07/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a place to have an unpretentious Sunday lunch. For our first course, we had tagliatelle with mushrooms, which had a delicious sauce—so much so that I, who can't eat bread, literally picked it up with a fork. For our second course, we had 2 cold cuts and 2 mixed grills. The cold cuts were all delicious, fresh, as was the cheese... but a particularly positive note was the way the ribs from the mixed grill were cooked. They were soft on the inside and had just the right crust on the outside, truly delicious. Not content with that, I also had a cinnamon and apple tart; it was also just the right amount of soft, truly delicious. I can't wait to go back. Congratulations!

07/10/2025: My wife and I went on Sunday. The weather was gloomy, windy, and threatening rain. The valley that looms before the restaurant is in full autumn. All this while enjoying the warmth of the stove inside the restaurant!!! Fabulous. The dishes are wonderful! Try them!!! Highly recommended!!!

The portions are generous, as you'd expect from authentic Bavarian cuisine. 29/01/2026: I've been coming here for over 10 years, a regular stop for homemade pasta, Marche ragù, and excellent meat. Food: Typical, traditional. Tagliatelle with ragù is excellent. The rabbit ragù and pappardelle with wild boar are also excellent. The maltagliati with beans are good, although I personally found them a bit disjointed. Excellent meat, tender and tasty rib eye; the grilled meat is very good, you can tell the quality of the ingredients are there, so be careful when cooking. The grilled meat can sometimes be a bit dry. The side dishes are also very good, such as gratinated vegetables (when in season) or sautéed chard. Homemade desserts are excellent (tiramisu, panna cotta, and zuppa inglese). Service: Attentive and friendly, very helpful. We even asked for desserts to go, and they were promptly prepared and packaged for us. Traditional, homey yet refined atmosphere. This restaurant is a historic location, yet they've renovated the entire exterior and kept the interior immaculate. Anyone expecting more has misunderstood the restaurant's offerings. Bill: Absolutely fair. Specifically: half a liter of house wine, water, 4 first courses, 2 grilled meats, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts, 2 coffees for a total of approximately €105.00.

26/02/2026: Yesterday, by pure chance, I stumbled upon this place for lunch (being in Jesi for work). I eat outside the box, so I don't follow the daily menu, so I make unusual requests. Initially, the two girls serving me were wide-eyed, but then they understood and indulged me completely, with kindness and a smile on their faces. EXCELLENT, super clean environment (bathroom included), fast service, excellent quality-price ratio, so highly recommended for a business lunch where eating well in a relaxed atmosphere and quickly is important. Thank you!!

26/10/2025: The rooms were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and we even had dinner, and everything was delicious. The only shame was that we arrived during the bedbug infestation season, and they were everywhere. I'm a bit of a phobia, and I didn't sleep a wink the first night.

03/10/2025: The location and views from the hotel were spectacular. Nestled in a park, it provided a peaceful and relaxing respite during our journey north from Puglia. The breakfast buffet provided many options and the dinners (in particular, the seafood risotto and gnocchi) at the restaurant were delicious. Staff were accommodating and friendly. 23/12/2025: Recommended by a colleague, Chalet Galileo lived up to its promise. Large windows overlook the beach, the winter sea. Refined seafood cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Small snacks offered before and after meals demonstrate the customary Marche hospitality and customer service.

30/11/2025: The restaurant is located right on the promenade and beach. It offers good, refined cuisine, but the dishes seemed lacking in my opinion. It lacked something to enhance the flavor and make the menu items memorable. The dishes are designed especially for those who enjoy healthy eating, free from excessive spices and sauces. They are very simple, yet tasty. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and aesthetically pleasing. However, I found them a bit bland and lacking much creativity. It must be admitted, however, that the presentation of the dishes was good. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning the extensive wine list, elegant table setting, impeccable cleanliness, and pleasant, intimate atmosphere. I might return next year, although it won't be my first choice for restaurants in Civitanova Marche. In any case, the quality of the products speaks for a return visit.
