20/08/2025: First dinner in Verona. Was delicious. Gluten free options were vast. They modified the eggplant appetizer for us. The pasta was lovely. The pizzas AMAZING. Could get basically any toppings. First meal I didnt feel at all sick from as a sensitive celiac. I hear the "regular food" was delicious too. Pricing was a surprise given it is right downtown! Much appreciated. Would go again if we could!!

27/06/2025: We had a wonderful time at B&B Portobello! The hosts were wonderful: welcoming, kind and always available. The breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and carefully prepared. 05/09/2025: We had a family birthday lunch on August 15th, and despite the restaurant being crowded, we received exemplary service from the wait staff, who were always smiling and empathetic, something you wouldn't expect. As for the dishes, I definitely have a positive opinion, both for the quality of the fresh fish and the quantity. We had requested a cake for the birthday girl, giving the manager free rein, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Needless to say, if I ever return to this area, I'll definitely be back at this table. Thank you.

27/08/2025: After I eat three different shops of pasta, this taste is really weird, the noodle and the chicken tastes like some leftover and smell is not good. I really regret choosing this restaurant, never come back. As a pasta lover, I won’t recommend this restaurant. Also the staffs are fighting around, BAD experience

30/07/2025: A Memorable Dinner in Piazza San Francesco We had dinner here while staying in Arezzo, following a recommendation from our Airbnb host. Outdoor seating wasn’t available, but we were seated inside right away. The space was elegant—warm lighting, beautiful details, and a calm, refined atmosphere. At first, we weren’t sure if it would be the right fit since we were with our young son and teenagers, and the restaurant is Michelin-rated. But we stayed, and we’re so glad we did. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and helpful in walking us through the menu. It’s divided into three sections, and they suggest two dishes per person. Only my husband followed that, starting with the steak tartare, which was excellent. We all had pasta dishes, and every one was incredible. I had the duck tagliatelle with ragù—delectable and made with rich precision. The flavors were deep and comforting. Our vegetarian guest had the ravioli and savored every bite. Each dish felt intentional and beautifully prepared, without being overdone. It was a quiet, elegant dinner. If you’re looking for more of a lively scene, the patio might be better. But if you want a relaxed, elevated evening with thoughtful food and a great bottle of wine, dining inside is a perfect choice. Highly recommend.

08/09/2025: I've been going there for about twenty years now: it's my go-to in Ferrara. I recommend it as a reliable place. Central location without compromise, a very, very beautiful atmosphere with uncommon attention to detail, precise, punctual, friendly, and helpful service. I can't say I'm equally enthusiastic about the food: in my opinion, the number of seats, managed efficiently—I don't object—has now imposed a "tourist" tendency in the cuisine, which I struggle to follow. Specifically, my last visit was characterized, on the positive side, by excellent appetizers and desserts; on the negative side, by both the traditional and pumpkin-and-mushroom lasagnas that weren't stellar (let's just say they were decent "mappazze"), by the cream-filled cappelletti that were less than average, and by the ordinary main courses. The prices are overall commensurate with the quality. I'm disappointed, but it's also true that it was Sunday and the place was packed with people waiting, so evidently the "entrepreneurial" approach is the right one (unfortunately).

06/09/2025: Right in the city center, overlooking the castle, excellent traditional dishes. Very friendly staff and expert presentation. Highly recommended.

18/08/2025: The food was very average (except for the very good homemade tiramisu). Efficient service (the very young waiters give it their all). The place is quiet and nice with a play area for children (swing etc.) which is quite exceptional!

14/09/2025: Very nice restaurant and well-organized service. From the outside, it doesn't look very spacious, but once inside, it opens up to ample space. Delicious pizza, and friendly, helpful, and professional staff.

07/09/2025: The place is nice, but it's a shame the meat was tough and tasteless. The pizza had super salty capers (they should have been desalted first) and a mix of flavors that was unpleasant to the palate.

31/08/2025: Very nice hotel! Excellent location for reaching the sanctuary. Delicious food, super friendly staff. The only flaw was the bathroom where I slept: the shower head was full of limescale and the shower tray seals were broken. I flooded the bathroom while taking a shower.

31/08/2025: Baglio Himera was a discovery steeped in the sea and authenticity. We arrived almost by chance and felt warmly welcomed. The location exudes the charm of simple yet special things, while the dishes express Sicily with great quality: authentic flavors that evoke the sea and tradition. The catch of the day was so fresh that the very fisherman who had brought it in just hours earlier was dining next to us. A place that stays in your heart, because it combines good food, genuine people, and the magic of this land.

01/09/2025: The pizza dough was really good. Generous toppings and a friendly waiter. And the playlist they play is great too. But the pizza dough is spectacular.

22/08/2025: A pleasant surprise! We came here via zapping on our phone and I'm truly happy and satisfied. The staff is exquisite, incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The dishes are truly excellent... We started with the house antipasto. Very fresh! Then we chose the amazing spaghetti allo scoglio... paccheri with amazing baby octopus and the best ricotta ravioli... Then the meatballs with sauce that we had to mop up with bread. To finish, three tiramisu and a coffee that was simply delicious. Well done, keep it up, you can't go wrong... Francesco from Bollate
