Very friendly staff. Despite the language barrier, everyone went out of their way to make us happy. The food was excellent. I had a Pizza Capricciosa, which was generously topped on a fantastic crust. My wife's tortellini were also delicious, and the price was great. It's definitely worth coming here. Thank you for the delicious food.

The pizza was okay. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. We had to wait a long time for service even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. It felt more like a snack bar than a restaurant.

Vino di casa, molto buono. Food in general was good, but nothing super special. Quality was good, things could have been cooked a bit more or a bit less. Seafood could have been more crisp but was fresh. Meat could have been more medium temperature wise. Most was overdone. But service was good, atmosphere outside was very nice.

I enjoyed my food here and the staff was super friendly. The reason I m giving it 3 stars is because in my opinion the food was overpriced. Given the type of place and the fact that I had a single plate with a side + drink and paid 27 Euros, I would not eat here again. I have had better three-course-meals for less.

11/03/2026: In the stunning setting of the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Ambro, we had lunch at this hotel-restaurant. At first glance, it seemed stuck in the 1970s, outdated and unfaithful to all the beauty that surrounds it. However, the food, service, and cleanliness far exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was attentive and friendly. I hope the establishment is restored to the splendor it deserves, because this does not do justice to the kindness and professionalism of those who manage it.
07/01/2026: Excellent food, a proven track record of years of frequenting both the kiosk in the woods and the restaurant. It's very difficult to find fault. The staff is friendly and welcoming, very approachable, just the way I like it. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. Well done, keep it up.
