31/08/2025: Our first family experience at this restaurant was positive. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, and the lunchtime dishes were well-received and well-digested by everyone. The dishes were hot, well-served, and delicious. What can I say...we'll be back on our next vacation in the Marche region.

Adding to the mood swings caused by one's temper is being born in the month of July. Granted, I don't grant, I pay attention to the horoscope (I NEVER), I recognize that the descriptions of some character traits of those born in July paint a fairly accurate picture of the character of the person writing the note accompanying another dinner experience, a dinner under the influence of a person not exactly inclined to sociability. Another character trait of those born in July seems to be linked to the Earth's satellite called the Moon by astronomers. In other words, down-to-earth, moody. And that's not much tonight. Because there's also a marked sensitivity to moodiness, tending to get nervous when it rains. It pours. So the creative person is out of sorts. Fridge with vegetables. I don't even think about it. Pizza. Variation: with mushrooms. Margherita with mushrooms. Anticipation. Between one downpour and the next, I take possession of the position I always like everywhere. Out of the way. The ambient lights don't allow for any shadows. Otherwise, I would have snuggled in there. To observe. Orderly customers, relaxed atmosphere. Here there's no rudeness, no crowds, no noise, no that heavy dialect typical of Caput Mundi. Here there's gentlemanly respect. You greet everyone when you enter, regardless of who's in the place. You don't hear "the usual," a horrible habit of rude people who think they're at home just because they're customers. Lost in thought, I browse through my photos on my phone, but my ears are alert, I'm quite irritated, and nothing escapes me: suddenly I hear the magic word for tonight. "...hamburger." Struck by lightning. Go to hell with the Margherita with mushrooms. I try: "Maybe I can change the reservation if it's not already being prepared?" At least, there are people working here, and behind the arch behind the display counter, girls and boys are TROTTING. They don't dry the rocks like they do on the Tyrrhenian Sea. Very kind, Milena: "Yes, of course, it's not being prepared yet." Wonderful. Then, with that dazzling, intelligent smile, it lights up your evening. I choose. The maxi burger, nine euros. The ones from well-known American chains are a steal. Sta_Amburger changed my mood this evening instantly, not only because of the kindness of everyone at Era Ora but also because it's really good. And I'm not writing this because I was hungry. It really is good. You can read how it's made in the other reviews from those who know more than me on the subject. And it makes me laugh. Or on Era Ora's profile under the specials on the menu. I liked it, everything. And I'm not just writing about hamburgers. (In the photo are the collectible keychains, beautiful!)
20/09/2025: eDDDDAIII! Finally, it's about time. A place where you can find the Lenten, the Sacred Maritozzo, in a savory version for a nice savory breakfast. Finally, really. I-I-came-from-Rome to find this delicacy that warmed up an already chilly September evening during an endless wandering & strolling IN Subaru in search of the impossible, the perfect photo. But I found the perfect maritozzo. And the fact that I happened to find it in the area where Sixtus V is apparently a celebrity could be significant in itself. Er Maritozzo here, in the city of Sixtus V, is perfect. I knew at first glance, when it was beautifully lined up with its little brothers on display, that it was a soft and fragrant dough that pampers with its soft flavor the taste hungry for good flavors. Hungry gestures as soon as it was "in house" and off we go, snuffed out the first two in "sweet" version. Then the assault on the savory breakfast maritozzo, just after two ritual clicks, not for these notes but for something else. A disarming simplicity that fills you with joy and makes you forget the venial capital sin of gluttony. And what the heck, do you think that I, so at home within the Leonine Walls, in the city of Sixtus V, wouldn't commit the sin of gluttony? You decide.

13/09/2025: A traditional restaurant with a family atmosphere, just like the dishes offered. Everything reminds me of Sunday lunch at grandma's house.
06/09/2025: A positive experience at this small, very clean and welcoming village restaurant. The waiter was very kind and spoke the menu to us, happily explaining the various dishes. The selection is very extensive; we had a mixed antipasto with cured meats, ravioli, tagliatelle with walnut sauce and homemade ragù, veal with tuna sauce, and 4 desserts + amari. We really enjoyed the potato salad (instead of the usual Russian salad), the savory pie, and the figs. The pasta was fantastic. I think the veal with tuna sauce could be improved on the meat, because the accompanying sauce is very good, to my taste. I recommend the apple pie to everyone; we were rightly told about the significant amount of apples in the recipe. They have a great selection of amari and whiskeys, some of which are truly special and unusual. With water, coffee, and wine, we spent €160 for four, which I think was fair for the quality and quantity. Recommended!

10/12/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria where you can savor classic Italian dishes. PROS: Homemade cuisine and truly generous portions. I tried the penne with tomato, tuna, and olives and the veal with tuna sauce and couldn't finish them! CONS: The restaurant is located on a very busy road, so there's a lack of parking. It's also always crowded with construction workers on weekdays, so it's not always easy to find a seat. They're very quick, so all you have to do is wait a bit and they'll seat you. Recommended.
