05/08/2024: Lovely place, cuisine with typical local products, clean and friendly service, run by a family, swimming pool with sunbed and umbrella service, free parking and a cool place in summer. Book in advance because both the restaurant and the rooms are always full in the summer.

03/08/2024: Structure in excellent condition (seems to have been completely renovated recently) and in a good position to reach many points of interest (including the Frasassi Caves) within 30/40 minutes. Extremely courteous and helpful staff with us and our two children aged two and five. We opted for the half board option and the dinners were varied, good and plentiful. The swimming pool is excellent for letting the children relax for a few hours. Overall great experience, recommended! Be careful that in the area there is little or no cell phone use (at least as far as Iliad is concerned) but the entire hotel area is covered by fully functional and fast wifi.

30/08/2024: Welcoming and comfortable environment, well organised, very relaxing, surrounded by nature. From a large terrace you can admire a wonderful panorama. We enjoyed some truly excellent dishes, presented well, served quickly and with kindness. The rooms are clean and the linen is changed every day. Highly recommended because we were very satisfied with it.

24/07/2024: Siamo stati a cena un bel gruppo di amici ognuno con le proprie richieste ed esigenze....bhe devo dire che il team del Carmine è stato fantastico! TUTTO PERFETTO!!! Dal servizio alla simpatia ma soprattutto il cibo, tante cose sono prodotte da loro e si sente quando le assapori. Grandi, continuate così!!!! Grazie mille!

24/07/2024: Andato per cena con la mia compagna attirato dalle belle foto dei piatti e le belle recensioni. Inizialmente le attese sono state deluse dalla location, viste le foto di un locale con ampie vetrate immaginavo che avrei avuto una vista sulle campagne circostanti, invece no, la vista è sulla stradina che conduce al ristorante, sul muro della costruzione adiacente e sulle scalette che conducono alla piscina soprastante…pazienza…buono il servizio, prezzi esagerati per gli antipasti, nella norma per i primi e secondi, ho preso i ravioli e devo dire che amo chi osa con accostamenti particolari ma non ad ogni costo, in questo caso c’era il cocomero con i ravioli, piatto slegato e privo di gusto, insipido. La grigliata per secondo era invece eccellente, carne di ottima qualità, cottura e sapidità perfetta… buono anche l’olio di loro produzione.

15/08/2024: Very nice outdoor environment, you can see a beautiful sunset over Filottrano. The service was fast and nice. I would recommend an eye for consideration and kindness when paying, insisting on charging even 50 cents on €120.50, insisting several times on having them, without rounding up like all the other restaurants do. Thank you for the welcome but unfortunately as a tourist I do not recommend such treatment.

01/09/2024: The family-run restaurant manages to satisfy the most demanding appetites. Welcoming location but with elegant and refined details. You dine under a vine pergola. Seafood cuisine is tasty and simple. The raw material is excellent. The taste of the fish is not hidden under sauces of uncertain origin, but is enhanced with a few simple and easily recognizable basic ingredients! It is not a restaurant of quantity but certainly of quality. The strictly homemade desserts are exceptional. Fried swordfish roll, ravioli and creme brulee, my favorite dishes!!

31/08/2024: We ordered three seafood chitarrine, it's a shame that the mussels and clams disappeared, only empty shells. Langoustine and prawn not cleaned, so naturally removing the intestine after cooking spreads everything leaving a sandy taste in the mouth. The chitarrina with tuna was decent even if the predominant flavor of fennel made you think you were eating a nice southern Italian sausage. We abandoned the idea of ​​continuing further with the other dishes. Friendly restaurateurs and a slightly retro atmosphere.

01/07/2024: Piacevole locale ben arredato e fresco nella stagione estiva. Facile da raggiungere in macchina e situato nel mezzo della zona industriale/commerciale. Personale molto cortese. Scelta limitata di pizza al banco. Possibilità di consumare al tavolo. La pizza è normale, nessuna eccellenza e prezzi decisamente alti per il servizio e qualità nel suo complesso. Normale

25/04/2024: The pinsa is excellent, both white and red (I recommend the "Cardeto" version). Excellent tiramisu. Nice place, very welcoming. Very friendly and nice staff. Right quality/price ratio.

29/08/2024: I couldn't have asked for anything better! All very good and impeccable service despite it being a Saturday and the place full of diners. My table consisted of 9 people. Nappi and tripe starter, tagliatelle with white wild boar sauce, picanha, mixed grill, side dishes, cremini and Ascolana olives. Wine, water, grappa, bitters and coffee. Total bill more than honest (definitely lower than my pessimistic predictions). Having to really look for a flaw, I can point out that the wine was a little too hot which was promptly remedied with an ice bucket. Superlative evening!!! Beautiful location and the waitress who served us was more than helpful.

21/08/2024: Delightful discovery, I had dinner with my aunt and I found the place fantastic. Value to the territory both as a location and above all the food. Excellent service and ambience with attention to detail. Truly congratulations, I will absolutely return again

04/08/2024: Friday evening we had dinner at the Rocca, a restaurant with a very beautiful location, we ate two pizzas, one raw and burrata, good, and another with chicory, melted and spicy cheeses, very good!! Recommended restaurant.

28/07/2024: The crescia with cured meats was excellent but the tagliatelle with meat sauce disappointed me, there was no meat sauce. The place is nice and ventilated, the staff friendly. Average prices.

14/07/2024: We stayed on Saturday 13 July 2024 with the family. The homemade gnocchi with truffle, walnuts and those with duck sauce are excellent. The Rosso Conero wine is excellent, the price of the wine and the first courses is good (16 euros, 9 euros). We found the appetizer, the platter of cold cuts and cheeses, a bit poor in relation to the price (18.50 euros). Excellent service. Our waitress was very efficient.

02/09/2024: Unfortunately, I have to report a less than positive review because, after having consulted the menu on the restaurant's official website, we arrived full of enthusiasm and expectations. Immediately toned down, however, as we found a proposal that was decidedly lower than what was indicated. Trusting in "little but good" we still ordered, after an appetizer, ravioli with sausage and truffle, my partner, roasted with various types of fish and lobster, I. And here are the sore points... as regards the first courses they had "forgotten" to point out that sausage and truffle made up the sauce while the filling of the ravioli was a mixture with some type of unspecified herb... and with the fish another big surprise! All gratinated! I would never have expected that "roasted fish" was synonymous with au gratin, also because, again on their official website, au gratin dishes are specifically indicated and distinguished from those cooked in other ways. I recommend being clearer on the menu and more honest on your website to avoid misunderstandings.

23/08/2024: Location con terrazza panoramica molto bella. Personale gentile, le cameriere davvero squisite. La cucina ha deluso le aspettative che avevamo. Cottura completamente sbagliata della carne e una semi grigliata che si è poi rivelata di una pesantezza senza eguali. Dolci buoni. Saremo capitati nella serata no, ma non ci tornerei, soprattutto visto il rapporto qualità prezzo.

07/01/2024: Siamo stati con diversi amici per provare il Koreano. Ristorante piuttosto datato ma sala accogliente e confortevole, staff gentile e disponibile. Buona la cucina Coreana, piuttosto fusion, pochi piatti BBQ, molto piatti a base di ramen, pochi piatti kimchi. La cucina risulta comunque buona e saporita, le porzioni abbondanti. Conto bilanciato e amari offerti dalla casa. Non credo si possa facilmente trovare ristoranti che propongono cucina Coreana in zona! Consigliato.
