The setting is elegant yet welcoming, the service attentive and never intrusive, but what really makes the difference is the quality of the cuisine. Special praise goes to Chef Andrea, who demonstrates great creativity and remarkable technical mastery. The dish that truly won me over was the carne battuta alla carbonara: an original idea and perfectly executed. The freshness of the meat, combined with the intense and well-balanced flavors of the carbonara, creates a surprising and irresistible combination. A dish that alone is worth the visit. Each course is meticulously crafted, both in flavor and presentation, a testament to a true passion for cooking.
