26/11/2025: We went to this fantastic place. I suddenly discovered that one of my teammates, Yanko, worked there. We had excellent service, and the pizza was fantastic. The place was recently renovated; I tripped at the entrance and fell to the floor. Otherwise, our group loved the restaurant. A special shout out to Yanso.

02/12/2025: Positive experience. Impeccable welcome. The owners are exceptional, warm, and family-like. Mariarita, the hostess and excellent chef, offers dishes made with top-quality ingredients. The staff, like her, is equally competent. Mario and his daughter are extremely kind and lovely people. This family and business fully deserve their title of excellence. We'll be back at the first opportunity.

13/11/2025: We've been there for lunch on several occasions. Lately, the prices have been too high, the quantity is too small, and the food isn't fresh—by "not fresh," I mean frozen food. It's a shame. Nice place, great waiter, but we'll be unlikely to return. Out!

27/08/2025: We dined at Pozzacci last Sunday, intending to grab a bite to eat, as we were still full from lunch. But just looking at the dishes being served made our mouths water and whetted our appetites. The tacos were delicious and well-filled, and the Hugo burger was simply superb. The young and friendly staff, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. We'll definitely be back as soon as we're back in Sant'Elpidio!

25/08/2025: Everything was very good. The service was equally good. Excellent value for money. Spectacular gourmet sandwiches. A great place for an aperitivo.

03/10/2025: It's not possible that you can't order multiple entrees at once. In response to the owner: Immediately afterward, we went to another nearby restaurant, where they welcomed us warmly and cordially (without a reservation, despite the time) and served us everything we requested without any problems. So, it's possible to work differently.

28/09/2025: Avoid this restaurant. The menu offers 7/8 entrees, but you're limited to two per table. I can't comment on the rest, as I thanked them for the terrible idea and left.

10/08/2025: Even though it was almost noon, we managed to find several delicious pastries to choose from. The cappuccino was also delicious. The place was quite chaotic, but it was Sunday! The barista was very kind and attentive.

02/09/2025: I was craving a bombolone and decided to try this pastry shop. Although the exterior initially left me a bit perplexed because it looked drier, I was soon convinced. They were delicious with both cream and Nutella. I can say the same about the whole wheat brioche filled with berry jam. The filling system is clever, with the product cut lengthwise and filled by hand, resulting in a more uniform distribution of the filling compared to the traditional use of a piping bag.

14/11/2025: ❗️ If you want gourmet prices, you need gourmet information ❗️ The price I paid for the pizzas is the same as I pay in Milan, except that in Milan they're better. Electric oven, few ingredients (unclear which ones are gourmet and how), leavening time? How many hours? The quality-price ratio is very unbalanced. None of the ones I've eaten should cost more than €10. ➡️ Response to management A review is, by definition, the account of a subjective experience, not an accounting or technical analysis. My impression, as a pizza lover, was of thin pizzas, cooked in an electric oven, ingredients that weren't perceived as gourmet, and a quality-price ratio that, in my opinion, doesn't make sense. If you want to charge a fortune for your pizzas, then also be sure to include clear information about the type of dough, the leavening time, and the quality of the ingredients used. It's not enough to write "tomatoes, mushrooms, and ham" if you then charge €12 for a simple boscaiola. The €2.50 charge for extra ingredients is absurd, to say the least. Hoping to give you some food for thought, I'm attaching the menu from a pizzeria in Milan. The prices are similar, but each pizza is described in detail (type of dough, rising times, DOP/IGP ingredients). Perhaps it could also be useful for you to better promote your product. ➡️ 2nd Response to Management I have the receipt, but it only lists the total price, without any details: nothing can be deduced from it. I didn't include it precisely to avoid embarrassing you. Thank goodness they're traditional pizzas; €12 for a boscaiola isn't even available in Porto Cervo. The point remains, however: if you immediately react defensively to every negative review, perhaps it would be better to reconsider your approach, because reviews should serve to improve, not to make excuses. ➡️ 3rd Response to Management Yes, €12 for a simple boscaiola baked in an electric oven and topped with four ingredients is crazy. 29/10/2025: I placed an order at Just Eat and it arrived after an hour's delay, and when I called to ask about the wait, they were very rude. Otherwise, the food was very good, but I don't think I'll order again because it wasn't the first time something like this had happened.

28/10/2025: We got two double Smokey's to go. Even though we ate them a little later because we had to get home, they were really delicious. We'll definitely be back.
