23/10/2025: A simple stop on a gloomy day in Erice. Genovese with freshly made ricotta and Genovese with cream, delicious and crunchy! The pistachio coffee and pomegranate juice are delicious. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, just like the owners.

19/10/2025: The restaurant's reputation is overrated. The quality of the dishes is uneven: good eggplant rolls with ricotta, swordfish risotto is bland and not creamy. Too bad, the meal is expensive, especially since the 3 euro cover charge is exorbitant. Service is rushed because the restaurant caters to groups.

09/10/2025: An excellent restaurant located in a quiet and pleasant area. The service was very correct and polite. Upon hearing that we spoke Spanish, they automatically offered us a menu in Spanish (without us even asking). The service was always very cordial and friendly. The food... the food is exceptionally good. Especially the pasta. We ordered a Carbonara and one with mushrooms (we can't remember the name). Both were very delicious, with an al dente texture and exquisite sauces. I definitely recommend coming to this place.

09/10/2025: A typical Roman trattoria, where you can enjoy excellent traditional dishes and delicious pizzas made in a wood-fired oven. Everything is themed around Rome, primarily as a football team. I'm not sure if Lazio residents are welcome or not, but the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the food is good and plentiful, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. A great place for a quick, hassle-free meal.

18/10/2025: Everything was excellent The truffle tasting was fabulous.

18/10/2025: Refined atmosphere with very courteous and professional staff. Having several allergies, this was the first time I've enjoyed a full tasting menu, from entree to dessert. All dishes were delicious and beautifully plated. A special mention goes to the tongue on creamed broccoli with caramelized onions, almonds, and lemon marmalade. The coconut cremino with caramelized pineapple was also spectacular.

17/10/2025: A wonderful place. Attentive, kind, and highly knowledgeable staff. Excellent food, not to mention the wine. A day immersed in the greenery of our beautiful Tuscan hills. Thanks to Mrs. Lina and Lavinia, who passionately shared the story of this long journey with us.

29/09/2025: We booked at 8:30 PM, arrived at 8:36/40, and a rude man told us the table wasn't ready and to go to the bench and they'd call us. Fine, I understand, no problem. The table becomes free, and after a while, another man arrives and asks us for our "order"... then they all disappear. After about 20 minutes, one of the two comes by and I ask if they can bring us drinks in the meantime... I wish I'd never done that before. This man yells at us and asks if we'd already placed our "order." I say yes, and he, still loudly and rudely, replies that they just had to wait, and then leaves. We were shocked, but luckily, two very kind and nice young men were there to help us cool down. In conclusion, late September outdoors, a square filled to the brim with tables, the two very rude people from the moment we made our reservation by phone. Average food, perhaps better in low season.

08/10/2025: Great food, fair price and super friendly staff. Way better than the place I tried near Castel Sant Angelo, which was pricier and nowhere near as good. We came here twice in our 2 day trip, really recommend to you all. Also, I especially loved their tiramisu, it had the perfect level of sweetness, not cloying like Two Size's. This might be the best tiramisu I've had. Definitely come back for it when I'm back in Rome.

14/09/2025: After waiting 10 minutes on the terrace with only 4 tables, some guys came over, sat down, and were immediately served. Of course, they were served before us, even though we'd been waiting so long! Outraged, we got up and left!!

02/11/2025: Do not go here! We ordered the white truffle. It was bland and no taste what so ever. It was a scam because they tried to scam us by putting 24 grams used but we only used 16 grams of truffle. It was 7 euros per gram so it was much money they tried to steal. The service and food was dreadful and they were mot friendly. This was my birthday and it was a shame to celebrate it at Rossobarolo. Do not go here my friends.

02/11/2025: Cheating with the weight of white truffles and it didn't taste like anything! Scammers!! We took a picture of the weight before they started tearing, they took out a film from their camera where it clearly showed that they cheated so they had to change the price but couldn't count!
