26/03/2026: I'm extremely curious to try the new location where Sepia has moved. I've been to the old building several times, and I've always had a more than satisfactory experience. The chef's creativity is a testament to the excellent quality of the finished product. It's always been one of the best restaurants in the area, and I sincerely hope nothing changes with the new location.

09/04/2026: The place is small but cozy and, above all, clean. The background music was pleasant and not annoying. The staff was very friendly. I ordered shrimp sandwiches that were quite disappointing and lacked flavor. Two octopus sandwiches were decent, but they said "roasted octopus," which in reality wasn't. Overall, as mentioned, it was decent. The tempura shrimp was decent.
Given the time of day, the availability, and the food (even if it wasn't the best), I recommend it because the products, whether frozen or not, were edible and didn't cause any digestive discomfort. If I'm in Ancona again, I might even return.
Overall, a 60% positive experience.
06/04/2026: We ate very well, the owner is very kind and the kitchen is really good, the portions are just right and the price-quality ratio is appropriate, I would definitely recommend this place.

13/04/2026: I ate at Oasi today with my family, and as usual, I can't help but compliment and thank Luca for the delicious, high-quality, and plentiful food. Everything was excellent. I couldn't help but be even more pleased with the gluten-free pasta, crescia, and fried foods, all made by Luca himself, who personally oversees the preparation. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and courteous. And finally, the prices were affordable. Highly recommended.

I particularly didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism shown by a waitress in her mid-20s who decided to address me informally and call me "boy" (I'm almost 40)... it could be interpreted as a compliment, but it wasn't. Hoping the waitress in question understands: regardless of who you're talking to, use formal terms when you first approach them. Or go unload packages at the port. In my opinion, you'd already be fired.

01/01/2026: Stopped here after a long day filming content around town and needed a proper meal. There were five of us and we all went for the pizzas cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and very satisfying.
Great selection of beers and wines; the light draft beer was ideal. The dining room is elegant and modern with a relaxed atmosphere, and the host was kind, professional, and welcoming. A great place to unwind and refuel during a busy creative day highly recommend.
