We dined here tonight after discovering them on The Fork. We chose seafood: fresh fish dishes, delicious and expertly prepared. The wine list was carefully selected by the woman who looked after us. She told us that wine is her passion and that she's thinking about taking a sommelier course. We thank her for her kindness and wish her a dream come true. Truly excellent, we highly recommend it.

We're delighted to return, and as always, we weren't disappointed! We started with the freshest oysters. I chose a truly delicious seafood carbonara, while my husband had the seafood lasagna. Afterwards, we shared fried calamari and shrimp. Everything was fresh and prepared with great care.
For dessert, we tried the pistachio semifreddo, which was truly excellent and the perfect end to the meal.
The wine was chosen with the help of the very kind and helpful waitress, who was happy to stop and chat with us, making us feel truly at home.
We love coming back here. We're from the Jesi area, and it's always a pleasure to spend an evening at Cibariando! ❤️

I highly recommend Cibariando in Jesi! Delicious, fresh fish and seafood, all beautifully presented. From beginning to end, I felt very well taken care of the staff was extremely friendly and professional, paying attention to every detail. On top of that, the atmosphere is lovely and the restaurant is elegant. I’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful experience at Cibariando in Jesi! A seafood restaurant I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves fresh fish and seafood. We tried several dishes and were very satisfied: everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and beautifully seasoned, with balanced flavors and quality ingredients.
The service was also excellent: the staff was kind, attentive, and helpful. The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere that makes for a pleasant, relaxing evening.
An excellent choice for dinner in Jesi, whether for a special evening or simply to enjoy a delicious meal. The quality, service, and atmosphere are truly the strong points. We will definitely be back! ❤️

My husband and I had dinner at Cibariando. Since we don’t eat meat, we tried the vegetarian appetizer and a mixed salad. Afterwards, we both had the eggplant parmigiana. Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. A high-quality restaurant with a great atmosphere and professional, incredibly friendly service. Highly recommended!
