14/09/2025: Very nice place, although the nearby viaduct and the houses under construction next door take away a bit of the poetry. What can I say... I probably made a mistake with the selection of appetizers because they're like so many coitus interruptus 😄: you try a product, think it's good, start to enjoy it, but it's already gone because it's just a bite when I'd like to stuff myself. I definitely don't think it's for you if you want to try typical Marche cuisine, a bit rustic, with a strong emphasis on first courses and meats. They're all tastings somewhere between creative and DOP. I ordered tagliolini with lemon and sausage because I was hungry, and honestly, they only tasted of... oil; I was expecting something more flavorful. Another thing: I didn't like the oil they use on the toasted bread. I repeat, the place is very nice; there's usually no buzz, people speak quietly at the tables, the service is fast, and the wine list is excellent; they have some very good bottled wines. But I don't think I'll go back, I have more "villager" tastes 😄.

27/08/2025: We dined at Pozzacci last Sunday, intending to grab a bite to eat, as we were still full from lunch. But just looking at the dishes being served made our mouths water and whetted our appetites. The tacos were delicious and well-filled, and the Hugo burger was simply superb. The young and friendly staff, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. We'll definitely be back as soon as we're back in Sant'Elpidio!

27/11/2025: Booked but never been because I was visiting the Sanctuary of Loreto... a top location under the sanctuary, warm and welcoming, with various rooms... the one where I was at a very nice table for five, with just a few tables and little noise. As for the dishes, we had very good tortellini alla norcina, a plate of mixed cold cuts and cheeses with various side dishes, from parmigiana to Russian salad with herbs, etc. My daughter had French fries and Ascoli olives, which were delicious, with a filling that wasn't breadcrumbs. For the main course, I had lamb Marchigiana style with roast potatoes... water, a house red wine on tap, and finally, sorbet, cheesecake, coffee, and grappa. Everything was good, and the portions were very generous. The service and staff were professional and fast... the time between courses was just right to enjoy them all. What can I say? I had a great time and recommend it. I'll be back. See you next time, and thank you.

02/09/2025: I was craving a bombolone and decided to try this pastry shop. Although the exterior initially left me a bit perplexed because it looked drier, I was soon convinced. They were delicious with both cream and Nutella. I can say the same about the whole wheat brioche filled with berry jam. The filling system is clever, with the product cut lengthwise and filled by hand, resulting in a more uniform distribution of the filling compared to the traditional use of a piping bag.

14/11/2025: ❗️ If you want gourmet prices, you need gourmet information ❗️ The price I paid for the pizzas is the same as I pay in Milan, except that in Milan they're better. Electric oven, few ingredients (unclear which ones are gourmet and how), leavening time? How many hours? The quality-price ratio is very unbalanced. None of the ones I've eaten should cost more than €10. ➡️ Response to management A review is, by definition, the account of a subjective experience, not an accounting or technical analysis. My impression, as a pizza lover, was of thin pizzas, cooked in an electric oven, ingredients that weren't perceived as gourmet, and a quality-price ratio that, in my opinion, doesn't make sense. If you want to charge a fortune for your pizzas, then also be sure to include clear information about the type of dough, the leavening time, and the quality of the ingredients used. It's not enough to write "tomatoes, mushrooms, and ham" if you then charge €12 for a simple boscaiola. The €2.50 charge for extra ingredients is absurd, to say the least. Hoping to give you some food for thought, I'm attaching the menu from a pizzeria in Milan. The prices are similar, but each pizza is described in detail (type of dough, rising times, DOP/IGP ingredients). Perhaps it could also be useful for you to better promote your product. ➡️ 2nd Response to Management I have the receipt, but it only lists the total price, without any details: nothing can be deduced from it. I didn't include it precisely to avoid embarrassing you. Thank goodness they're traditional pizzas; €12 for a boscaiola isn't even available in Porto Cervo. The point remains, however: if you immediately react defensively to every negative review, perhaps it would be better to reconsider your approach, because reviews should serve to improve, not to make excuses. ➡️ 3rd Response to Management Yes, €12 for a simple boscaiola baked in an electric oven and topped with four ingredients is crazy. 29/10/2025: I placed an order at Just Eat and it arrived after an hour's delay, and when I called to ask about the wait, they were very rude. Otherwise, the food was very good, but I don't think I'll order again because it wasn't the first time something like this had happened.

28/10/2025: We got two double Smokey's to go. Even though we ate them a little later because we had to get home, they were really delicious. We'll definitely be back.
