18/05/2025: Servizio a dir poco pessimo e irrispettoso nei confronti del cliente.... Le pizze da asporto non tagliate anche se richiesto e modalità di pagamento differente da quella stabilita precedentemente. Insomma in conclusione tornerei solo per la bontà della pizza

The place looks great: welcoming, well-kept, and perfect for a chat with friends, with great music at just the right volume for conversation. 01/12/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas. The first order was canceled after an hour, just 10 minutes before the scheduled delivery. I called and made sure everything was in order by placing another order, and they said yes. After another half hour, the pizzas finally arrived. Unfortunately, mine, for which I also paid extra, was the wrong one. I called them again, and they told me to take it easy on the delivery service because they couldn't do anything about it, but they confirmed their mistake. So I got on the phone with the delivery service, and even after I provided photo evidence, they categorically refused to help me in any way, placing the blame on the pizzeria and telling me to call them back. I called them back, and from then on, I was apparently blocked from their phone. What can I say? It's an experience I'll never repeat 😅 Edit: In response to the pizzeria's comment - "People," as they called me, understand perfectly well, and if they'd taken more than five seconds to read my review, they would have realized that the delivery platform has absolutely nothing to do with this: you're the ones who canceled my order an hour after I placed it and 10 minutes before delivery due to a lack of ingredients. You're the ones who managed to mess up the order on the second order, and according to the delivery platform's policies, you're the ones who should have corrected the problem, but instead you simply stopped answering the phone. So no, people understand, and yes, the problem is with you, which is why the review is more than appropriate, considering you took the money, while I had to eat a pizza that was super late and also wrong.
