30/03/2026: We spent a night at Osteria Segreti and it was a truly special experience. The property is nestled in the beautiful hills of Macerata, in a peaceful and relaxing setting, perfect for a break from the daily grind. The room was impeccable: spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, and very welcoming. You can immediately sense the attention and passion for hospitality. We had dinner and lunch there and were truly impressed: authentic, traditional Marche cuisine, carefully prepared dishes, and truly excellent flavors. Special thanks to the staff, always kind and professional. In particular, Lucia, who is excellent and attentive, and Silvano, who manages the dining room with great skill and passion, making guests feel truly at home. A place we absolutely recommend and will gladly return to!

Truly exceptional dishes, carefully prepared, tasty, and—not to be taken for granted—extremely light. Finally, a place where you leave satisfied, but without that heavy or bloated feeling that often ruins everything. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and it shows. A special thanks to Carlo: impeccable. He recommended the perfect wine with rare expertise and kindness, making us feel looked after but never invasive. He's someone who truly knows how to do his job, with passion. Pleasant setting, relaxed atmosphere, and customer service that makes all the difference. We were delighted, truly. A place that deserves an A+, without a second thought.

I visited for Sunday lunch with about 15 people; we opted for a €50 fixed menu that included appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, dessert, water, wine, coffee, and liqueurs. It was an excellent experience, and I would happily return.

Everything was excellent, as always, with excellent service, truly high-quality sushi, and pinsa made with carefully selected and high-quality ingredients. A small detail not to be overlooked: the wooden high chair is truly beautiful, not the usual Ikea one. Congratulations on this choice too. Highly recommended.

08/04/2026: Excellent little restaurant in the center of Castelraimondo. The atmosphere is elegant, quiet, and even ideal for a romantic dinner. Attentive service, but not overly formal. The dishes are carefully prepared, and the ingredients seem truly excellent; even the simple grilled vegetables had something special. I didn't try the pizza. Since I was on foot, they were kind enough to offer me a ride back to Crispiero. Small things that still leave a positive impression.

It seemed like they were in a hurry to do the second round... the bill was €161.40. We were two couples and they even wanted 70 cents. The food was terrible, everything was overcooked and salty!!! The view is breathtaking, leaving an unforgettable memory as dusk falls. Upon entering, we're welcomed by Claudia, the owner, into an intimate and refined setting, never overbearing. The attentive and punctual staff collaborates with her, drawing on their gazes. The kitchen is in the hands of Diego, and if you're familiar with traditional cuisine, he can update it with modern cooking techniques, making each dish unique. Upon request, you can also order a fish menu, and if you let him recommend it, you'll enter a new world that will make you forget the "sea view." 09/02/2026: I really like this place. Even though I’m not from the area, I felt right at home. The lady serving the tables is kind, witty, and explains the dishes very well. The food is excellent: high quality, beautifully presented, varied and pleasantly surprising. The recommended wine was also very good, and the homemade bread is delicious. Prices are fair. The view is amazing, right by the sea. Highly recommended.

Meanwhile, we really liked Montecassiano, where we'd never been before, but let's get back to ourselves!!! The place is beautiful, clean, and renovated, but also quite scattered. The service? The girls were impeccable, congratulations. The dishes? Pretty much what we expected, revisited but with a focus on tradition. The chef was excellent... The bill? Really low. If you're in the area, stop by.
