I have nothing to say except compliments from myself and my guests for the service, with friendly and helpful waiters, excellent food, and a perfect location... a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, everything perfect and precise, as agreed upon in advance, where I found the service very helpful and understanding. I absolutely recommend it.

20/08/2026: A very pleasant place, especially in the evening, with a terrace overlooking the sea that creates a truly charming and relaxing atmosphere. The refined atmosphere is ideal for both a quiet evening and an aperitif with friends. The drinks are definitely noteworthy: well-prepared, balanced in flavor, and carefully presented. The selection is quite varied, and the cocktails are perfect for enjoying on the terrace, soaking up the atmosphere and sea view. The service was also very good: the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, without being intrusive. As for the food, the dishes are good and pair well with the restaurant's offerings (I recommend the lobster chitarra pasta for vets—it's sublime, but not only that). Overall, a place I recommend, especially for a summer evening: beautiful location, excellent drinks, and a truly pleasant atmosphere.

20/08/2026: We were at Maremì on August 14th, 21 of us. We had tried to make the kitchen easier by organizing the order with two second courses of pasta, but unfortunately the evening didn't go as we had hoped. The wait was incredibly long: almost half an hour for the fried food, about 45 minutes for the pasta, and another wait between each course. The thing that left us most perplexed was the quantity of ravioli. We had ordered 10 portions, and counting along with everyone at the table, we counted 71 ravioli. When we asked how much a portion was, we were told it consisted of 8 or 9 ravioli. So, doing the math, for 10 portions we should have received between 80 and 90: that means we were short at least 9, up to 19. When we asked for an explanation, instead of trying to clarify the situation, we were told that someone had probably ordered more ravioli than expected without telling us. We found this response decidedly unpleasant, especially since we were the ones reporting the problem ourselves. Ultimately, the waits were excessive, the organization was suboptimal, and, above all, the handling of our complaint left us very disappointed. For an evening with friends, we definitely expected better.

16/08/2026: A restaurant that's a sure thing. Some of the Ragusa dishes were excellent, while others had cold appetizers, served with exceptional homemade mayonnaise, tagliolini alla marinara, and red risotto, all mouth-watering. The main courses were very tasty, including fried dishes and roasted fish. The wine list is basic, but with good selections. Definitely a place worth trying. Enjoy your meal!

04/07/2026: I stop by almost every day for coffee. I also buy bread, which is wonderful, like the ones they used to have. The rye bread is truly special and keeps well for a couple of days. I've also tried products suitable for an aperitif, pizza slices in various flavors, focaccia, etc. I recently bought a blueberry cake as a gift, and I have to say it was a huge success. It was truly amazing, incredibly soft, and the dough wasn't too sweet, just how I like it. Thank you for the kindness of the staff and the truly authentic products. Well done!

16/05/2026: This is also a historic café that lives off its reputation.....it's leaky everywhere and now they've even changed the coffee brand. It used to be very good, now it's disgusting and watery. I'm someone who drinks coffee without sugar. The extremely slow service makes you think about getting up and leaving because of the long wait. 🤦🤦

09/06/2026: A disappointing visit in several respects. Let's start with the prices: €5 for a non-alcoholic San Pellegrino—a drink you can find at any bar or restaurant for much different prices—is simply excessive. What's more, it wasn't even served at the table. The service leaves much to be desired. I asked the employee the difference between gelato and sorbet—a perfectly reasonable question to help you understand the menu—and the response was anything but professional: I felt condescending, almost as if I were the one in the wrong. Knowing how to explain your products is the foundation of good dining. The €1.30 espresso is average, nothing more. The restrooms were dirty. This detail speaks volumes about the overall quality of the place. It's hard to recommend when there are much better options just a few kilometers away.

20/06/2026: Excellent value for money. Short wait times (it was Saturday night). Well organized; we ordered both pizza and meat, and they arrived at the same time. Even though the place was quite busy, we could still talk easily thanks to the good acoustics. "Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended!

21/06/2026: We ate pizza.....it wasn't exceptional.....the atmosphere isn't bad, the problem is that they tell you that pets are welcome but they don't ask you if your pet (in my case, a dog) has problems with cats.....since there are at least 5 of them around the outside tables.....nightmare dinner
