE). I judge as a professional restaurateur because I built and created a restaurant in the heart of Bologna that in 11 years has received several very important awards, so I would like to say to these amateurs, as a professional in the sector that for them this is the restaurant industry, they still have a lot to learn about how to treat customers and above all about cooking methods and the quality of the products in relation to the price.

27/10/2025: I ordered a pizza to have delivered to my workplace. Besides being friendly on the phone and on-time with the delivery, I also ate a DELICIOUS pizza. Kudos to Notte e Dí. What more can I say? It's a historic pizzeria on the edge of Verona, and it's never disappointed me.

20/10/2025: The food and service were amazing! We had a little of everything, and they even made a combination antipasto for us that was beyond fantastic. I am at a loss for words on how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the area. This place is a must visit, but make sure to make a reservation!

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't like this place at all. Worst pizza on our trip to Italy. What we had on our plate had nothing to do with a typical Italian pizza. The ambiance was definitely cozier and more authentic before the renovation. Apparently, no one cared that we were visibly dissatisfied. Poor value for money.

08/11/2025: Molto buono! The lasagna was a bit different but it was amazingly good. As well as the steak. The chef and staff are very accommodating. They even cooked something for my 20month old baby to enjoy. I love that they have a baby station inside the bathroom which makes it easier for moms to change their babies' while visiting the beautiful San Gimignano. Worth taking a reservation here!

08/11/2025: A classic village tavern. Unfortunately, prices are in line with inflation. The food isn't bad; I especially recommend the first courses. We weren't entirely impressed with the cheeses.

02/11/2025: A very welcoming, family-friendly venue, meticulously curated down to the smallest details, in the historic center of Lecce. A place where you can breathe in the history of the place, upon entering you are immediately greeted by a highly respected wine cellar and by Francesco, who takes guests on a journey of flavors and aromas from another era, always remaining very contemporary. From here, it begins with Chef Aldo, who guides his guests through a range of traditional local dishes, dishes from other regions, and seafood, preserving the culture in both craftsmanship and raw materials. Highly recommended for all audiences.

11/10/2025: We had a quick lunch here. I wanted to try the « fave e cicorie» as it’s supposed to be a traditional dish of the area. It was lovely and creamy. We enjoyed some nice cool beers and the staff were very friendly. Apparently they are new owners and I think they should be encouraged. It was slightly out of the main tourist centre on a quiet but attractive street. We ate outside so I’m not sure what the interior of the restaurant is like.

27/09/2025: As an expert reviewer and member of AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), we returned to this Roman restaurant at the suggestion of a friend. We probably found the kitchen and staff having a bad day... the restaurant was packed! But let's start with the drinks: the wine list is good, but there's only one red and two white wines by the glass... honestly, a limited selection. I understand that they want to push customers to buy a bottle, but in today's context, to save their driving license, it would be better to expand the selection! Wine was poured at the bar and not at the table without presenting the bottle. A friend asked for a beer and there was no choice, only draft lager and no bottles. The food: Jewish-style artichokes that had little of the original recipe, I would call them assassin-style artichokes... they were dry and overcooked, probably fried in the fryer, and tasted of fish (a friend with a fish allergy asked if the French fries were cooked and not contaminated by fish, the answer was no, so I assume the same oil was used for everything). However, apart from the heart of the artichoke, the rest should be discarded because it was dry. We ordered the first courses, two people ordered the carbonara and the feedback was positive, while I and two other friends ordered the cacio e pepe... definitely a terrible dish, which all three found to be reheated and without the necessary cream, the cheese had clumps and the pasta was overcooked... I left about 70% on the plate, a friend ate it all and his wife left 50%, I called the owner to tell her about the failed dish, she replied that I should have told her about the problem immediately, but she would have remade the dishes for me, I replied that it wasn't the case... but another cacio e pepe was forcibly prepared... perhaps they were afraid that I didn't want to pay for it, another friend who lived in Rome wanted to eat it, but after one bite he left it all there!! Asserting that in his opinion, but also in my opinion, the pasta undergoes pre-cooking... at this point we no longer order anything and ask for the bill, where we find an error in the table settings: we booked for 8 and were charged 9, a venial sin that was remedied immediately, but the bill didn't go smoothly either!! If I were the owner, I wouldn't have charged for the dish and would have tried to keep the customers... I understand that in Peschiera del Garda the turnover of tourists is considerable, therefore, especially in the summer months, there is no shortage of customers!! However, catering done with passion, with the aim of satisfying the customer, is not this!!

07/11/2025: Tried it on the recommendation of a dear friend, and I must say it was a total hit. The atmosphere is elegant and the service is attentive. The owner, Amgelo, makes you feel at home. The raw fish is delicious, and the main courses are also excellent. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!
