29/06/2025: I ordered 15 pizzas and I asked how long I could go and collect them, they told me 10 minutes. I went there and the pizzas weren't ready because they make them on the spot even if you order in advance and even though I asked for them to be ready, it wasn't like that. I was taken for a ride and I waited 45 minutes there in front for the pizzas... terrible organization and reservation... TERRIBLE

17/05/2025: In cima alla salita di via Raffaello e di fronte all’omonimo monumento, locale datato, personale perlopiù di ragazzini che senza particolare impegno e preparazione cercano di portare a casa il risultato, però quanto è buona la crescia, la più buona di Urbino e probabilmente la più buona che abbia mai mangiato.

19/06/2025: A huge disappointment!! I am writing this review so that no one else has to have an experience like mine. I had been hearing about this place all my life, many people told me they had eaten well. Of course, taste is subjective, but when there is real quality, it is appreciated. After many years, I decided to try this restaurant so I called but probably, not having a distinctly Fano accent, I was mistaken for a tourist and therefore, as per Fano tradition, treated like a tourist. In the meantime, the first thing I noticed and that really bothered me was the following: this place was the first in Fano to impose a smoking ban on its own beach for customers. This sensitivity had particularly struck me and I expected consistent behavior, even more so inside the restaurant. However, when, over the course of an evening, I began to see a member of staff cross the veranda several times, exit the gate and start smoking a few meters away from his customers who were eating, I realized that I had overestimated the philanthropy and values ​​of the restaurant. However, speaking of what we ate, I want to think that the official chef had an accident last night and was not present at the restaurant and that whoever replaced him, would be better off changing jobs completely.. the appetizer: spicy octopus with bruschetta. In a bowl there were baby octopuses (and not octopuses), completely in white with a minimal base of fried garlic, in a bath of lemon, parsley and vinegar. I thought it was a typical Fano recipe unknown to me, instead it is more likely that they had run out of tomato pulp. It was not pleasant anyway. Spaghetti with clams: they had almost no salt at all, but it had been replaced with clam sand. There was no sauce that reminded of the sea but it had been re-seasoned with raw oil. Terrible. Pink marinara risotto: it had very little pink since it was drowned in tomato. And so we discovered where the tomato needed for the octopuses had ended up. The risotto was full of mussels that in contrast with the excessive tomato enhanced an excessive taste of port. Adriatic grill: I could not understand if the fish was fresh, because it was so covered in a rancid oil taste and a strong smoked smell. It is easy to think that the oil (seed oil and low quality) used to season the fish fell on the embers and the fire literally smoked the entire roast fish. I repeat, it smelled rancid. Fried mixed seafood: fish totally tasteless because it was also covered in a strong oil taste, also rancid. The wine was good. We didn't have dessert, thinking it would be consistent with the rest of the menu. The final bill was a solid €100. We paid because we ate. We ate because we were hungry, too hungry. We will never go back even though we live in Fano!! It's with a wound in my heart that I write a review like this but it's not right to take advantage of people in this way. I really didn't think I would have to re-evaluate the cuisine of blue fish, where among other things we would have paid no more than €30 for two!!! You can conclude.
09/06/2025: Found by chance on the internet for work. Friendly at first sight. Very cordial hospitality, clean rooms complete with everything. Simple furnishings. Extended Italian breakfast with homemade desserts, top restaurant for service and food, well-stocked cellar More than three stars

24/03/2025: If there was the possibility of giving zero stars I assure you that I would have done so. Very poor quality cold cuts, carbonara that calling it such is an insult. But they have a merit: I ate the floating pork butcher, in the sense that the pasta floated in a pool of cream, and the other was of the lowest quality, the flavor of the porcini mushrooms non-existent. I don't understand how they can stay open. Highly not recommended.

22/03/2025: I called 3 times in the morning with no answer. I then ordered 4 spaghetti allo scoglio in person. We found ourselves picking up a tray of sauce, certainly not a quantity for 4 people. Good food, bad service.
01/01/2025: We ordered takeout for New Year's Eve and it was my first time at this place. ABUNDANCE: Rating 5/5. One thing is certain. You won't starve. The portions are abundant and generous. STARTERS: Rating 5/5. The marinated salmon and cold seafood salad were delicious. As were the mussels and scallops au gratin. Reheated in the oven once at home, they were truly delicious. FIRST COURSES: 5/5 Lasagna and fish crepes were really tasty. Just like your grandmother would make them. LENTIL: Rating 2/5. Too "watered down". But not in the sense of soupy but watery. It didn't satisfy the palate and remained anonymous. FISH SKEWERS: 5/5. Fish skewers. Good and tasty. Reheated in the oven they were not bad, although “cooked & eaten” is another thing. FRIED FISH: 3/5. Prepared and eaten on the spot it would certainly have been more enjoyable. Reheated at home does not give it the credit it deserves. NEGATIVE NOTE: To close the various take-away trays, metal staples from a stapler were used. I consider them unacceptable, since they represent a serious risk to the safety of us consumers and especially children. In my opinion they demonstrate a lack of attention to basic standards of care and professionalism.

19/05/2025: A great stopover, discovered by chance. We were surprised by the extremely delicious food. I had fritti misto and my husband had spaghetti ala scoglio. It was beyond perfect. For dessert, we had espresso, geappa, and a heavenly dessert. I agree that the service isn't worth mentioning. The chef could work on that. We'd still gladly return.

09/12/2024: Definitely a food and wine reference point in Serrapetrona. Homemade pasta, grilled meats and finally excellent Vernaccia. Excellent.

28/06/2025: At the cashier, asking to split the bill into two unequal parts, the clerk made me pay two euros more without giving me the receipt, and I only noticed it later with the message from SumUp. Behind me at the table two other customers completely ignored for half an hour. The Pizza really poor, rubbery and with a strange consistency DO NOT take it if you really have to go there. The location very nice with a beautiful view of the hills and fields at sunset. It is strange that such a beautiful place has poor cuisine and rude staff. I advise you to avoid it.

10/06/2025: Il Ristorantino, a place where the typical cuisine of the Marche is the master, young, very kind and fast waiting staff. The dishes are excellent both for quality and type of choice, they also have a fixed price menu during the week that in relation to quality/price have no equal. Managed by a young couple very prepared and experienced in catering always very attentive to the customers of the place.
14/05/2025: Come here, of all places in Ancona, if you want the biggest portions, spend less money and get tasty fresh food. We were the only tourists and if the locals pick it, it must be good.
