Our weekly outing found us in Treia this time. The visit to Treia was capped with a fantastic lunch with an equally satisfying view of the valley below. The staff was very pleasant and attentive even when the place filled with numerous patrons. The coperto is priced just right at 2 Euro. The bread they served also included one of the most delicious breads I've had that were made with sun-dried tomatoes in the restaurant. The antipasti was exquisite. We had an order of a selection of cheeses and the Salumi di Sarnano. For our main meal we ordered the Ravioli con la Papera (handmade in the restaurant) and the Grigliata Mista di Carne. Both dishes were cooked beyond perfection. Dolci consisted of dishes hand made in the restaurant - Crema al Mascarpone and the Crema Ganache. This was truly one of the best lunches we've had anywhere. We plan coming back and trying their pizza selections (only made during the evening hours) and other selections from their lunch menu. Overall - Excellent lunch with a fantastic view. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
