04/01/2026: My wife and I arrived without a reservation, and they found us a seat right away. We had a dinner of cold cuts and cheeses, eggplant parmigiana (really good), and tomato meatballs; all washed down with a bottle of good prosecco. A good dinner with a very fair price. Excellent, keep up the good work...

08/08/2025: Chalet 99 was our first beach resort in Lido di Fermo. We've always had a great time, both with the beach service and the restaurant-bar. Over the years, the number of customers has increased, as have the umbrellas, but the beach has always remained super enjoyable. The restaurant has also improved significantly over the years, including an evening pizzeria, much to my surprise. The pizza and dough are exceptional. I've rarely had better. The ingredients are excellent. The fries are delicious. The staff are always attentive, and the owner is very friendly and attentive to everything. Highly recommended.

06/10/2025: Very friendly family management, interesting and original fish-based first courses. The swordfish steak was beautifully cooked, and the desserts were homemade. The atmosphere is comfortable, set in an old building in the historic center. We'll gladly return.

16/11/2025: We'd never been there before. The food was good, the service pleasant, and we were looked after by a very young but attentive and infinitely courteous young man. The greatest appreciation, however, goes to the attention shown to my gluten intolerance. The dishes arrived at the same time as the other diners, without waiting, and the portions were generous and well-prepared. We'll definitely be back. Thank you

09/03/2026: The cake was completely different from what I asked for. All I got was a "sorry." I asked for a pink cake, and it came in yellow, red, and green. Avoid it; there are many other less famous places that put more passion into what they do!

02/12/2025: A DISASTER and my 6-year-old daughter's birthday party RUINED! I ordered a cake for 20 people with a printed design and agreed upon flavors and prices (€65/70). I went to pick it up and the price was €85 for no reason, I paid without a problem. I asked if it should be kept in the refrigerator or freezer or can it be left out in the open... They told me to keep it in the refrigerator until I eat it. Okay, I followed the letter. When I took it out of the refrigerator, the printed design was completely unsightly. I immediately called the owner or whoever... and she only apologized and said there was nothing she could do... "It must have been a bad batch of wafers," she told me. Meanwhile, my daughter started crying as soon as she could see it, and the photos of that party too. A beautiful memory! From their side, I would have expected (at the very least) a refund or at least some other way when I called, but I don't think I should have been the one to ask for it. I even waited two days because after I sent him a photo of the cake, he only replied after two hours with "Oh my God." Another thing that may have been overlooked... the cake's flavor was variegated with Nutella, and I expected to taste the Nutella that wasn't there. It was just a chocolate mousse.

31/10/2025: Eating pizza here is like going to the supermarket and buying frozen pizza. In fact, some frozen pizzas are better and significantly cheaper. Anyone who says it's good probably hasn't had a decent pizza in their life. If you look at other reviews, they say the same thing.

24/02/2026: I've been going to this pizzeria since I was little. The pizza has always been delicious. It's a must-try when I'm in town.

01/02/2026: Too bad...it was the go-to pizzeria when I was at school 45 years ago! Unfortunately, the product no longer resembles what it was back then. Disappointed, but most of all, saddened.

10/12/2025: In my opinion, given the location, location, parking, and quality, it's by far the best bar/restaurant in the area. It even has a tobacconist. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: The bar is very nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is truly excellent. The other bartenders are also kind and friendly. This makes the attitude of one bartender in particular even more jarring, as on several occasions she appeared cold and impolite, with a decidedly unwelcoming manner. A real shame, because otherwise the place has everything it takes to offer a truly pleasant experience.

09/11/2025: They've dropped significantly since the beginning. Smaller brioches and pancakes, but more expensive. But then...can you sell a brioche for €1.70 if there's nothing to fill it with?! Just a smear of pistachio cream on top (in this case, but they're all like that).
