13/05/2025: Hotel definitely dated but with very kind staff, clean rooms, great location. Something is missing that really makes it memorable. For example, breakfast is served in a somewhat "sad" room without any particular note. The rooms are furnished without an identifiable style and the pool does not enjoy a nice location.. All this, however, does not take anything away from the nice welcome received and the comfort of the room.

They are so attentive to their customers that if, on a sultry summer day, you have just bought a can of Cola (but unfortunately hot) for 0.60 cents in the nearby grocery store, then I advise you to show up at this café with this can in your hand. The owner with a heart of gold will not hesitate to exchange it for a can of cold Cola taken from his fridge to let you enjoy a cool drink as is appropriate when it's hot. All at no additional cost. A man with a heart of gold.....

Prices significantly higher than other ice cream shops in the area when comparing the same product and the same quality. I advise you to have more empathy and professionalism with people... I can only give one star... even too much I would say...🤷🏻‍♀️ She was in the laboratory...and she didn't hear the conversation with her sales assistant...I'm sorry, if I had wanted the cake in the window I would have taken it...spending even less...instead you made me believe that you decorated it with pink colours, simple but pink...instead you gave me the cake in the window by making me pay 10 euros more...you basically did as you wanted...not to mention her rudeness that instead of talking to the customer listen to needs...he shrugged disdainfully. Make the cakes a showcase and as long as you are not able to take orders in a different way. I have proof of this with other friends who have had a bad time....be humble. I decorated THE CAKE myself in the end...because yours was horrendous! And in any case I will spend my money somewhere else and that's for sure... the advertising will be 360° negative on all platforms.
