26/10/2025: A really nice hotel, a reasonable price. Very good service, a pleasant atmosphere. Good breakfast, very clean rooms. The wellness area must be booked for the desired time, but then you have complete privacy. The sauna, steam room, and whirlpool are very clean and attractive.
Perfect location!

The hotel is well-kept and clean, the dinner is truly excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
Outside the entrance across the street, a stone staircase takes you directly into the historic center.

21/05/2026: Pizzas ordered for home delivery, not only an hour of waiting with 4 calls answered rudely, upon arrival, the legendary delivery man decides to throw the receipt on the floor, asking me if they were already paid, when I confirm that they were paid he tries to raise his voice asking for it, showing the receipt he mutters something and demanding a totally undeserved tip leaves, an experience never to be repeated, Just Eat should remove it from their choices

10/05/2026: I've been to places with terrible service, but this one definitely surpasses them all. Despite an excruciating wait, only half of the appetizers arrived, and the same happened with the main courses. We had to push the staff repeatedly. We even had to wait an hour for wine. The icing on the cake? When we got the bill, we received neither the slightest apology nor the slightest discount for the serious inconvenience. Absolutely not recommended.

02/05/2026: Definitely another overrated place. We went based on the rating it received, and while their pizzas aren't anything extraordinary, you might think, "Okay, let's eat it," but there's an incredibly strong smell inside, like mold and sewage. I really struggled to stand it. It doesn't seem like a very hygienic place.

23/12/2025: The rice is obscene, I ask whoever makes it to taste it. I have much more pleasant memories of the dishes they prepared when it was a cooperative. Vile money has done its damage.
23/12/2025: We arrived at 1:30 PM and there was still a line outside... but they're organized with turnstiles with cash spaces, so no matter how many people leave, there's always room for everyone. 700 seats are enough to accommodate a good rotation. We went in and my daughter ordered the plain menu, which includes fish-shaped pasta with oil and parmesan and a two-flavored ice cream cup plus water.
We've always eaten well... even though the price has now risen to €16.50 for a five-course menu.

03/05/2026: good sandwiches, I order an Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreos and they don't put the extras, I ask if they put them and they say yes, there was nothing underneath, it looked like stracciatella.
03/05/2026: Alas, I seem to have noticed that no one wears gloves, either in the kitchen or among those handling food in the breakfast/bar area.
In general, almost no one uses them. I believe that, for reasons of hygiene and fairness towards customers, this aspect would be better.
