11/01/2026: Excellent, it could easily have a Michelin star—and perhaps it's working toward one—but the prices are still fair for the quality and service. The setting is stunning, with a breathtaking view of the Conero overlooking the sea.

27/01/2026: This was our "go-to" place three years ago when we were last here. We dropped in again yesterday and were treated to a fantastic meal. We had some delicious pasta, some grilled pork, and of course locally prepared dessert. Topped it off with some delicious strong coffee. The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. We were surrounded by locals, and we could tell they come here for a great meal.

24/09/2025: We received a very quick and friendly welcome and were seated right away. We had some trouble translating the menu, but they gave us plenty of time to do so. The waitress did come back several times to check on us and ask if we'd made a choice yet. We had a pizza calzone and I had a pizza funghi with extra proscuitto; both pizzas were delicious. The beer was also very cheap; my girlfriend had a 66cl birra moretti for only €3.50. The total meal wasn't expensive either, coming to €30/€35. The only downside was the table next to us. It was quite quiet in the restaurant; the only table next to us was a large family celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, they were quite noisy and didn't eat properly, which bothered us slightly.

10/11/2025: We returned to the Palace del Conero for its strategic location, the kindness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfortable room, and the 24-hour reception service. Now, with the newly renovated rooms, we couldn't ask for anything better. The experience exceeded our expectations. Well done!!!

18/01/2026: We went today for the first time. The place is really beautiful and cozy. Excellent food and very welcoming service.

12/10/2025: Recently reopened, the restaurant boasts charming rooms, all in stone and beams. It feels like stepping into another era. It also has a lovely terrace overlooking the valley towards Jesi and Maiolati. The staff is friendly and empathetic, the service is fairly quick, the menu is varied, and the prices are average. We'll definitely be back.

13/01/2026: In Porto San Giorgio, not only do they serve excellent draft beers, quality pastrami, and even burgers, but the owner Lorenzo always welcomes you with a smile. Plus, there's a giant screen for sporting events and a unique atmosphere for playing board games! Kudos to Mister Magoo!!!

07/09/2025: Albergo tranquillo, camere pulite e personale accogliente. Un piacevole weekend con la famiglia. Posizionato sul lungomare di Fano-Sassonia. Vicinissimi bar, ristoranti, gelaterie ecc... Colazione a buffet, dolce - salato in base ai gusti. Cornetti caldi appena sfornati

30/08/2025: My wife and I stayed for a week from August 17th to 24th, 2025. The hotel was seafront with an excellent view from the balcony. The breakfast was adequate, with a very good croissant. This was a great thing, as I've rarely found cappuccino or coffee made fresh, rather than from the machines, which, besides being bad, sometimes even require you to wait in line. Instead, here, the girls would come by and ask what you wanted, which was very welcome. They would also come back a second time to ask if you wanted anything else. The rooms were always clean, as was the entire hotel. My wife, unfortunately, had a health problem, and Mrs. Tania immediately took action to help us, which was very much appreciated. I thank all the staff at the Hotel Sassonia, who were always smiling, and I must say, that's not something everyone can do. It's definitely an excellent option for those who want to travel by train, as the train station is very close by, just a short walk. Then Fano has remained in our hearts and we will definitely return, definitely to the Hotel Sassonia. Highly recommended... See you soon, Hotel Sassonia. And I forgot, they also had a concept with the beach in front of it, an excellent establishment with a pool too, which was very welcome.

30/08/2025: Excellent food, kindness and friendliness. I didn't photograph the first and second courses because we were too hungry. 😄 We will definitely be back. I forgot: very fair prices!!!

15/01/2026: For us, it's a consistently satisfying pizzeria, especially for takeout. We're fans of the two-flavor pizza. The quality is good and the price is right.

06/03/2026: Hospitality was poor, cold appetizers were good, hot clams and mussels were inedible. Mezze maniche allo scoglio (meat and seafood pasta) with fish that was definitely recycled, water and half a liter of wine, total €70 for two without a receipt. Not recommended.

22/02/2026: If you're thinking of eating fish, you're in the right place. Excellent roast and fried fish. People around us were eating huge pans of pasta dishes, which we skipped. The atmosphere is 1970s/80s-style, but clean and tidy.

08/03/2026: A small café and pastry shop, but despite its size, it's still worth stopping by! The pastries are delicious, large and rich, and there's a huge selection. The girls at the counter are incredibly kind and always smiling. We had a cream croissant and a cocoa croissant filled with cream and black cherry, which were SPECTACULAR!!!
