20/08/2025: We went to this restaurant in the center of Cagli last night and had a great time! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best, so we sat inside, but it would have been charming outside right on the street with all the lights! We had tagliatelle with mushrooms, which were truly delicious! My partner had the crescia with sausage and cooked herbs, which was also delicious! Then we had two side dishes: potatoes, green beans, and cooked herbs. House wine, water, and liqueur came to €37 for two! Besides the great price, we ate really well. The atmosphere is charming and quaint. We'll be back!

26/09/2025: Second review. This evening we had dinner at El Gatt (previously, we'd ordered takeout). The place is welcoming. It's a comfortable place. Everything is delicious, but the mixed grilled fish is a must-try. It's one of the best I've ever had: incredibly fresh fish, expertly cooked. Fair prices. Very good.

30/08/2025: The food is good, you can't say the opposite. In all my years, I've never been dissatisfied. However, I've seen the owner in a bad mood several times, especially with the waiters, whom I've seen humiliate a couple of times. Honestly, unpleasant. A shame.

05/10/2025: An experience to be had. We'd been here for a few years without returning, but upon our return, we found it truly top-notch. Elegant, yes, but without being formal: a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is refined and carefully prepared, yet accessible to all. The menu is elaborate and creative, yet clear and understandable. It's one of those places where you want to spend the evening and, once you leave, you already know you'll want to return. The food is excellent (even the kitchen staff demonstrates great talent), the service is extremely friendly, and the cellar... well, a cellar that would be the envy of many wine bars, well-stocked and managed by knowledgeable and passionate staff (according to a sommelier!). I went with my wife and it was a truly enjoyable evening. Thank you and congratulations: I'll definitely be back and will speak highly of you. Truly top-notch!

08/09/2025: An elegant three-story restaurant with spacious panoramic terraces offering a splendid view of the bay. The rooms are warm yet understated, thoughtfully furnished with well-spaced tables and comfortable seating. We dined on the vegetarian menu called Hit Parade, seven courses bursting with color and unique yet well-balanced flavors. Overall, I found the tasting interesting and satisfying for both the eye and the palate. The wine list is extensive, with a wide selection even by the glass, and the cellar is impressive (I recommend a visit). The music was soft and original, as we listened to many B-sides of '70s and '80s disco, which was undoubtedly played there back then (a very welcome rejuvenation for the two of us). The service was attentive and friendly, perhaps a little too short between courses, but a wait would have been worse. The bathrooms are adjacent to the cellar, and those dining on the top floor will have to climb a lot of stairs, unless you ask reception to enable the elevator. The price, which is not modest, includes the rather unusual "service" charge, but above all, in my opinion, the exclusivity of the view, since other Michelin-starred restaurants offer similarly complex, extensive, and carefully curated menus at lower prices. Finally, I should point out that, given the limited paid public parking spaces and the extremely crowded atmosphere, you'll need to have coins and patience.

05/09/2025: We returned for the second time while passing through the Marche region. Excellent restaurant specializing in pasta and many traditional and non-traditional Marche dishes. The restaurant also includes a well-stocked shop. A wide selection of vegetarian options is also highly appreciated. Milena is fantastic! See you next time!

02/09/2025: We just left happy with our lunch here: a "polite" place staffed by kind and competent staff, welcoming and always smiling, extremely polite. What can I say about the dishes? Everything, absolutely everything, was excellent: the exquisite fresh pasta accompanied by sauces created specifically for it, perfect combinations for the taste buds and the mind. Good value, clean and fragrant restrooms, well-kept table linens, the menu and venue a mix of history and modernity. The desserts? Fantastic.
