I had the pleasure of dining at Le Clarisse restaurant in Sarnano, and it was a delightful experience. Authentic food expertly prepared; from the appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses, to the homemade pasta dishes—the tagliatelle with truffle is a must—to the tasty, tender meat main courses, and finally, homemade desserts. The wine list is also carefully selected and thoughtful. Although the dishes are freshly prepared, nothing is pre-cooked, and the wait time is not particularly long. The restaurant was recently renovated, clean, and welcoming. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

23/02/2026: I've known this pizzeria for almost forty years, and it's always packed because it truly deserves all the customers who come every Saturday night for their excellent pizza by the slice and their delicious desserts. Last Saturday, I discovered they also do excellent meat-based main courses with a variety of sides. They're quick, despite the place being packed.
