The interiors are meticulously designed, with elegant brickwork that evokes the feel of a true, traditional Marche farmhouse. ​The service is equally impressive: while maintaining a rustic atmosphere, you're treated with the attention of a high-end restaurant. ​The real highlight is the menu, simply delicious! From the appetizers, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients from their own production, to the first and second courses, every dish is exquisite. ​Finally, the quality-price ratio is incredibly competitive. Highly recommended.

29/09/2025: A restaurant far removed from today's world, like those of the past. Rustic and authentic, just as I like it, surrounded by nature. All dishes are based on typical local products, meats, and cheeses. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful service, and fair prices. I will definitely be back.

20/09/2025: The place is very modern, the table service is okay, and my waiter was okay, but overall, the waitresses didn't seem friendly, and the food was very average. The only good thing about the burger was the meat; there weren't many ingredients, and the fries were terrible. The pizza was very greasy. We chose a pizza with basil as an ingredient, but there was only one leaf on the entire pizza. The zucchini fries were also very greasy.

13/09/2025: The pizzeria is a real insider tip. Very friendly service and excellent food. The tiramisu for dessert was a delight.

13/09/2025: The hotel and setting are suitable for ceremonies, but for my tastes, not very suitable for romantic dinners. But I must say that the cuisine, both the food and the service, are certainly plentiful enough to make up for everything else. The outdoor parking lot is enormous. The restaurant is spacious. I'll just say this: eating the baked pasta (Vincisgrassi!!!), just like my mother used to make it, tall, with the perfect béchamel sauce, a nice crust on top, then the boiled meat, and finally the legendary zuppa inglese, was an epic meal that I must say, I've never had anywhere else. The lady at the table who was so upset to ask for more was the icing on the cake. I sincerely hope to return. Thank you.

22/08/2025: Love the food. Super family friendly. Great cook & boss "Dalida". Had a great dinner with the family. Would love to go there now... My mouth is barely keeping in the cascades of saliva... Loved it!

15/09/2025: Creative and deliciously topped pizza, carefully aged, very digestible dough. Wine recommendation: Conero Rosso by the bottle; if you don't finish it, you can take it with you. Beer tasting with four or five high-quality craft beers, enough for two people. The tiramisu is excellent. Prices are OK, portion sizes are reasonable.

26/10/2025: The rooms were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and we even had dinner, and everything was delicious. The only shame was that we arrived during the bedbug infestation season, and they were everywhere. I'm a bit of a phobia, and I didn't sleep a wink the first night.

03/10/2025: The location and views from the hotel were spectacular. Nestled in a park, it provided a peaceful and relaxing respite during our journey north from Puglia. The breakfast buffet provided many options and the dinners (in particular, the seafood risotto and gnocchi) at the restaurant were delicious. Staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a gem of a find.

03/08/2025: Compliments to this restaurant, which I rate with an A+ overall! Cannellini gratin and amazing mussels... the seafood chitarra pasta was superb, with just the right amount of salt and parsley, perfectly moist, and the waiters were incredibly kind! In times when mediocrity reigns supreme, it's only right to compliment those who put in the effort and pamper you... and my husband and I are both very demanding people, so that says it all! WELL DONE!

21/07/2025: Visited today, on Carbonara Day. Tried the calamari carbonara, unusual but tasty. First course: clams and bottarga, good. But the grilled squid and prawns are truly delicious. Unfortunately, they missed the target. I'm updating the review; new place in Chiaravalle, fewer seats, smaller menu, but the quality of the food and the friendliness are still the same. Maybe even better.
