07/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a place to have an unpretentious Sunday lunch. For our first course, we had tagliatelle with mushrooms, which had a delicious sauce—so much so that I, who can't eat bread, literally picked it up with a fork. For our second course, we had 2 cold cuts and 2 mixed grills. The cold cuts were all delicious, fresh, as was the cheese... but a particularly positive note was the way the ribs from the mixed grill were cooked. They were soft on the inside and had just the right crust on the outside, truly delicious. Not content with that, I also had a cinnamon and apple tart; it was also just the right amount of soft, truly delicious. I can't wait to go back. Congratulations!

07/10/2025: My wife and I went on Sunday. The weather was gloomy, windy, and threatening rain. The valley that looms before the restaurant is in full autumn. All this while enjoying the warmth of the stove inside the restaurant!!! Fabulous. The dishes are wonderful! Try them!!! Highly recommended!!!

05/01/2026: Authentic Bavarian cuisine in the heart of Senigallia Klaus Cucina Bavarese is a small pub in the center of Senigallia that transports you straight to Bavaria, thanks to dishes prepared with full respect for German tradition. The pork knuckle, the restaurant's true highlight, is cooked according to tradition: tender, flavorful meat with a golden rind, accompanied by potatoes that perfectly complement the dish. The portions are generous, as you'd expect from authentic Bavarian cuisine. The Nuremberg sausages are also very good, served with tasty and well-balanced sauerkraut, ideal for enhancing the flavor without overpowering it. The Oktoberfest-style beer is excellent, perfectly paired with the dishes and served at just the right temperature. 29/12/2025: Excellent restaurant with traditional German products The space isn't large, so reservations are always recommended. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Excellent food and a wide variety of German beers.

10/11/2025: Simple cafe serving great fresh pizzas at very reasonable prices, plus they had beer and wine! Friendly atmosphere and a great music soundtrack.

21/12/2025: Location in Piazza dell'Indipendenza, below the harbor, for an aperitif and dinner. We ordered an aperitif dinner for just €1 more than the price of the drink, a charcuterie board, and a pizza, including their specialty, a panellino (pizza cooked in a 20 cm pan). The aperitif was all very good; I recommend the panellino pizza, which is really good. Professional and fast table service. Because it's outside, they have the option of turning on heaters or radiators. I recommend it for an aperitif dinner.

07/10/2025: Gelato shop with a vast and delicious selection of gelatos and their own creations. They offer excellent gelato options for those who don't want or can't consume sugar. I highly recommend the "Sole Nero," a creation with a dark chocolate shell, vanilla gelato, cream, and sauce served separately. The Pellacani coffees are equally good, but I'd recommend asking for a coffee to accompany your creation. Perhaps the gelato shop could invest a little more in staff training. On one occasion, I found myself handed the menu directly, without even hearing a "hello" or a "good morning" or "noon."

Infinite thanks to Tamara and Sandro, the founders, and their wonderful children, Erik and Mascha, who are now in charge of the facility. 😘😘😘

26/10/2025: The rooms were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and we even had dinner, and everything was delicious. The only shame was that we arrived during the bedbug infestation season, and they were everywhere. I'm a bit of a phobia, and I didn't sleep a wink the first night.

03/10/2025: The location and views from the hotel were spectacular. Nestled in a park, it provided a peaceful and relaxing respite during our journey north from Puglia. The breakfast buffet provided many options and the dinners (in particular, the seafood risotto and gnocchi) at the restaurant were delicious. Staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a gem of a find.

07/12/2025: We chose Chalet Mauro in Loreto for lunch after visiting the sanctuary. To avoid the usual tourist restaurants. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED QUALITY, QUANTITY, SERVICE, and price We opted for the fixed menu. And I assure you, you have to be a good eater to finish it all. I will definitely return during the summer. It also has a beautiful view. Super
