It would be nice if they let everyone in without discrimination or using the phrase "we don't know him, we can't let him in," as if they knew every single person in there, and that's just for one guy. Sometimes they use the hat as an excuse and they won't let you in. In the summer, if you're wearing shorts, sometimes you get in, sometimes you don't. Now they're making up the idea that if the guy at the entrance doesn't know you, they won't let you in. But come on, then magically, if he comes in with a table, he can still come in, eh? 😂😂😂 l

It tasted like nothing!
*All things considered, I imagine there was at least some effort and research behind it. Maybe I just had a bad night, or the flavor I chose wasn't one of your signature flavors.
The disappointment stems from the fact that I'd heard good things about it.
Maybe if I'm in the area again, I'll try it again.

Recommended.
14/11/2025: I ate there on a Sunday, in a gazebo with a lot of people. Simple place. Slow service, unmotivated staff. All the food was good except the dessert.

I visited for a business lunch and I must unfortunately say that the food was truly awful. The quality was very low, too low even for a business lunch. ☹️
01/04/2026: We visited Restaurante Bar Gatto Nero as a family and it was truly excellent. The food is very authentic and absolutely delicious! The wild boar, fish, and crema catalana were the highlights for us! Many thanks to the waiter and for the delicious wine! We highly recommend it!

18/07/2025: La solita truffa per turisti. Ho voluto appositamente provare un cono di olive proprio per verificare la mia supposizione. Olive di qualche giorno prima tenute in “caldo” in banco/vetrina fatiscente… con la scusa di farmelo abbondante mi ha pure fregato 50 centesimi… sicuramente le olive ascolane si trovano meglio in un qualsiasi altro locale pescato a caso… Migliore si ma se si parte dal fondo della classifica. Pessimo.

04/10/2025: Although we, as a family, are longtime customers, we must sadly note that courtesy, professionalism, and communication skills (read: politeness) have quickly disappeared.
It certainly won't be a single family that's created a problem for the business, but the decision was made after several changes. One, two, or three bad days can happen to anyone.

23/02/2026: Grumpy waiter, when we asked for a platter they told us that it's not a place that does things of this kind and up to that point it was fine, the funny thing is that he didn't offer us anything else, he brought us the menu, and then left quite annoyed... we received the "aperitivo" with drinks, peanuts, olives, lupini beans and a shaving of Parmesan each... you're in a super strategic place, you could do much more, too bad...
03/02/2026: A fantastic evening for the big celebration of our first 20 years of business, with so many friends, Tanya, wonderful people.
Thank you all for always pampering us so much. A special thanks to Romano, Paola, and the tireless Chiara. Thanks also to the DJ, his music was amazing.
