20/04/2025: I wanted to order at home, well! they didn't succeed but do you want to put a menu as Christ commands? I can understand that you don't read from your phone but you have to read from your PC, but no! but can you take 2 high resolution photos? and then as I went in person food give one star and heresy disgusting to say the least service that you want to expect from those who don't even check if the menu reads environment when you eat disgusting it becomes disgusting too so zero stars like the food on top of all dilapidated bathrooms dirty to say the least like a public toilet left at the mercy of 2 junkies

02/06/2025: found by chance via the fork during a weekend in Macerata. everything ok, place a bit dated, good and fairly fast service, decent dishes.

20/04/2025: It's the second time we've come here, very characteristic place, good traditional food, the only flaw is a little slow, they should increase the staff but anyway I recommend it.

25/03/2025: Il ristorante è nel centro del paese, situato all'interno di una casa a più piani di cui conserva tutte le caratteristiche, per cui è suddiviso in più ambienti, tutti rinnovati e luminosi. L'ho trovato molto piacevole perché questo permette di stare abbastanza appartati con la propria compagnia. L'accoglienza è cortese e il servizio buono nei tempi. In genere hanno due menù, uno di carne ed uno di pesce che purtroppo però in quel giorno non c'era. Se poi qualcuno cerca delle preparazioni particolari con pesce di maggior pregio si deve accordare prima con lo chef. Questa è una buona cosa perché dà maggiore sicurezza sulla freschezza del prodotto, mentre il solo menù di carne presenta una scelta tra 4 primi e 4 secondi, con una certa varietà di dolci. I piatti erano ben eseguiti ma non mi sento di dare una votazione più alta non avendo avuto modo di provare più cose. So che il ristorante è maggiormente conosciuto per il pesce, non averlo trovato affatto mi ha deluso un po' ma nell'insieme è un posto in cui si sta bene.

30/05/2025: Eravamo di fretta abbiamo preso due primi Fettuccine e Funghi. Che dire ottima e piacevole sorpresa. Erano buonissimi e ci torneremo senza dubbio al più presto e con più calma. Complimenti 👍👍👍

13/04/2025: Piacevole sorpresa di un locale dove non eravamo mai stati e che esternamente sembrava più un bar che un ristorante. Il locale e' molto semplice ma i sapori sono più che buoni. Il personale veloce, gentile e disponibile. Piatti abbondanti e prezzi medio-bassi. Vino rosso ottimo. Qualità prezzo a mio parere molto alta. Luogo dove sicuramente torneremo

18/05/2025: Siamo stati da "Bella Roma" per una cena con amici e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla qualità dei prodotti ma soprattutto dalla simpatia, gentilezza ed estrema attenzione dei proprietari, che ci hanno seguito per tutta la cena. Una amica presentava delle allergie importanti e il personale è stato attentissimo nell'elencare tutti gli allergeni e nel consigliare I piatti più adatti. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione che ci ha profondamente stupito per le quantità e la qualità dei prodotti, considerando il prezzo contenuto! Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a finire tutto ma il personale ci ha gentilmente incartato quanto rimasto per poterlo portare a casa. Che dire.. È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, che ci ha regalato una serata felice e divertente. Consiglio vivamente e ringrazio ancora tutto il personale! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

31/03/2025: Sulla cucina nulla da dire a parte qualche piatto aggiunto che non ha nulla a che vedere con la tradizionale cucina romana ma ci può stare.. Servizio efficiente e veloce all'inizio poi niente non passava più nessuno e il locale era mezzo vuoto!!!! Molto rumoso e pochissima privacy tra un tavolo e l'altro. In ogni caso il cibo era buono e le portate generose.

14/06/2025: It's ok! I buy 3 types of gelato here, Mr Nico, Caramel, and Bounty. All of them were extremely sweet, Caramel with salty butter was my favourite, and Bounty was fine but Mr Nico I don't like it at all. I feel like the portions weren't generous, and pretty small for the price. The place overall is cool, and clean, good variety of gelato and friendly staff.

10/06/2025: Kindness and friendliness are not part of the staff...but at least I hoped that the ice cream was good, but unfortunately we were very disappointed...luckily there are many other ice cream shops

03/06/2025: Hotel in a strategic position overlooking the Conero valley, the only flaw is that being on a mountain the road to travel is very uphill far from the center therefore isolated. Location a little dated room to be reviewed while maintaining the authenticity of the place, cared for as cleanliness some tricks are missing to make it exclusive .. overall after all positive, kindness of the staff, excellent breakfast, even though we did not have dinner the restaurant is very good according to the other guests. fabulous terrace.

01/06/2025: I have been coming to Lido di Fermo for many years now but after the new way of managing Cloe you have lost both empathy but above all quality! The Things that have been maintained are the prices! It's a shame that the restaurant area is few but above all the lack of competition could certainly make Chalet Malu a point of reference in the Area! Not recommended

23/05/2025: Dopo una bella scarpinata per i sentieri della Carpegna ci siamo meritatamente seduti a tavola. Ambiente rustico (nel senso di stile di arredamento) ma molto pulito e ospitale. Ottimo il servizio e veramente buoni i piatti gustati. Ottima la lista dei vini. Alla mattina, prima di partire, ci siamo presentati per fare colazione (hanno anche un bar). Non hanno le paste ma hanno delle crostate fatte da loro: semplicemente fantastiche!

11/05/2025: Ormai e diventata una tradizione di famiglia viaggiare nel tempo libero da Rimini a Mandriano…☺️ immerso nel verde ,ottimo cibo,prezi onesti per la qualità del cibo e quantità!!! personale gentile e molto disponibile…!! L’atmosfera sia pranzo e cena ti fanno sentire parte della famiglia ..riguardo la prenotazione bisogna chiamare prima perché è sempre pieno … un motivo ci sarà 🤭 I tempi di attesa sono giusti e non mettono fretta tra una portata e l’altra!! Per gli amanti degli animali i nostri amici a 4 zampe sono benvenuti sia nel ristorante sia nelle camere che alloggiano!! Ritorniamo sempre con piacere !! Un saluto da Rimini !!☺️

29/05/2025: I often come to Civitanova especially during the summer, so looking for a place for lunch we stopped at your place, we ate a really good first course of fish and excellent skewers....we will definitely be back!!!!!👍👍👍🥰

28/05/2025: Really terrible, avoid grills that pass them off as such but you don't know what they give you and the foods are not grilled but probably breaded, frozen and of low quality, inedible fried food, all this paid 42 euros. You see!!!
