The best olives in the area at a fair price

The owner and his staff were incredibly kind! On our way back from the Adriatic, we took a long, tiring route to sample their flavors. This artisanal egg pasta (and more) workshop serves generous portions of their own homemade products. Authentic flavors. I couldn't resist taking home some souvenirs: Ascoli olives with meat and truffle, saltimbocca (trying it for the first time! Olives, cheese, and meat threaded onto a toothpick, breaded, and fried), tortellini, and spaghetti alla chitarra. A truly worthwhile stop!

Quick lunch, super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent quality and a well-stocked counter, from fresh pasta to main courses with olives and cremini sauces. Super reasonable price for what we ordered. Recommended!
