04/01/2026: Hello everyone! Every time we're in Civitanova Marche, we make a regular stop at Gelateria Il Pinguino. In our opinion (obviously subjective), it's the best gelato shop in Civitanova. It's not just about the variety of flavors (which are plentiful), but also the quality of the product. Their gelato is like the ones they used to make: creamy and full of flavor. Out of season, you won't find flavors like strawberry and raspberry because the owners only use seasonal fruit. The owners, Vito and his wife, are honest and kind, always ready to offer advice and satisfy their customers. For our New Year's Eve party, we bought an ice cream cake from them, which was greatly appreciated by us and especially by our children. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

20/07/2026: he waitress wasn't very polite, to be honest. I dropped 53 euros for barely any food — definitely not worth it. To top it off, the cashier initially tried to charge me 75 euros instead of the 49.90 listed on the menu! She only got the right amount, 53 euros, on her second try. The place was super stuffy because the AC was broken, and then everyone just switched to Italian. I'm really disappointed.

04/08/2026: Small but well-stocked. I found a wide selection of sweets and fruit, one of the few offering this. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

26/07/2026: Excellent takeaway place, their various pasta dishes are excellent and their other offerings are too! The staff are also very friendly!

20/06/2026: Excellent family-run rotisserie in the center of Grottammare, very friendly and helpful staff, a variety of quality dishes from starters, main courses, side dishes and desserts, all of which are homemade, excellent value for money, well done, highly recommended!!!

23/06/2026: Good quality at a good price. Recommendations Courgette Beans and pork rind Tagliatelle with wild boar Grilled roast Selection of cod when available in the winter months. The sautéed vegetables are also excellent.

09/05/2026: I went to La Brocca for Easter Monday lunch. The cuisine is simple, yet full of bold flavors. Generous portions and generous toppings. Prices are more than fair. The first courses start around 8 euros, a price rarely found on a menu these days—a veritable mirage, both on the coast and in the inland villages. Highly recommended!

02/08/2026: I review based on my pizza tastes. I like to occasionally try new pizzerias. I found the place welcoming, the air conditioning was comfortable, the table service excellent, and the wait for the pizzas was normal. We had some fried food, chips, etc., but I found them a bit too tasty. Now for the pizza: a fairly pronounced crust, good toppings, but, again, for my taste, the crust was too soft, a bit chewy. I couldn't finish it, which is a shame, because that's what I really appreciate on a pizza. The beers were presented as white beer 🤔. However, I found it a bit heavy. But if you like Neapolitan pizza, you've come to the right place.

22/07/2026: Very good pizza!! However, it's a courtesy to cut the pizza. Today, even though I asked for it and the pizza chef said yes, it wasn't cut. Let's just say it's cut on request, but not always. Very good pizza ❤️

04/08/2026: Passing through on our way to visit Ascoli Piceno. The wait is a bit long...but the reward is an excellent pizza. Well done!

03/08/2026: At the entrance the place is quite clean in the counter area the condiments and sauces are in perfect order you can see that they are products, friendly staff, quite honest prices, if we look at the quality price it is unbeatable we ordered two kebab tacos and they were truly gigantic they must have weighed at least 800 grams there was a lot of meat which was however balanced with condiments and sauces, even the fries were good and there was a lot of sauce on top so perfect ✨✨

25/04/2026: Faisal is the undisputed king of kebab! Go there, you must try the rest of the menu too.

07/08/2026: During our two weeks in Italy, we had a delicious breakfast here several times with a cappuccino and a croissant. Bar Centrale is situated in a beautiful, local spot in Petriolo overlooking the valley. It is clearly a beloved meeting place for the locals. The staff is always friendly and professional. The (filled) croissants are highly recommended: always fresh and delicious. All in all, a nice place to start the day with a good cup of coffee. Definitely recommended!

The place is surrounded by peace and pristine nature, which truly made us relax!!! Every time we're in the area, the first thing we do is go to Villa Marinella!!

13/05/2026: Mike Stern and his bandmates, including the impressive Denny Chambers, created a unique and incredible atmosphere with their skill and energy. The venue is a pleasant experience, surprising for its modern yet old-school feel, where live performances remain the heart of every evening. Excellent acoustics, friendly service, and courteous service. We'll definitely be back next October.
