31/03/2026: La Cantinetta del Conero was a chance discovery, but a particularly welcome one. I stopped by with some friends for a quick break on our way back to Puglia. We were greeted very courteously by the staff, who were very helpful throughout the evening. The atmosphere is refined and has plenty of seating. Despite our limited time, which forced us to eat sparingly, we enjoyed excellent food. It's definitely worth a return visit to fully enjoy what this restaurant has to offer.

20/02/2026: I've been curious to try this restaurant for a while, with reservations required. A well-appointed and comfortable hillside location. Impeccable and excellent service, from the car ride to the nearby parking lot to the excellent welcome aperitif. I was amazed by the beauty of the "basket" for the bottle of wine, carved from a block of ice. The set menu includes appetizers, a first course, and a second course, with the option to choose when to eat; for the first and second courses, you can opt for half portions. Excellent ingredients, crafted with passion, skill, and professionalism. I found some truly exquisite dishes: tuna carpaccio, shrimp caramel, and a savory tiramisu that I'd call heavenly. Honestly, given the choice in the future, I wouldn't try the first course again: tagliolini with red berries, clams, and Leccino olives. They seemed "unbalanced" to me, with the saltiness of the olives not balancing out (sorry for the repetition) but rather contrasting with the tart and sweet notes of the fruit. The price was in line with the quality of the offerings. I'll gladly return, hoping to improve my rating!

After some time, it was a pleasure to find the refined and updated interiors, both in the rooms and in the restaurant, along with the usual discreet and attentive hospitality of the owners and staff. The cuisine remains rooted in local tradition, with dishes that showcase authentic ingredients: from the carefully crafted egg pasta to the meats and vegetables, everything exudes quality and authentic simplicity. A recommended choice also as a base for exploring this splendid area of ​​the Marche.

It can get a bit chaotic at times: the large number of seats means the loud chatter can be a nuisance. The pizza is good, with light dough and just the right variety. A good place for a simple dinner.

07/05/2026: Quiet restaurant in a beautiful rural hillside setting, a maximum of 15 minutes from the center of Ancona. The restaurant produces its own products (olive oil, livestock), and is part of a farm that also offers accommodation and a swimming pool surrounded by a splendid olive grove.
