19/01/2026: I've been back several times, hoping something had changed, but nothing has. Last time I asked for a different type of croissant, but they served me a different one. Today I asked for a decaf coffee, and they made me a regular coffee. The girls behind the counter are listless and inattentive; they're always busy chatting with someone and don't listen to your turn; in fact, they often serve the person who arrived later first. I don't think I'll ever return to this place, especially since almost no one answers my good morning. I don't think politeness lives here.

From our first meeting with Nataliya, who managed the entire organization of our wedding with great professionalism and passion, we knew we were in excellent hands. She guided us every step of the way, supporting us, advising us, and, above all, accompanying us with a willingness and care that made every step of the way seamless and perfect. A special thanks also goes to Pamela, who managed the venue with care and attention, taking care of us during the ceremony and the two days we were guests at the venue. She literally "cradled and protected" us, making us feel welcomed, pampered, and always at the center of attention. Thanks to Chef Mario di Vito, who guided and advised us in choosing the menu, but above all for creating elegant and refined dishes (the dessert buffet was also phenomenal). Trusting them was the best choice we could have made: they organized an unforgettable day, meticulously planned down to the smallest detail, which went far beyond our wildest dreams. If everything went as we dreamed—or even better—we owe it to them and the entire staff at Officina del Sole, who accompanied us with professionalism, smiles, and warmth. The location is simply enchanting: the vineyards as far as the eye can see, tinged in autumn with red, ochre, and a thousand warm hues, create a magical and evocative atmosphere. But what makes this place truly special is not only its beauty, but also the people who bring it to life. Their dedication, kindness, and humanity are the true added value that transforms a wedding into a unique and unforgettable experience. Special praise goes to Maurizio for creating a truly remarkable setting. He managed to bring the scent and flavor of autumn into the rooms. He reassured us, with his calm and aplomb, in moments of anxiety and provided the right advice. A heartfelt thank you to Nataliya, Pamela, Chef Mario Di Vito, the pastry chef, Maurizio (our set designer), Marco and Gianluca (the photographers), and the Acustic Duo (music) for making everything so special. Our greatest blessing was meeting people like you. People truly make the difference, and you are proof that passion and heart can turn a dream into reality.

03/03/2026: The waitress was grumpy, unfriendly, and not very welcoming. We had two couples with us who don't eat fish, and the waitress said that only fish was on the menu. We went in and saw that they also had meat dishes. The pasta al vongole was mediocre. The bathroom was unavailable; she said it was clogged. We're staying in the city for 15 days, we really like seafood, but we won't be returning.

15/08/2025: First time at this restaurant, very welcoming, bright, and located in the heart of Staffolo, with a magnificent view of the landscape and the surrounding area. We were immediately welcomed and looked after by the very friendly, cheerful staff (my friend didn't take our table away, don't worry 🤣🤣), but above all, very professional and expert in their work. There's a wide selection of dishes to choose from, all delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and most importantly, reasonably priced for the service provided. I highly recommend this restaurant, not only for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, but also for the excellent cuisine and warm welcome. Since I often vacation in Staffolo, I'll definitely be back.

18/02/2026: Best pizzetta in Ascoli! Was brought here by my mother-in-law who has been eating here since the 70s! Perfect crisp-yet-chewy delicious dough, light fresh tomato and high quality molten mozzarella. A revelation in the middle of January. Thank you so much! (And only 2.50 euros each! Something like this would be easily $10 each in Sydney...)

07/01/2026: I spent New Year's Eve there with some friends; there were about fifteen of us, not exactly young, with a few kids. The place, upstairs, isn't bad; the ground floor is more of a bar/pizzeria. The food was a basic New Year's Eve menu at a fair price, considering the occasion. Everything seemed to suggest a quiet and discreet dinner, but the illusion was shattered by the arrival of a group of about fifty twenty-somethings who, presumably, had left any manners at home, if they ever had them! Stadium chants and/or excessively vulgar chants, loud music, if you can call it music, and endless shouting. Probably several of them were already tipsy upon arrival. Suddenly, it became impossible to talk to anyone who wasn't directly next to you. It was no use asking for a little more restraint; in fact, as I suspected, it only made the situation worse. Obviously, the managers' only fault was not thinking about it sooner and notifying us, but when we complained, they were kind enough to move us downstairs. From then on, however, it was a remedied situation, much to our and the waiters' inconvenience. Never mind.
