22/05/2025: I stopped by this place one afternoon and wanted a cold drink without alcohol. The girl at the counter, with great courtesy, kindness and professionalism, offered me an excellent non-alcoholic alternative. I give 5 stars because the place was very clean and the girl was really nice, helpful and always attentive to everyone. Really excellent non-alcoholic. I will definitely go back

11/04/2025: Excellent breakfasts but the staff are very rude and sulky towards female customers... Personal experience... In public courtesy and helpfulness are almost a must and with everyone, not just with male customers. It's a shame because the atmosphere on the contrary is very welcoming.

15/05/2025: “A true and authentic restaurant”, immersed in the greenery of the Marche countryside. The environment is rustic and without frills, perfectly in line with the culinary proposal and the natural context in which it is located. The structure is old and quite well-kept, with several seats both inside and outside. After the meal you can take a pleasant walk along the river that leads to the famous waterfalls of Cingoli: an added value not to be underestimated. The road to reach it is not asphalted, but it is well maintained and easily passable. The menu is simple and well-defined: the absolute protagonist is the crescia, accompanied by typical Marche cold cuts and cheeses. There is no shortage of first courses such as tagliatelle and pappardelle, second courses of grilled meat, side dishes and homemade desserts. The prices are quite interesting, especially considering the quality and authenticity of the ingredients. We tried the crescia – excellent – ​​and the pappardelle with wild boar ragù. The pasta, rough and cooked al dente, was very good; the sauce, however, in my personal taste, had a too strong tomato flavor that covered a bit the flavor of the wild boar meat, cut into rather large cubes. I wasn't crazy about it. Even though we were full, we decided to finish with a dessert. I chose the Catalan, which I often prepare at home, and I found it well made and pleasant. Overall, an excellent stop for those looking for home cooking, generous portions and a simple and sincere atmosphere, immersed in the Marche nature.

La cucina, nobile senza essere snob, danza tra le onde dell’ironia e della bontà L'antipasto misto sembra una flotta di caravelle: ognuna porta in dono un’intuizione, una sfida, il silenzio, si fa introspezione dei nuovi sensi... Il primo piatto, Spaghettone artigianale Di melecche e cazole, è un inno liturgico: le forchette diventano incensieri, e ogni boccone è un verso del Cantico del mare... Tra il rumore delle onde, E il profumo delle portate Il paradiso si rivela, Il corpo si sazia, L'anima si solleva, Ed il cuore ride a pieni denti, Con una briciola sul labbro, Al caffè del marinaio, Con biscotti all'anice, Anche il tempo getta l'ancora... 13/04/2025: Neanche lontanamente dal nome pastiera (pastiera monoporzione praticamente una crostata alla arancia, per favore cambia il nome.. Non fa schifo solo che è una crostata all arancia quindi cambia il nome... si sente solo la fiala di fior d arancio) pagata anche 3 euro

Bucatini alla forma serviti sulla mezza forma di Grana veramente molto buoni. Ottime le scaloppine al limone, la grgliata mista e gli gnocchi all'anatra. Tornerò

15/02/2025: Sono stato per caso, eravamo di strada ed abbiamo visto le recensioni che ne parlavano bene. Abbiamo voluto provare e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Personale cortese, porzioni oneste e tutto buono. Abbiamo mangiato primi contorni e tagliere. Da fuori non gli avrei dato fiducia, purtroppo sta in una zona un po’ anonima, ha però un buon parcheggio gratuito lì vicino. Insomma se gli date fiducia a mio avviso sarete ripagati.

22/06/2025: 04/26/2025 Returning from the splendid Offida we had dinner in this wonderful restaurant inspired by the external scenography. Well, what can I say... perfect interiors, fantastic staff and F-A-V-O-L-O-S food!!!!!!!! And as a Venetian I guarantee the exceptional wines they offer to customers. Applause to all the staff.

25/06/2025: Nothing to say about the pizza and the quality of the products.. especially the fried pizza excellent.. but as for the staff and the service fully disappointed.. rude starting from the cashier and all the employees.. I have been doing this job for 25 years and the first thing is the welcome to the customer and the smile.. and in addition we asked for a pizza with sausage and we were told that they only used seasonal products and therefore the sausage was not there because it was not in season🫣 instead the würstel are in season?🤔
