25/04/2025: I called to book a night with my partner and the lady wanted to point out that her rooms were not available for casual encounters and prostitution, hinting something about my request for a room with a double bed. She basically managed to offend me without even knowing me, to insinuate that I was a whoremonger, and to offend my partner at the same time by trying to violate my privacy about what I would do during the short stop in Chiaravalle. I was shocked as well as sadly disgusted.

06/09/2024: Beautiful experience. A stone's throw from the sea and the center of Grottammare. Excellent value for money. Clean and well furnished. Very kind staff from reception to the girls in the restaurant. Very good cuisine, varied and plentiful! Highly recommended, we will be back!

23/01/2025: I went to get drinks and food with some other friends. The girl who served us already seemed angry as soon as we entered but we thought it was normal. As soon as the drinks arrived we realized that the cappuccinos were cold but we decided not to say anything. Then I see that the spoon was dirty with chocolate and a hair. I bring the cappuccino to the girl saying: sorry, there's a hair. Instead of apologizing or taking the entire saucer I had in my hand, I took the teaspoon and changed it. Once you get to the checkout and paid the entire bill, I tell the girl, look at least she apologizes and you could have made me drink again... She always with that angry/fed up face says look, these things can happen! I answer her: yes, there are things that can happen but at least you have to say sorry and change the drink, no you just take the spoon from my plate and that's it. She leaves pissed off saying leave it alone! But is this the way to treat customers? The desserts were really good and there is no doubt about it, we need to work more on drinking and above all on kindness!!

I have been frequenting it for several years but in my opinion the staff is not as competent as before, the sales assistant addresses customers in an annoyed manner almost as if she were doing the customer a favour. Health and hygiene standard to be reviewed, given that gloves or special tools are not used but rather the hands are used

06/01/2025: Ho ordinato 5 pizze ne sono arrivate 4, mi è stato chiesto di pagare in contanti ma avevo già pagato con PayPal, la quinta pizza è arrivata dopo 30 Min. prima e ultima volta, faranno la stessa fine di master pizza.

09/04/2025: Today I came here, and I think I've never seen anything like it, two small and practically frozen slices of pizza + a coke: €8, in addition to being a robbery the food was disgusting and there were foods that had expired for a few days, the bartender justified the matter with: "it must be a printing error", but to me personally it didn't seem like it, given the horrible state of those "not expired" foods If it doesn't improve I hope it closes soon!

Ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale la mia visita è stata la calorosa accoglienza della commessa. Fin dal primo momento, il suo sorriso radioso e la sua gentilezza mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Era evidente la sua passione per il suo lavoro e la sua dedizione nel soddisfare ogni cliente. Mi ha consigliato con competenza sui piatti, spiegandomi gli ingredienti e le specialità del giorno. La sua disponibilità e la sua simpatia hanno reso l'attesa del cibo un momento piacevole e divertente. Mentre gustavo il mio delizioso pranzo, ho osservato la commessa interagire con gli altri clienti. Era sempre sorridente, paziente e pronta ad aiutare. La sua energia positiva era contagiosa e creava un'atmosfera allegra e accogliente nel locale. Non posso fare a meno di complimentarmi con il titolare per aver assunto una ragazza così speciale. La sua presenza è un valore aggiunto inestimabile per questo street food. Non solo è una professionista impeccabile, ma è anche una persona solare e genuina che sa come far sentire i clienti benvenuti. Se cercate un'esperienza di street food autentica e un servizio impeccabile, non esitate a visitare questo locale. Sono sicuro che rimarrete colpiti dalla bontà del cibo e dalla gentilezza della commessa. Un plauso speciale a lei per aver reso la mia visita indimenticabile!

23/11/2024: Un pranzo alternativo di sabato , ho trovato molto buona la mousse di baccalà mantecato servita con le cipolle caramellate. Uno street Food buono , certo non è un ristorante però se ci si aspetta un aperitivo di pesce è ok

02/02/2025: Siamo andati a cena da Hops per un compleanno. Purtroppo ho riscontrato molti piccoli errori, davvero molti. Da inizio serata abbiamo aspettato almeno mezz’ora per ordinare soltanto da bere (non dico per i pasti, perché stavamo aspettando un’ultima coppia e va bene, ma a parer mio le bevande dovrebbero esser portate subito, durante l’attesa, anche se la tavolata non è ancora al completo). Inoltre non abbiamo aspettato che venisse un cameriere, ma siamo andati direttamente noi a chiedere. Anche per portare la torta sono state fatte alcune gaffe che hanno “rovinato” la sorpresa. Uso il virgolettato perché non è la fine del mondo.. ma appunto dovendo essere una sorpresa, i camerieri sono arrivati al tavolo tre volte per far domande e risolvere eventuali problemi o loro dubbi (sarebbe stato apprezzabile prendere uno dei clienti in disparte, chi aveva portato la torta ad esempio).

When we asked for tables to sit at, in a threatening tone they showed us where they were, all the tables were completely set, so, out of politeness, we moved all the cutlery to the bottom of the table to avoid dirtying the cutlery, the "waitress" arrived. , if we can call her that, who told us that it wasn't nice to have cutlery at the table as if to say that it wasn't hygienic even though shortly afterwards we catch the same waitress drinking behind the counter even though it's completely forbidden, dirty place, terrible food, poor staff. Not to sound stupid but it's better to be warned and informed before going to certain places.

16/04/2025: Owner rude to customers and the people she works with! I asked her for a juice and she told me she didn't make them, with the juicer under her nose, I probably interrupted her while she was chatting with 2 other people, and after telling me no, she comfortably resumed chatting. Before serving you 10 minutes pass and then they ask you what you want as if it were a problem. We don't talk about paying, it's a problem every time! Even just for a coffee and a croissant! Unfortunately it is the only bar under the specialist center so post analysis is convenient, just for that, but every time I go the experience is always the same. Avoid!

04/04/2025: Breakfast. Everything OK. But the lady is allergic to paying by credit card, but not who knows why... . I had to insist. Among other things, you have to wait until you finish chatting to be served. Excellent pasta, terrible service.

06/01/2025: We were with the children on the day of Ferragosto, pools of various heights and slides for everyone, including adults. There is a hot tub. Good lunch and present service. The labyrinth and the games could use some tidying up, but in the summer the priority is the pools. Recommended.

10/10/2024: The road to get there isn't the best: an off-road vehicle wouldn't hurt. 😀 On the other hand, the food is worth it: the tagliatelle with both the ragù and the porcini mushrooms are very good and the grilled meat is also excellent (especially the slice of veal, tender and cooked just right). 28/04/2025: Abbiamo fatto pranzo il 25 Aprile ma sono rimasto deluso dalle risposte ricevute. Nel menù era previsto il vino ma servito l'antipasto ho dovuto richiederlo andando a cercare i camerieri. Avevamo un menù fisso del 25 aprile ma il 2° primo portato non era quello previsto e senza avvisarci ce lo hanno servito comunque. Nel menù per dolce era previsto il ciambellone marchigiano e ci è stata servita una fetta di colomba con crema sopra sempre senza avvisarci. Andando a pagare e portardo le rimostranze ci è stato detto che il cuoco si era sbagliato con il menù della sera.... non aggiungo altro. Dato che a tavola c'èra anche il menù di Pasqua mi è semrato prorio un reciclare gli avanzi.

21/04/2025: Il cibo è all'altezza,ma poca attenzione alla problematica insetti all'interno struttura. È vero, siamo in campagna,ma.....un po' di attenzione non guastava. Non si può mangiare con le cimici che ti saltano nel piatto...!
