26/08/2024: Terribile.Terribile.Terribile.Ordino 1/2 litro di vino sfuso ma non più disponibile perchè sostituito da due calici da 1/4 che secondo la proprietaria equivale a mezzo litro,Non è vero perchè la bottiglia da 0,70, già aperta e vuota fino all'etichetta dopo averne versato nei due calici, con oltre un dito di differenza di altezza uno dall'altro ,è rimasta dalla base dell'etichetta al fondo con ancora del vino.Ordiniamo due fritti ma purtroppo mancano degli ingredienti e pertanto non ordinabili.Mio nipote è il primo ad essere servito, mangia la pizza da solo e noi tre aspettiamo.Dopo un quarto d'ora arrvia una pizza con rosmarino da mangiare con i secondi per moglie e figlia, che purtroppo arrivano dopo circa mezz'ora. La tagliata di pollo va bene mentre i fiori di zucca sono super cotti all'esterno mentre la pastella interna è cruda. Richiamata la proprietaria anzichè spiegarne il motivo rimprovera mia moglie di non aver competenza in merito alla cottura allontanandosi con arroganza ed offesa.Dopo un'ora ed un quarto dall'arrivo, ripeto 1 ora ed 1/4, arriva l'agnello fritto per me da mangiare purtoppo da solo mentre gli altri mi guardano.L'agnello fritto è una suola e la morbidezza dell'impanatura un ricordo lontano.Le olive ascolane che acconpagnano l'agnello hanno all'interno consistenza liquida come pane bagnato mentre le verdure gratinate fritte sono di colore rossiccio e nere e non sono riuscito a capire se fossero patate-carote-zucchine o altro. Terribile.Terribile.Terribile

08/10/2023: Ottimo servizio. I camererieri sono attenti e cortesi. Cibo buono e molto gradita l'offerta di piatti senza glutine. Leggermente elevato il conto.

20/10/2024: Io e mia moglie siamo stati il giorno di ferragosto in questo stupendo locale, sia per la location che per il personale; offre un menù sia di carne che di pesce noi abbiamo optato per il pesce. Soutè di cozze, paccheri alla pescatora (divini), frittura mista, dolci e alla fine la moretta (una splendida scoperta) che consiste in un caffè bollente con l'aggiunta di un particolare liquore a base di rum brandy e anice che rappresenta un ottimo digestivo. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, chi passa a Senigallia ci deve andare.

26/09/2024: Sono stata ieri a pranzo e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente soddisfatta. Innanzitutto bella location e personale molto cordiale. Antipasto e primo di pesce davvero ottimi, tornerò sicuramente per provare altri piatti. Anche rapporto qualità/prezzo molto molto buono

01/10/2024: I have known various outlets of this chain for over 30 years (I work throughout central Italy) but I must note that the quality of their pizza is noticeably deteriorating. when they opened in Senigallia I was very happy with their price/quality ratio: good pizza at honest prices. And it was appreciated by the people of Senigallia: there was often a queue of people with their numbers in their hands. Now there is no longer a queue even on Sundays because they have become the most expensive sliced ​​pizzeria in Senigallia (it's certainly not the best though!!!). The price increases have been continuous over the last 3 years.....much more than their respective competitors who also make better pizza. Too much presumption can go to your head!!!!!

05/06/2024: For its cream alone (it is said that the elves bring the ingredients and the angels prepare them) it is worth 5 stars. The pastas are delicious and all the cakes are delicious. The location, although always very clean and well-kept, deserves a restyling.

18/05/2024: Very bad experience. I booked a cake for 30 people a month in advance, clearly explaining how I wanted it and how it should be decorated (sending photos to the pastry chef). I was told that two cakes would be made since only one could not be made given the large quantity. Upon collecting the cake I notice that the writing (complete with photo attached) is poorly written, wrong and off-centre, and that the pastry shop is not adequately supplied to package my cake. Although the taste is good I am absolutely not satisfied with my experience.

19/10/2024: Prenoto tramite The Fork il martedì per il sabato. Mi mandano per mail la disdetta della prenotazione il sabato stesso alle 16.24, costringendo a riorganizzare l’intera serata che avevo previsto per il compleanno del mio fidanzato. Pessimi, chissenefrega di come si mangia, a questo punto passa anche la curiosità, girate alla larga.

14/10/2024: Pizzeria insoddisfacente per i prezzi delle pizze e per le bevande. Il luogo sarebbe anche carino, ma pizze così care e così mediocri mi dispiace scriverlo ma mi è sembrato una cosa insoddisfacente.

29/12/2024: We had already ordered takeaway from Fornace once 4 years ago, and I had a very bad experience, like 30 minutes of waiting on site. But it was summer. So okay, there can also be a bad day. After all, it is high season. We decide to give the place another chance, in the middle of winter, since we didn't want to leave home (it's really a stone's throw away). We call very early (around 6pm) to order two takeaway pizzas for 7.30pm. They tell us it was better to do it by 8pm. We agree. We show up at 7.55pm and by 8pm we have paid, no trace of the pizzas because "Well it's rush hour, but they're coming now". But why, we had proposed a slower time and now it's rush hour? Well guys, it goes without saying that there were 8 customers at three tables (literally) with pizzas already served, a deserted place. The scene repeats itself within a few minutes with other customers coming to collect the pizzas ordered in advance. The nightmare of waiting years ago for the withdrawal is repeating itself again. To be honest I have to say that this time we only waited 20 minutes compared to 30 a few years ago. The restaurateur evidently thinks that customers are mere self-propelled wallets from which to draw whose time is worth absolutely nothing. Let's clarify one concept: I might even be fine with having had unpleasant experiences with customers who don't show up to pick up a pizza. But then what you do is not "takeaway" as you also communicate on your website and on the phone. Rather, the formula is, come here, and I'll make you some pizzas to take away. Not very fast. There's a big difference. I say this because there are pizzerias that have this type of policy, for various reasons (attempts to upsell other products, protection against missed orders, etc.) and therefore specify it at the time of ordering. Or they don't let you order at all and tell you to go there. On the pizza, despite personal tastes, there is a problem: it will be 180g of dough (which we can also define as central Italian style) but with truly embarrassing toppings in terms of quantity. I'm sorry to leave negative reviews but unfortunately they are the only way to open the managers' eyes to allow them to treat customers with due respect. And also obviously to inform possible new future customers of critical issues encountered. Reading other reviews, however, these facts have already been highlighted previously, so I would say that it would be appropriate to make some changes.

11/09/2024: Pleasant farmhouse located near the most beautiful beaches and locations in the Conero. The free shuttle to Portonovo beach is just 200 meters away. Excellent breakfast, shame that catering was temporarily suspended. Furthermore, the owner produces excellent wines. I'll be back.

07/09/2024: A wonderful place and a great owner, close to the beach which can be reached by a free bus. Delicious organic breakfast and air conditioning. I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back!

05/08/2024: Great pizza but terrible experience. More than 25 minutes of waiting for 3 slices of pizza (1 slice = 1/4 of a round pizza). Little choice of flavours, the lady at the register was annoyed and even threw the change at me on the counter (wrong by the way). The two pizza chefs do not use gloves or hair caps. Lots of queues and not always respected, it happened that some people overtook. However, the pizza was excellent, both in terms of dough and seasoning, and the cost was excellent for being in one of the main streets of the centre.
