It's always a pleasure to return to Salvatore, who has become a friend as well as a great pizza chef. High-quality, very tasty products. If you want a great pizza or a tasty panuozzo, you have to go to Salvatore's!!

We had dinner with friends, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent.

The atmosphere is characterized by kind, cheerful, attentive, and friendly staff, always ready to discuss and provide information. Three of us were having lunch with friends and family, en route to the capital after being in Lucania for the referendum vote. Our first courses: Gragnano "candelle" with grandma's ragù and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, simply excellent, perfectly cooked and generously portioned. Next up was a highly successful second course: chicken "scuppiettat" with a side of potatoes in their skins! We didn't try the "panuozzo," which I'm sure must have been a delight...next time! Reasonably priced for the quality/price ratio. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Located near the Salerno-Rome highway exit (Mercato San Severino).

Delicious pizza, the chicken is some of the best I've ever eaten, and the panuozzo is nothing short of sublime. I highly recommend it. The service is top-notch, everyone is always friendly, and the atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming.
