The dishes are refined and delicious. Each plate is perfectly executed. As good as it is beautiful. The service is impeccable. The wines are excellent.

I've been to this place once, and I was satisfied. I'd heard good things about Ramé, and I confirmed the positive comments. The menu is excellent, and the off-menu items are worth trying. The service is attentive and knowledgeable: the bill isn't excessive, considering the location and the high quality of the food.

This little place is a gem! Four of us went last night and had a wonderful meal! The fish was of the highest quality, with interesting combinations and a delicacy that fully satisfies the palate. We all enjoyed the dishes we chose and were pleasantly surprised! The service is excellent; you can immediately see the owner's precision, dedication, and in-depth knowledge (of both food and wine)! You can definitely feel the refinement and passion in this place! The bill was absolutely excellent for the quality and the dishes chosen! The place is charming and welcoming. I loved the color combinations! Nothing, absolutely nothing, is left to chance. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was perfect, the prices were in line with the (very high) quality of the food. A quiet restaurant with limited seating, perfect for intimate dinners or small groups. Impeccable service, especially the manager, who is always ready and available and driven by a passion for what he does. I highly recommend the first dish in the photo (cappelletti all'interno), which, however, is off the menu. If you're curious to try it, just be smart and ask for it over the phone when you book.

05/04/2026: I went to this restaurant for Easter 2026. I've been back for about a couple of hours. The food, location, and staff were excellent. I asked for a couple of changes to the Easter menu. They were happy with it. The food was sublime and the staff were extremely friendly. It's not my first time there, and I'll definitely continue to go.

08/09/2025: A charming location nestled in the square of an ancient village. Excellent dishes with mixed cured meats and the new, truly delicious pizza. The setting and atmosphere are perfect, expertly managed by the staff.
31/08/2025: We were there on a Sunday, two of us with a two-and-a-half-year-old. The fact that the square wasn't accessible to cars allowed us to fully enjoy an excellent prosecco and a white wine while engaging in a pleasant conversation with the owner, Graziano, an energetic and enterprising person, helpful and kind, as was the bartender. The child played happily in the square while we relaxed like we hadn't in a long time. The cured meats and cheeses on the platter were excellent, especially the ciauscolo, which isn't found everywhere. Highly recommended!!!
