22/03/2026: If there were an official scale to measure gastronomic delight, this would be off the charts. Posta Vecchia isn't just a restaurant, it's a small culinary pleasure machine. I started with the cheese and truffle passatelli that seemed designed by a taste architect: creamy, enveloping, with that truffle aroma that first hits your nose and then conquers you without asking. Then, off-menu, two knockout dishes: the roast beef, tender and precise as a scalpel, and the wagyu tartare... simply illegal, so good. Melting, intense, something to close your eyes and be silent about. Two glasses of red served as the perfect liquid soundtrack, accompanying the journey without ever stealing the show. And then the desserts... three, because stopping at one would have been an insult. All worthy of the rest: delicious, carefully crafted, memorable. The ambiance also deserves a mention: contemporary but without that cold, showroom-like feel. Here, there's soul, warmth, and a rare balance between design and hospitality. In short: a truly intriguing experience, with unforgettable cuisine and an immediate desire to return. Highly recommended.

11/03/2026: Nice place, friendly and helpful staff, we had the pizza... very enjoyable!!! Two small flaws... if the parking lot is full, it's difficult to park on the street since the Flaminia road is a bit dangerous... another flaw: when we left, even our socks smelled of food, perhaps it was the location of our table... we'll definitely be back!!!

16/03/2026: An authentic trattoria with home-style cooking. For me, the best in the area, in fact, unique in the coastal Marche region. Local products with a conscious slow food selection. For me, it's like going to eat at grandma's; they even have the same 90s glasses, both for the atmosphere and the carefully prepared food.

16/02/2026: Excellent restaurant for meat. Nico, the owner and chef, is an expert in preparing both red and white meats. The ingredients are top-quality, and the food is delicious and varied. The wine cellar offers wines from renowned and delicious labels and producers.

10/03/2026: A very welcoming place, the manager (Marino) is a reliable source of information, having trained in the restaurant industry. The dishes are limited, as is only right when working with the freshest ingredients. We opted for the special of the day, which included rabbit (my wife) and lamb stew (me). We split the dishes, and both were satisfying. The price for a dish, with side dish, water, and coffee, is €17 per person.

The food is good, but the prices are significantly above average, and it feels a bit too touristy, where the setting weighs more heavily than the substance. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is truly pleasant.

15/09/2025: A pleasantly surprising place with its decor and excellent products. I've been there a couple of times and enjoyed the food. The young waitress was friendly and helpful, as was another lady, while the owner, perhaps, was a little cold and unhelpful. A tip for the platter: for that price, add a little more (3 slices of fresh cheese, a small piece of sausage, 1 slice of Ciauscolo, and 2 thin slices of something else?). The wine is excellent, as is the price. It deserves a 5-star rating, but the lady's rude attitude keeps me from doing so. I'll be back anyway, and I hope she changes her attitude, or I'm just having a bad day.

12/09/2025: Express cuisine using quality ingredients. Dishes are served in just the right quantities, without frills or elaborate plating. Decor is somewhere between minimalist and a souvenir market. Service is eager but a bit hesitant. Good value for money.

21/03/2026: We tried this new restaurant today. The seafood menu was excellent and plentiful, and the service was impeccable! You have to try it. We'll definitely be back!
