26/10/2025: Nestled in the middle of a vineyard, this rustic/minimalist inn offers a selection of dishes that are appropriately refined, with undeniable quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. They also have a full menu, all featuring porcini mushrooms. It's a shame the wait for the sliced ​​beef I ordered was so long, compared to the arrival of the other main courses. The approximate cost for an appetizer, a main course, and a side dish for two people, plus a first course and dessert each, water, and coffee, was €50.

26/10/2025: Located in the hills of Civitanova, with a beautiful view of the upper town and the vineyards. The restaurant offers a decent selection of dishes with interesting pairings: the tartare was tender, with a great contrast between the lettuce and hazelnuts; the mezzelune (mezzelune) stuffed with ciauscolo and herb sauce were delicate and brought out the filling; the beef tagliata with lard and radicchio was succulent, and paired with the baked potato with yogurt sauce, it was the perfect combination; finally, the tiramisu was a perfect balance between the sweetness of the cream and the coffee. Regarding the service, there was a small hiccup with the main courses; one dish arrived several minutes after the others, but overall, I appreciated it because the waiters were friendly. Finally, I also appreciated the quality-price ratio; I found it to be fair.

07/05/2026: Terrible bar, the one right at the entrance of the Rossini hypermarket on the Urbino side. I found a hair in a sandwich twice one day. I happened to be there by chance, then I understood the reason. There was a blonde lady without a protective hat like the other shop assistants and I saw her several times cutting bread without a protection on her head. This is disrespectful towards customers and a lack of hygiene.

06/05/2026: It's always a good idea to shop at the mall, combining the arcade with all the shops for a spot of shopping. It's a shame there aren't many glamorous, well-known, designer stores! They would definitely increase the number of visitors and customers. I returned after a few months and found the restyling to be excellent. When I returned today, May 6, 2026, I noticed a good supermarket for shopping, but the mall seemed unfortunately very empty with shops devoid of customers—in short, a scene I would describe as depressing!

The sandwiches and tramezzini are made with poor-quality ingredients: rancid prosciutto, years-old mozzarella, sour shrimp. And even the girls who work there aren't the friendliest or most friendly. The dish didn't deserve a full score; the broth for this iconic dish was lukewarm... a shame. Mediocres: > The room temperature was low upon arrival; we asked for the heating to be turned up. > Entree: mini supplí balls on a pepper cream, cold masticata-style pasta, a hesitant preview to begin with. > Mixed appetizers: vitello tonnato could be improved, polenta with melted cheese and bacon was insignificant because it wasn't seasoned. The grilled cotechino was noteworthy. Stuffed breasola tortelli could easily be replaced with something more valuable. > lasagna: titled "from when I was a kid," it features an unusual alternating of lasagna noodles, slices of mortadella, and sliced ​​cheese, topped with crusty ragù. This meant that our entire dining room, including our table, must have had 60 guests, who, after the first few forkfuls, left it on their plates. She wasn't very empathetic, not even a greeting or a half-smile. When I asked her questions like "Can I sit down?", "Can I open a closed table so I can sit down?", or "Do you have a corkscrew to open a beer?" she seemed annoyed, almost as if I were bothering her. My personal advice: fire her; she's ruining the place's image.

26/11/2025: We went to this fantastic place. I suddenly discovered that one of my teammates, Yanko, worked there. We had excellent service, and the pizza was fantastic. The place was recently renovated; I tripped at the entrance and fell to the floor. Otherwise, our group loved the restaurant. A special shout out to Yanso.

15/12/2025: It's the perfect place for a couple. The apartment overlooking the hills is wonderful. The spa is a delight and, above all, very warm. Returning to the room with a platter of mixed platters, a bottle of wine, and a roaring fireplace...UNBEATABLE! The owners are kind, helpful, and very discreet. Definitely worth a visit!
