31/08/2025: I've returned to this restaurant after many years, and I have to say that some things seem to have changed. I'm referring primarily to the service, but especially to the prices and order management. It must be said that the food remains better than many Japanese restaurants around today; after all, this was the first Japanese restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, with a Japanese chef who adds a touch of true tradition. The sore point, however, is the price: it's definitely too high. I understand the quality of the product, but charging €2.50 for a simple refill of soy or wasabi seems truly excessive. The other courses are also disproportionately priced: you can spend €120 for two and leave feeling like you've only had an aperitivo. It's true that prices are exorbitant these days, but at this rate, paying such prices becomes truly unsustainable, considering we're not talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant.

02/06/2026: A positive experience. I was impressed by the wide selection of pizzas, both by the plate and by the slice, and by the friendly and helpful staff. The menu is varied, catering to every need, from puccia to salad, which was also excellent!

28/12/2025: The restaurant's traditional atmosphere and cleanliness make a real difference. I've been here several times, both with friends and family. Excellent food: the grilled pecorino cheese appetizer is truly exquisite, not to mention the Marchigiana steak, a perfectly cooked and truly succulent meat, accompanied by sautéed chicory. The desserts are also homemade, always fresh daily. The quality/price ratio is truly fair. The staff is attentive and friendly. I recommend it.

21/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance for lunch... tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and grilled lamb: simply amazing dishes... Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: We came to Verde Pistacchio for lunch. My mother-in-law knew it, and my wife and I were the first ones. It was a discovery worth it. The waiters were courteous and friendly! Traditional Marche food, delicious. The Vincisgrassi reminded me of my farming roots, a dream. And the best part: Laura, the owner, is incredibly friendly. I really enjoyed it. Keep it up. Luigino. 05/05/2026: I ordered takeout pizza by the metre and he wanted to sell me the unsold pizza during lunch without telling me.

02/05/2026: Definitely another overrated place. We went based on the rating it received, and while their pizzas aren't anything extraordinary, you might think, "Okay, let's eat it," but there's an incredibly strong smell inside, like mold and sewage. I really struggled to stand it. It doesn't seem like a very hygienic place.

I must say that thanks to their kitchen.. in several dinners I saved myself, making a good impression by pretending that I had cooked 😂😂.. if you eat there, you feel at home.. good food.. quality and fair price.. menu of healthy and excellent foods... specialties for my tastes are the gnocchi with duck and fish sauce on Fridays... specialized staff and always available with politeness and a smile.. even an aperitif becomes a moment of relaxation for the way you are welcomed... 👍🏼

10/11/2025: We returned to the Palace del Conero for its strategic location, the kindness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfortable room, and the 24-hour reception service. Now, with the newly renovated rooms, we couldn't ask for anything better. The experience exceeded our expectations. Well done!!!

02/05/2026: May 1, 2026, table for 8, everything was good, my 11 year old daughter was disappointed. She ate: 1 small plate of clams, 1 first course, 1 fried dish, 1 sorbet, paid 60 euros. I WOULD SAY IT WAS DEFINITELY A LITTLE TOO MUCH.
