What a wonderful, wonderful place. The wines are of course excellent, the small plates which are locally inspired, rustic sophistication and absolutely delicious are a revelation. Kind a knowledgeable service, excellent prices. One if the happiest and most satisfying experiences we have had on our many trips to Italy. Oh Paris...you have so much to learn! Or maybe this delightful team could just open up a Parisian branch?....Grazie mille.

My favorite comfort zone... amazing tartare with chips, superb "incaciati," top-notch stew, and incredibly dry frittini... too few :-) and the wine list is always top-notch!!! I love this place. It has a magical atmosphere that always makes good things happen... in addition to the spot-on menu options, the top-notch beer, and the killer playlist!!!

Very good, high-quality dishes. There's a wide selection of wines and excellent value, especially thanks to the daily specials. The staff is young, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and the place is truly beautiful and quaint. What a wonderful discovery!

This restaurant, located on the picturesque streets of Ascoli Piceno's historic center, is welcoming, well-maintained, and clean. Kudos to the staff, who, despite their young age, are professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Among the various à la carte options, there are tasting menus that include an appetizer (with a wide selection of options), a first course, and a second course, the latter of which are fixed weekly. Among the appetizers, the beef tartare (the quality of the meat is excellent) and the fried egg with truffle shavings stand out. This is a complex process that requires patience and great technical skill. The first and second courses of the day are worthy of the occasion, with pumpkin and sausage gnocchi and a tender, well-cooked braised beef, while the selection of local and regional wines is also decent. Prices are astonishing for the setting and the quality of the food and wine experience offered. I think that for anyone who happens to be wandering around Ascoli Piceno, stopping by is an opportunity not to be missed.
