05/09/2025: The food is always really good at this restaurant.

31/08/2025: I've returned to this restaurant after many years, and I have to say that some things seem to have changed. I'm referring primarily to the service, but especially to the prices and order management. It must be said that the food remains better than many Japanese restaurants around today; after all, this was the first Japanese restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, with a Japanese chef who adds a touch of true tradition. The sore point, however, is the price: it's definitely too high. I understand the quality of the product, but charging €2.50 for a simple refill of soy or wasabi seems truly excessive. The other courses are also disproportionately priced: you can spend €120 for two and leave feeling like you've only had an aperitivo. It's true that prices are exorbitant these days, but at this rate, paying such prices becomes truly unsustainable, considering we're not talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant.

24/05/2026: The dish was a piñata, the sauce didn't stick to the pasta, it was flavorless, there was sand in the clams. I ordered a piñata, they brought two dishes without our permission, they insisted. I forgot half a glass of white wine and a bottle of water without a second course, paid €56.

24/05/2026: Piñata clams with 9sabbia, we waited. Now only for the piñata. The tagliolini didn't bind with the sauce. The sauce was watery. 0 for me.

06/03/2026: Delicious food, fast service, and very friendly staff. If I had to make one complaint, it would just be that the place could use a little updating!

14/02/2026: Even though we had booked and arrived early, we waited 45 minutes. They hadn't even taken our orders at the nearby tables. We left.

16/11/2025: We'd never been there before. The food was good, the service pleasant, and we were looked after by a very young but attentive and infinitely courteous young man. The greatest appreciation, however, goes to the attention shown to my gluten intolerance. The dishes arrived at the same time as the other diners, without waiting, and the portions were generous and well-prepared. We'll definitely be back. Thank you

09/09/2025: Great place, the service was one of the friendliest and most attentive, the kebab was amazing, and you can even choose what toppings you want on your piadina. Definitely a place you'll want to visit again. The menu is varied and full!

19/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Le Clarisse restaurant in Sarnano, and it was a delightful experience. Authentic food expertly prepared; from the appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses, to the homemade pasta dishes—the tagliatelle with truffle is a must—to the tasty, tender meat main courses, and finally, homemade desserts. The wine list is also carefully selected and thoughtful. Although the dishes are freshly prepared, nothing is pre-cooked, and the wait time is not particularly long. The restaurant was recently renovated, clean, and welcoming. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

06/03/2026: SERIOUS HYGIENE DEFICIENCIES AND IMPROPER FOOD HANDLING. I ordered a grilled fish platter with three skewers (cuttlefish, shrimp, and calamari). Sitting at the table, I started eating and realized they were undercooked, almost raw. So I got up and brought my plate to the grill staff's attention. I asked for a new portion to replace the one that was already undercooked and now lukewarm, saying, "Can you put new skewers on the grill?" My request was rejected with a firm NO. The grill staff member was obviously a novice and apologized, but the person who gave me the firm NO was a full-time employee. To my complete dismay, the staff took the skewers directly from my plate, which I had already started eating and touching with my cutlery, placing them back on the grill for further cooking, and then putting them back on my plate!! ​I find this behavior not only unprofessional, but unacceptable from a health and hygiene standpoint. Recovering food that had already been cooked and contaminated by contact with my cutlery and then serving it again is a very serious violation of basic food safety standards. Very serious. Never again!!

15/05/2026: The place inside is very welcoming and well-kept. All the waiters, the owner, and the staff are polite and attentive. I'll definitely be back because I'd like to try the pizza. I had the lentil burgers, which were delicious, and my husband loved the pizza. It's a shame we were next to a table with children and parents (it wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the usual parents who let their kids roam free without any rules 😔). Otherwise, I highly recommend this very clean and welcoming place.

07/04/2026: Excellent place to eat a delicious pizza, which is also unusual compared to other pizzerias where you always find the same pizzas. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any allergies. The place is very well-kept and clean. Highly recommended.

03/03/2026: The waitress was grumpy, unfriendly, and not very welcoming. We had two couples with us who don't eat fish, and the waitress said that only fish was on the menu. We went in and saw that they also had meat dishes. The pasta al vongole was mediocre. The bathroom was unavailable; she said it was clogged. We're staying in the city for 15 days, we really like seafood, but we won't be returning.
