07/06/2025: Easy to access with excellent parking near the rooms surrounded by greenery and with well-kept spaces. Excellent accommodations that are comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a good stay. Good quality and price and the restaurant is definitely worth trying

22/06/2025: I'm honestly shocked at how we were treated at this restaurant. We arrived as a party of two and, yes, it was busy — but there were still several tables available. To our disbelief, the waiter completely ignored us and chose to seat the two people behind us instead. We were polite, dressed appropriately, and clearly next in line. There was absolutely no explanation or acknowledgment — just blatant disregard. It was incredibly rude and humiliating. What made it worse was the sense of preferential treatment, particularly toward Italian customers. It felt like we were invisible simply because we weren't locals. We were not allowed to have our dinner here but instead found a lovely restaurant close by. Really disappointing experience. Two of us arrived, the restaurant was full but there were still several free tables. Much to our surprise (and annoyance), the waiter completely ignored us and seated the two people who arrived after us. We were polite, well dressed, and clearly next in line. No explanation, no attention — just a total lack of respect. Incredibly rude behavior. The most annoying thing? There seemed to be obvious preferential treatment toward Italian customers. It seemed clear that because we were not locals, we were considered less important. We went to another restaurant nearby and it was great.

29/06/2025: Very good restaurant, the portions are really very generous, we could even have shared a pasta dish (casserole). Quick, simple and efficient.

24/06/2025: It's a special place. Excellent food and pleasant atmosphere. The thick pizza is delicious and digestible. The ice cream is exquisite. The best part, however, is the staff: smiling, helpful, joyful boys and girls. My business lunch when I return to the area will always be here!

07/06/2025: 5 stars would not be enough to describe this place. A place dedicated to inclusiveness where the phrase NEVER ALONE AGAIN fits perfectly into the location. An environment that is simple, well-kept and well-kept. Young and very friendly staff. I recommend the guided tour of the Basilica (which is a hidden and little-known gem, not only for its history) and then stop for lunch at the Casa del Pellegrino. A very positive experience.

16/06/2025: The best experience with this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful and their restaurant is extremely good and the waiters there so nice. We wanted a room with a good view and weren’t really happy with the first room we got, so we asked if we could switch rooms which we could, made our stay so much better! Since we didnt rent a car the location was a bit too far from everything else, but definitely would go back, just with a car next time 😊

11/07/2025: Came to visit Florence but chose to stay in Signa and found this gem. We had fungi garlic pizza and it was mindblowing. I already miss it!! The staff are super friendly and will customize per your liking. After trying a whole lot of overrated places in firenze, the food here will quench your soul. Lots of love from India, Grazie!! ❤️

20/06/2025: The waitress was rude. She put our order in very late. We ordered pasta carbonara, which took almost an hour to arrive at our table. When we asked her why it was so long, she rudely replied that she didn't know. We had gone there for dinner the day before, and the same pasta had taken 15 minutes, so we knew the delay was probably because the order hadn't been placed at the time of ordering. Later, we saw her start asking the rest of the tables "if everything was okay," but she ignored us at our table. She was rude.

07/06/2025: I stayed 1 weeks ago in this wonderful Hotel, truly amazed by the very kind courtesy of the staff, whom I thank. The structure is one of the most beautiful and well-kept I have tried. Suite refined and very clean, full of services and comforts, with a splendid French window that takes you directly to the edge of the pool with hydromassage. Excellent structure

04/06/2025: We had an evening meal here. The food was ample, well presented and very good quality. An extensive wine list with local wines. Service was impeccable with knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. We had a lovely evening. My only criticism is that it was a little salty for my taste.
