25/09/2025: Easter Lunch, 10 out of 10! Starters: Welcome entrée: French-style mussels with ribs, totanello alla parmigiana (orgasmic), swordfish marinated in juniper, almonds, and pine nuts, seafood salad with porchetta-style broad beans, anchovies, stale bread, tomato, and basil. First Courses: Stracciatella with shrimp meatballs, tagliolini with white fish, shellfish, and asparagus (fabulous, perfectly cooked fresh pasta, perfectly balanced). Second Course: Skewered and grilled fish with mixed salad and late-season tarocco salad. Desserts: Strawberries, chocolate, and cream. Stuffed Colomba cakes (with a homemade mascarpone cream that even awakened the dead!) and Easter eggs, water, and a glass of wine for ONLY €45 per person! Extremely friendly staff, impeccable service, and the chef's sister, who runs the dining room, showed us unparalleled professionalism and passion despite her young age... everything was excellent, I'll be back soon for the à la carte menu. 04/03/2026: The coffee is excellent, the selection of sweet and savory treats is excellent, and the staff has always been friendly whenever I've stopped here for a bite to eat. Plenty of parking, overall a nice place.

08/02/2026: As a couple, we dined, slept, and had lunch at this beautiful hotel, whose entrance is already jaw-dropping with its waterfall. Faustina welcomed us with three different trout carpaccios, each more delicious than the last. This was followed by a second course of tagliatelle with trout ragù and tagliolini with river shrimp, a dish that will leave you dreaming of it all night. The chef's skill is truly respectful of the ingredients, yet manages to infuse flavor into each dish without ever upsetting the balance of flavors. Every dish we ate was the result of traditional recipes updated with so much skill. I'm attaching just one photo of the lunch because we instantly devoured the rest of the dishes due to their aromas and truly inviting appearance. After such a meal and good wine, you can only sleep like babies in their spotlessly clean rooms. Pictured are trout with figs and balsamic vinegar, and trout tartare with lemon oil (spectacular).

28/12/2025: I ordered takeout for several people: the white lasagna wasn't liked. The red lasagna was good. Except that when my grandmother used to make it, it was 4-5 cm thick; now it's not even 2 cm thick.

02/03/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant for the first shift. From the moment we arrived, we sensed a sense of anxiety from the guy who seemed to be the owner, trying not to go past the time limit for the end of the first shift. We ordered tartare and pizzas. The tartare was very good, but it was poorly placed. The pizza dough is very good with quality ingredients, but the prices are high, perhaps a bit too high for a pizza!

17/02/2026: The pizza was really good. One of the best I've ever eaten. I usually have a hard time digesting pizza. I had no problems with this one.

09/03/2026: I'd never been to this restaurant before, and after reading the numerous positive reviews, I decided to give it a try... unfortunately, I regretted it. The staff is friendly, although I noticed some strange behavior among them, particularly toward one of the waiters. The restaurant offers a set menu: a rather modest appetizer, with the option of choosing two first courses from four options and two second courses from four others. However, we would have appreciated being informed of the price of the set menu in advance. We ate little, and unfortunately, it was also bad: the first courses were rather bland, and we left almost all of the second courses on our plates. The dessert, unfortunately, didn't improve the situation. When we got to the cashier, after making us wait a few minutes without explanation, we were given a bill of €45.00 per person: a decidedly high amount considering the quantity and quality of the food. Furthermore, we were not given a receipt. I'm sorry to say this, but I don't think I'll return to this restaurant.

09/03/2026: We dined at Il Ruspante, and unfortunately, the experience was truly disappointing. The place is extremely chaotic, with an unbearable noise level that makes conversation at the table virtually impossible. The food was mediocre: in particular, their very thin local tagliolini with pseudo-truffles and pseudo-porcini mushrooms were completely devoid of salt, flavorless, poorly balanced, and overall completely unsatisfactory. The elderly owner, over 80, attempted to entertain customers with a very over-the-top attitude. Perhaps the intention was to appear friendly and "rustic," but in our opinion, it was excessive and at times ridiculous. The informal atmosphere might be acceptable to some, but respect for others, women, and personal space should remain paramount, even if one wishes to evoke a style from another era. The ladies' restroom was also a real downer: extremely dirty, smelly, with a broken towel holder that had fallen off the wall, and no toilet paper. A general sloppiness and dinginess that was hard to ignore. In short, we were looking for typical local cuisine, but certainly not an experience like this. By our standards, it was definitely the wrong place.

15/02/2026: I've been to this osteria and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. We started with the hummus and radicchio and sausage appetizer, truly excellent: flavorful, balanced, and made with quality ingredients, the kind that taste like authentic cuisine. For my second course, I had the tagliata, incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. To finish, a fragrant, fragrant, and not cloying strudel—the perfect finale. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service make you feel at home. I'll definitely be back.

15/02/2026: The food was masterfully cooked, we loved everything about it: the quiet, intimate atmosphere, the best tagliatelle with ragù we've ever had, the excellent meat dishes, the limited menu choices, but that's fine, I prefer it that way. The important thing in situations like this is that they're expertly prepared with fresh, quality ingredients.

25/10/2025: We didn't stay, just had lunch. Everything was truly excellent, the duck gnocchi were superb. Excellent and fast service. The house wine was good.

12/10/2025: A truly pleasant stay in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. Clean and welcoming rooms, breakfast with fresh, authentic ingredients, and truly excellent traditional cuisine. The staff was friendly and available for every need. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the countryside. Recommended!
