I recommend it to anyone who truly wants quality food...the first courses and grilled meats are textbook...local meat cooked to perfection...very welcoming place...standard prices, excellent service...

I had the pleasure of dining at Le Clarisse restaurant in Sarnano, and it was a delightful experience. Authentic food expertly prepared; from the appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses, to the homemade pasta dishes—the tagliatelle with truffle is a must—to the tasty, tender meat main courses, and finally, homemade desserts. The wine list is also carefully selected and thoughtful. Although the dishes are freshly prepared, nothing is pre-cooked, and the wait time is not particularly long. The restaurant was recently renovated, clean, and welcoming. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
