27/01/2026: I waited a few days before posting this review to try to be as objective as possible. Let's start with the positives: the place is truly beautiful, perched on a green hill. I hate to write about everything else, but it's a disaster! Worst place I've been to in recent years. Non-existent service from someone who has nothing to do with the restaurant business and is definitely working in a different profession. No menu was presented to us, portions were ridiculous (the appetizers were presented for 6 people... absurd, 2 or 3 of us ate there, and we were really short... we had to reorder) and exorbitant prices, way out of line!!! Never again... Luckily, there are plenty of alternatives!

27/01/2026: Beautiful location in the characteristic olive oil mill on the top of a hill with a sea view and a garden. Available to seat a table of 11, 4 children (aged 5 to 10) and 7 adults, thrilled after visiting the Bali museum and seeing the olive oil mill machinery. From there on, it was a disaster... no information on the cost, the quantity of food was too small. We ordered platters for 6 again, plus another for 6, considering the children. It was also a shame that the starters were good: radicchio gnocchi, pumpkin ravioli, a bit lacking, and chicken skewers breaded with breadcrumbs, just about anything. They didn't even offer tagliatelle, which was available at other tables... a taste of oil was out of the question. Being in an olive oil mill... at least... I wouldn't recommend it. A SHAME.

17/03/2026: Discovered by chance during a business trip. For over a year, it's become a regular stop when I'm in Urbino. Sandwiches are carefully prepared, well-balanced, and very tasty. The lady is very kind, professional, and above all, offers excellent advice. See you soon

27/01/2026: I want to publicly thank Casa del Pane in Urbino for their exquisite kindness. Being at a hotel and unable to leave, I called almost at closing time: not only did they accept my order with great urgency, but the owner's son delivered the food directly to my door. A service that goes far beyond the simple professional duty, demonstrating a rare and truly appreciated level of customer care. Excellent food and even better service. Thank you so much!

18/02/2026: The pizza by the slice is good. It's a bit chaotic getting served despite the large and helpful staff.

10/12/2025: Very high prices for what it is: two slices of pizza cost four euros, small cold ones, one with a "special" truffle, a low-quality industrial truffle. Not recommended.

18/01/2026: This place is truly perfect for families. With three children, I was finally able to enjoy my vacation. The fact that the facility isn't huge is a huge plus: with kids, you often have to go back to your room for all sorts of reasons, and here everything is convenient and close. I would gladly return every year. The only flaw—and the reason I don't think I'll return for a third year in a row—is the entertainment. The entertainers are excellent, and the shows are truly breathtaking. Unfortunately, after three years, having to deal with the same jokes and games over and over again becomes a bit tiresome. It's a real shame, because just a little variation in the program would make the experience even better. In any case, I highly recommend it!

14/10/2025: A great place for families with children. We spent a week in a mobile home on July 25th. The cottage was very well-equipped and comfortable. The campsite is small, so everything is close by, with a well-stocked shop and swimming pools. The beach loungers are a huge plus, especially since they're assigned to your cottage. The campsite is mostly Italian; not everyone speaks English, but we always managed to communicate. There's an interesting entertainment program, both during the day and in the evenings, and beautiful dance and theater performances.

14/12/2025: Terrible service, unhelpful and rude staff, ingredients for the pizzas are always missing, and the menu only offers a couple of subpar flavors. The pizzas by the slice are always very small, and they close an hour before the advertised time. Definitely avoid this place! Don't waste your money and time coming here!

27/01/2026: This was our "go-to" place three years ago when we were last here. We dropped in again yesterday and were treated to a fantastic meal. We had some delicious pasta, some grilled pork, and of course locally prepared dessert. Topped it off with some delicious strong coffee. The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. We were surrounded by locals, and we could tell they come here for a great meal.

24/09/2025: We received a very quick and friendly welcome and were seated right away. We had some trouble translating the menu, but they gave us plenty of time to do so. The waitress did come back several times to check on us and ask if we'd made a choice yet. We had a pizza calzone and I had a pizza funghi with extra proscuitto; both pizzas were delicious. The beer was also very cheap; my girlfriend had a 66cl birra moretti for only €3.50. The total meal wasn't expensive either, coming to €30/€35. The only downside was the table next to us. It was quite quiet in the restaurant; the only table next to us was a large family celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, they were quite noisy and didn't eat properly, which bothered us slightly.

14/03/2026: The bar is very nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is truly excellent. The other bartenders are also kind and friendly. This makes the attitude of one bartender in particular even more jarring, as on several occasions she appeared cold and impolite, with a decidedly unwelcoming manner. A real shame, because otherwise the place has everything it takes to offer a truly pleasant experience.

09/11/2025: They've dropped significantly since the beginning. Smaller brioches and pancakes, but more expensive. But then...can you sell a brioche for €1.70 if there's nothing to fill it with?! Just a smear of pistachio cream on top (in this case, but they're all like that).

16/11/2025: Never go back. Stifling place, cold, slow service, and poor street food dishes. Sky-high prices. Never go back. Menu not updated. We found ourselves with a different menu!

26/10/2025: An enchanting location, tables hidden among the ancient beams and caves beneath the structure that houses this restaurant, where local ingredients are showcased, with a focus on seasonality. The menu, including the desserts, is constantly evolving. Tagliatella rolled thinly with a rolling pin accompanied by seasonal mushrooms, squid ink cannelloni stuffed with broccoli accompanied by crispy bacon, rabbit in porchetta accompanied by diced eggplant—the latter—all accompanied by an excellent, locally sourced Aleatico, almost zero-mile and super organic! Finally, a gelato made with olive oil from the town of Cartoceto and a traditional Moretta from Fano. €85 for a bottle of wine always makes a difference in the final bill, so be the judge! A truly delightful experience.

07/08/2025: Cozy yet modern coffee shop. Had a delicious cappuccino with a pastry. Sat comfortably on the small terrace. Pleasant atmosphere.

06/08/2025: Lots of pasta dishes but not to my liking, the atmosphere is a bit cramped and the service isn't exactly top notch.

16/12/2025: Self-service during the day, excellent meat in the evening, all at truly honest prices.

15/02/2026: Excellent pizza, thin and well-seasoned. They also have lactose-free mozzarella (something not always a given). The staff is friendly, approachable, and attentive to customers in the dining room. I gave the atmosphere three stars because I didn't like the dirty windows, and I think that's something you need to be careful about.

05/11/2025: I bought a tart today at 5:00 PM and the employee picked up my tart with her fingers instead of using gloves, but shortly before she had touched the money without gloves! Maximum hygiene! Well done!

19/01/2026: An enchanting place to unplug from the rest of the world. I had the pleasure of staying in the suite, the wonderful suite with a whirlpool and fireplace, overlooking snow-capped valleys. It was like a dream. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, given the unexpected amount of snow and the mountain roads. The food was excellent, authentic, and flavorful. We'd love to return in the spring/summer to enjoy the wonderful view in bloom. Superb!

25/12/2025: We were there on Christmas Day... Very nice location, good food, but not abundant... poor service...
