24/03/2025: We arrived at the piadina shop around 7pm and there was very little availability of products for the choice of piadinas it was reduced to 2 types, nevertheless the service was slow and the tables had not been cleaned... let's say that the piadina itself wasn't bad but for a place that only makes piadinas you don't have products to fill them with it makes me a little strange

29/01/2025: I often go to eat during my lunch break at this chain and unfortunately this time it did not meet my expectations. The chicken was not well cooked and the piadina tasted of nothing. It's a shame because in all the ones I've gone to I've always had a good time, I must have been unlucky.

03/12/2024: Lifeline when in the middle of the towers you are undecided about where to go. Friendly staff and, when possible, outdoor tables to enjoy the sun. The only flaw, there is no savory food at breakfast. Advised!

Alla cassa c'è una signora poco adatta alla posizione. Ti accoglie con evidente fastidio, senza salutare al momento del conto e senza salutare nemmeno prima dell'uscita; Alla cassa un comportamento di stizza e disprezzo verso il cliente non ti invoglia più a tornare, nonostante le cameriere che in un momento di grande affluenza sono state pronte e veloci.

12/03/2025: Terrible service. Ice cream cones thrown into the first bin, served with wet latex gloves placing a dirty rag and cleaning spray on them. Of course you don't understand that you're doing something bullshit.....
11/02/2025: Watery and flavorless ice cream, 4 flavors in the tub, the flavors cannot be distinguished.
Given the fairly high price one also expects quality!
