04/01/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance—we were waiting for the ferry from Ancona to Igoumenitsa and looking for a place to eat during the day. I'm not a pizza fan, but the pizza there is simply fantastic! Especially the truffle ones! The owner is very positive and talkative. It's a shame we couldn't speak Italian with him.

11/12/2025: I happened upon lunch at this bar and it was a pleasant surprise. The friendly, helpful, and professional staff greeted us with a smile. Cristina and Elisa are exceptional women who make the place a pleasant place. The very good and affordable food completed this wonderful experience. Highly recommended. 29/03/2026: We were there a week ago. We had pizza and, to start, a fried vegetable. Everything was very good, especially the fried food. Good service. The only downside, but it's justifiable, as on Saturdays the place is packed, was the noise from people talking loudly.

16/02/2026: I went to this place a few nights ago for dinner with other couples, all young people. Excellent value for money, good food from appetizers to desserts. The pizza is good, but I recommend trying the meat dish because it's really worth it. A charming place for dinner with friends or family; I'll definitely be back.

In the end, the dishes are honest, with their rustic flavors, and a warm welcome for a group who showed up last minute without a reservation. The price is reasonable.

20/03/2026: I bought five large cream puffs that, according to the instructions, were filled with Chantilly cream. I threw them in the €11 bin because the cream was all cream and sugar. I made a fool of myself for Father's Day. You could say they're flavors, but when I ate the ones from Conad and they were delicious and filled with real Chantilly cream, I realized it wasn't just for the taste of five people. It's a shame I didn't take a picture of them before throwing them away.

12/04/2026: A spectacular experience! Sara, the waitress who speaks Spanish because she lived in Granada, was fantastic. She recommended the best traditional dishes of Ancona, and her frisante a la spina was delicious. Antonio (the manager, or perhaps the owner) was professional and charming. Beware! You could fall in love with him with just a handshake. 😍 I wanted to go back the next night, but it wasn't possible, which only makes me want to return even more, and I will. Every dish is exquisite traditional cuisine; the fish was practically alive! My colleague and I (we're truck and bus drivers and eat out a lot) thoroughly enjoyed it, and we highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates well-prepared, high-quality food. Bravo to everyone! An unforgettable evening. I will be back. Absolute quality. Kisses. Thank you so much.

I wondered if I would find the same magic again, or if progress had faded the soul of this place. I found the answer as soon as I crossed the threshold: amazement and emotion. The enchantment of renewal, the warmth of tradition, the structure is splendid, constantly updated with impeccable taste that blends modernity and comfort. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the elegant rooms to the welcoming dining room. Yet, despite the changes and aesthetic improvements, that homely atmosphere has remained intact, vibrant in every corner. You are not a customer, you are an awaited guest. You are not a room number, you are part of a story. The spark that makes all this possible is Signora Marisa. Meeting her again was a balm for the heart. She is the architect of this family atmosphere. At Marisa's you don't just eat delicious food and sleep in impeccable beds: you feel protected, pampered, loved.

We stopped by, assuming the place would be full, but instead the owner managed to seat us to enjoy truly amazing cured meats and cheeses, as if that weren't enough, the famous local prosciutto, which elevates the quality to a mystical experience!! Needless to say, if you happen to be in the area, don't miss out on this important opportunity in a region with a significant culinary culture and tradition.

We ordered three first courses (two tagliatelle with meat sauce and a tortellone with butter and sage), three second courses (a veal shoulder and two pork shoulders), three desserts, and a bottle of wine for €22. The final bill was €150, which we felt was significantly excessive for what we ate. Another detail that left us perplexed was that the owner asked us if we were in the area, which gave the impression she wanted to adjust the bill accordingly. Furthermore, we were not given a receipt. It's a real shame because the quality of the food is worth it, but between the exorbitant prices and the lack of transparency in management, we can't recommend this place.
