07/06/2025: Beautifully located, this small restaurant right on the lake – highly recommended! The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, with seating right by the water. The menu is small but very high-quality: the risotto and fish dishes are particularly outstanding. We also loved the pizza and tiramisu. The owners are super friendly and happy to accommodate special requests – you immediately feel welcome. We'll definitely be back!

21/06/2025: The best dishes I've ever eaten in my life. The quality of the products and the chef's experience are evident. We tried different dishes and all were unforgettable, a true Tuscan symphony served with elegance and passion (I've uploaded photos for you to see). But the most striking thing is the flavor: authentic, intense, and with a distinct identity. My recommendation: don't leave without trying the chocolate cinghiale, the Siglia buglione, the tagliatelle with rabbit ragù, the gnocchi, and, without a doubt, my favorite dessert: the ricotta mousse. The service was warm, professional, and friendly. The ambiance of the place makes you feel at home. Also worth mentioning is the extensive wine selection. The waitress, who is also a sommelier, recommended two excellent wines, perfectly suited to what we ate. If you're in Tuscany, this restaurant is a must-see. I will definitely return 🤤😍

02/06/2025: I don't like to leave negative reviews, out of respect for other people's work. But I'm very disappointed. The linguine with clams was loose, washed out, basically a white pasta with some molluscs. I asked for it without bottarga, but I doubt it would have worked miracles. No creaming, with a watery bottom on the plate, very sad. I left half of it also because I was bored of spitting out micro fragments of shell. Look at the photo and tell me if it's a dish that makes you crave. I've never eaten worse. Then the dish of the day: pasta with shrimp. Price indicated only on a blackboard inside that I hadn't seen... €35. For a first course at that price I expect sparkle! Instead: the sauce seemed recycled from another preparation. The shrimp were not valued at all. We're talking about a €35 first course, but when has a price like that ever been given? I asked for clarification: it was because each purple shrimp cost €7. No comment. Cover charge 4€, but quality bread 1€. Even with the Yums TheFork discount, I paid too much for what I didn't eat. As a Salento native I'm used to other standards, sorry

I go there often and if I want to eat good meat I go there for sure, I consolidate the Tartare is out of this world and very abundant. The focaccia they have is amazing it seems to eat it in Liguria 🥰 I absolutely recommend it, the staff is very kind

20/05/2025: The Hotel was a great place to be. We loved it. Our room was classy and beautifully decorated. So crisp and clean, as was the whole of the Hotel. The food was good. We always enjoyed our breakfast and waiter service evening meal. The dining room is beautiful. The whole dining area was so nicely decorated with a beautifully crafted ceiling. It was always a pleasure enjoying our meals there. The staff were so pleasant at all times and ready to help if necessary. The outdoor pool is heated and a lovely place for a swim and a relaxing few hours. We used the gym which is quite small and had to be booked. The jacuzzi was cold so not really useable, which was a shame. On the down side is the access to the Hotel which spoilt it for us. We would not go there again due to the dangerous road outside the Hotel which we found quite scary and witnessed some near accidents. It has a blind bend in both directions. We were dropped off after 9pm at the opposite side of the road with our luggage. (This is where the shuttle bus for the Hotel, picks you up.) We had to negotiate getting across to the Hotel, lifting our cases over a ridge to get onto the road. Once across there is a steep slope and steps up to the Hotel entrance. Quite exhausting with heavy cases. The shuttle bus provided a great hourly service into Sorrento and return.

05/05/2025: Simple place, a butcher's counter where you can choose what to eat, a few tables inside and a few outside just outside the historic center. The very courteous manager. We ate assorted Apulian bombette cooked on the stove, livers. Grilled potatoes, excellent tomatoes. Delicious almond biscuits are offered with coffee. Highly recommended.

18/06/2025: I have known this restaurant since 1997 and I have often left Rome to eat in this very welcoming restaurant where the quality of the food is excellent and the kindness and professionalism of the owners and the entire staff are always a treat but above all a certainty. I highly recommend trying the cuisine and the magic of this place which for me is one of the few certainties in my life.

11/06/2025: During a recent visit to Amelindo Mare e Ristorante in Fiumicino, I had the pleasure of enjoying a meal that exceeded my expectations. Appetizer: The tuna tartare was fresh and delicate, served with a careful presentation that highlighted the quality of the fish. First course: The spaghetti with clams was cooked al dente, with a savory sauce that perfectly balanced the garlic and parsley, leaving room for the natural flavor of the clams. Second course: The fried calamari was light and crispy, without any traces of grease, a sign of expert frying. Dessert: The tiramisu, classic and well-balanced, concluded the meal satisfyingly, with a soft cream and a strong flavor of coffee. The service was attentive and friendly, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant, located on the seafront, offers a relaxing view that perfectly complements the seafood dishes. I highly recommend Amelindo Mare e Ristorante
