A good pizza shop for a pit stop. The place is clean with fine furnitures. The owner use to make pizza with raw flour grade 1 and/or 2. Ideal place for cyclists.

23/10/2025: Delicious lunch at the Baita dei 7 Nani in Auditore, near Sassocorvaro (PU), with amazing mushrooms!!! Family-run inn, attentive and very friendly staff, it was a pleasure to stop for a chat at the exit! They make everything, even the bread. Authentic and tasty food, truly delicious! We had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and tortelloni stuffed with porcini mushrooms, red wine by the glass, and another plate of mushrooms—guess which ones??? We really wanted more! Very fair prices. Very large place… there's room for everyone! Thanks for making our time here so enjoyable! Go and try it right away!
