22/03/2025: Cet endroit est devenu notre incontournable quand nous sommes dans la région. Tout est parfait : cuisine fine et savoureuse, service irréprochable, très beau cadre et belle carte des vins. Impossible d'être déçus.

Il ragazzo in sala gentile, discreto e bravo nel raccontare i piatti.
I piatti stessi arrivano in un vassoio grande, c’è grande scenografia.
Accostamento di pesce con sapori particolari; scampi con sale alla vaniglia e sgombro con sedano rapa nocciola e whisky e i triglie ripiene di polpo e burrata, buoni e ricercati.
La materia prima è freschissima ma il gusto del pesce viene coperto da troppi ingredienti comunque buono!

28/01/2025: Hotel on the hills, Marche very quiet and intimate. The rooms are almost all on two floors, are welcoming, well furnished and intimate. Possibility to go to the gym and swimming pool in summer. The restaurant open for lunch and dinner offers excellent dishes. Breakfast buffet of excellent quality.

It's not my first time here and I will keep coming back.
01/03/2025: I've been going there for a year and I have to say that it has now become my favorite place, every time I come I always leave satisfied. The food is of excellent quality and the atmosphere is intimate and warm. It's a 10 out of 10.

Come spesso accade quando ceno per la prima volta in un ristorante, scelgo il menu degustazione, immaginando che sia un po il biglietto da visita dello Chef, il suo punto di vista in cucina. Menu da 95 Euro senza vini, composto da 7 portate anonime,senza anima,totalmente inutili. Non ho conservato in memoria nessun sapore, nessuna emozione,solo piatti senza cuore.
I dolci sono fatti in casa cosi come il pane, certamente le cose migliori che ho mangiato.
