23/10/2025: A truly disappointing experience. I came for lunch with a friend and unfortunately we found a hair on our plate. The worst part was the staff's reaction, who instead of apologizing accused us of having put it there on purpose because "we didn't like the dish." I find this behavior absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering that the hair was black and short, while I have blonde, curly hair and my friend has long, light brown hair. We wanted to have a quiet lunch, but we left feeling really annoyed. We definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone looking for a restaurant that respects their customers.

22/10/2025: A friend and I went to this place because it was very beautiful and had very good reviews. After the evening, I don't understand these reviews. Once seated at our table, we prepared to book via QR code, selecting the dinner menu (all you can eat) for €30, a price that seemed justified, especially considering the photos of the food on the menu. Never have expectations been so misleading; what you see on the menu doesn't even remotely reflect what you'll be served. For example, the fried hossomaki are half the size of those shown in the photos. Furthermore, the situation gets worse when the food I eat doesn't taste interesting, oscillating between student cafeteria flavors and food soaked in spices and therefore lacking a distinct flavor based on the ingredients. I'd like to commend both the service, which, aside from a few niggles, was quick and efficient, and the ambiance, which is nevertheless very elegant and intimate.

28/06/2025: Very well stocked tobacco bar, friendly and helpful staff. Open as early as 5:30 in the morning during the week, ideal for a quick coffee before going to work. Top!

16/10/2025: I often pass through the area for work and enjoy stopping here. It's a great place for a quick break. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is quick. Barbara, in particular, is always kind and smiling, something that's becoming increasingly rare these days. A small gesture that really makes a difference!

15/10/2025: For work, I often travel around Lombardy. Today I stopped at the Torri Bianche for a quick break and found a really nice and cheerful saleswoman at the counter: Thanks to Barbara for the delicious coffee affogato she made me... It really made my day 👍👍👍

26/05/2025: Sono romano e da pochi mesi a Milano per lavoro. Un collega mi ha detto: "devo portarti in un posto dove fanno una carbonara strepitosa" e allora non ho resistito. Carbonara fantastica. Anche il locale e il servizio all'altezza della cucina. Bravissimi sia lo chef che Marco in sala. Consigliato vivamente. Ci tornerò. Roberto

02/10/2025: THE PARKING LOT Arrival. First mission: parking. The parking lot isn't Malpensa Airport, but it's not the dead-end street outside my house either: a space shared with American Graffiti. A sort of car condominium, but I always find my spot in the end. And that, in itself, puts me in a good mood. THE ROOM: LIGHT, AIR, AND STRESS-FREE TABLES I enter and breathe. It's an airy, bright place, with enough tables to avoid ending up eating on your neighbor's knee. Here, the concept of "fast food" doesn't just mean "eating quickly," but also "not staying too long": and so the turnover is natural, a bit like the tides. If you want a seat, don't despair: there's almost always a place to find. THE MENU "La Piadineria" is a chain, and it shows: the layout and menu are replicated like a successful copy-and-paste. But at least the piadina can be customized: regular, whole wheat, and even a few variations that make those who have recently made peace with the scale feel less guilty. A wide selection, even for chronically indecisive palates. SERVICE Here, the story becomes epic. Behind the counter, there's almost always just one person: a human multitasker who darts between the register and the coffee machine with the grace of a caffeinated hummingbird. The result? The line gets longer, people huff and puff, the neurotic ones start their foot-tapping dance. Then, finally, you order, and, surprise, the piadina arrives as fast as lightning. WELCOME: CHRONICLE OF AN ABSENCE FORETOLD Don't expect Hollywood smiles or greetings: here, no one asks "how are you." But it's not rudeness, it's survival. When you work with lines of impatient hungry people, the time for "welcome" evaporates. PRICE AND QUALITY: THE BILL (ALMOST) PAYS OFF Here comes the trickiest part: the price. It's not exactly "fast food" (forget the €5 menu with a drink included). But the quality is there; the piadina is good and easy to digest. CONCLUSION "La Piadineria" is the perfect place for a quick break that won't make you miss the company cafeteria. An experience that balances pragmatism and the poetry of simplicity. Final rating: three stars (with a round of applause for the counter athlete, who deserves a gold medal).

02/10/2025: I ordered takeout, Coke 0 and sweet piadina never arrived, I tried calling several times and no answer!!!! And in all this I'm waiting!! I had ordered the dessert on purpose

27/09/2025: Nice place with a tobacconist, good beer, the price of a juice is a bit too high at 4 euros. And I thought the aperitif would be a bit more substantial. The rest of the place is clean.

21/10/2025: I was in Agrate for lunch yesterday and I don't think I'll be back. When I asked for a tray to bring everything to the table (piadina, water, and napkins), the server agreed only after I bought more chips, despite having explained my difficulties due to my arm disability. Terrible service, one star only because it's the only thing that can be given less.

10/10/2025: Two stars only because the food is good. I often go to this chain in other countries, too, and I have to say the service here is terrible. The staff is lazy and has no desire to work. Plus, at the entrance, it says you can get a Nutella mini pizza for €1. I go to the cashier and they charge me €2.50 (crazy). I'm attaching a photo of the piadina in question, practically half empty and with a cereal dough I didn't request. I'm not one to complain to staff, especially when they seem so lazy at work. So I didn't say anything, but I work next door and you've definitely lost a regular customer.

15/08/2025: I've had takeout pizzas, and they're really good and light. They stayed that way even when you got them home, whereas they usually become rubbery after takeout. Congratulations 👍

14/08/2025: Lunch included a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee for €12. After the first course, the second course (lemon chicken) arrived: upon first bite, I noticed an unusual flavor. Shortly after, the waiter took the dish away, saying the kitchen had asked me not to eat it. At the cashier, the girl confirmed that "the meat wasn't fresh this morning." When it came time to get the bill, instead of the expected €12, they asked me for €13, explaining that "the first course and side dish cost this much," as if I had chosen this option myself. I found it surprising that, despite acknowledging the problem with the second course, the price was not only not adjusted, but actually increased.

21/05/2025: I ate pasta with prawns but the pasta was raw, we asked for bread twice and not knowing anything, they also made us pay €3 each, cover charge €3 and water €3, coffee €3, with a reduced menu (3 first courses, 3 second courses) paying €22 for a dish in which there was a very small portion of pasta.

05/10/2025: I was out and about in Seregno one stormy morning when a bar came into view. As I walked in, I could smell the artisanal coffee. The staff at the counter were friendly and bright. I had two coffees and a croissant and appreciated how clean the place was. ☕️☕️

04/10/2025: I stopped by on a cloudy Saturday around lunchtime. It was empty, but still, as is often the case with many places, they weren't chatting or distracted, and they kept me waiting. The female staff were welcoming, smiling, and courteous. The coffee was good (with the dirty water from the coffee brewed earlier dispensed; lately, it's been a miracle to find baristas who do this) accompanied by a glass of water, a rare treat in the north, and homemade brownies. All this at an excellent price/quality ratio for a clean, bright, and well-designed bar, just steps from the train station. Everyone judges based on their own needs and what they received.

31/08/2025: When I go to Busnago, it's a regular stop.

23/08/2025: The quality/price ratio was out of proportion, too expensive, the food was decent but the quantity was small and the potatoes were too dry. 2 euros for a cover charge for lunch without a tablecloth on a table that wasn't even very clean.
