17/09/2025: I went today to buy two croissants. I used to come here often, but then I started preferring local bakeries with much better products and prices. Alas, today I didn't have a car, and it was the closest place. €2.50 for a frozen croissant is already absurd, and I'm left with an additional €1 for asking for a box. As the cashier, perhaps the manager, said, you pay for the service, but you have to say so and avoid these unpleasant surprises. There's a lot of competition out there, and there are some excellent places in Seveso. If you treat your customers poorly or aren't honest and transparent with them, they'll make different choices! I should add that I politely asked for an extra euro, and the rude response about the service being paid shows a lack of professionalism. I would have paid for the box if the person at the counter hadn't been so rude, especially considering they'd already dirtied it. A little kindness and the ability to communicate with people wouldn't hurt. I used to do this job too, but when I got tired of it, I changed. I read the reviews before coming, and unfortunately the negative ones aren't lying. What a shame!!! Obviously, I won't be going back.

From the moment I entered, the welcome was cold and unprofessional: the dining room staff appeared distracted, rude, and unwilling to handle customer requests with care and respect. Wait times were excessively long, even for simple orders, and the responses I received were often annoyed, if not downright rude. However, what made this experience truly unacceptable was the cashier's behavior when I received the bill. Completely gratuitously and without any context, she made an extremely offensive comment toward me, stating—in a sarcastic and contemptuous tone—that "you have cancer anyway," as if it were a joke or an acceptable remark. This was a very serious remark, which touched on a personal and sensitive topic with a lightheartedness and vulgarity that was absolutely intolerable. To make matters worse, the same person then continued with sexist remarks, demonstrating a total lack of professionalism, human respect, and sensitivity. I report this incident with deep sadness, but also with a sense of responsibility: no customer should ever have to face such humiliation in a public place. The food, while decent, is absolutely not enough to compensate for a service tainted by rudeness and a lack of empathy. I strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone who values ​​dignity and respect in the relationship between customer and staff.

If you enjoy the thrill of stunt parking or are a fan of "I'll put on my hazard lights and see," then you're in the right place. ATMOSPHERE: LIGHTS, SHADOWS, AND CHANGING LEDS The interior is spacious, airy, and well-lit. The LED lamp above each table changes color like a changing mood, but it succeeds in its purpose: it gives the evening that touch of intimacy that never hurts. The only shame is that the tables are a little too close together: you feel part of a big extended family, even if you don't know anyone. MENU The menu is generous, varied, and appetizing. We opted for the apericena, choosing a full menu: honest portions and a selection that's filling without boring. The philosophy is clear: you come here for substance rather than aesthetics. DRINKS: PROSECCO PASSED, SPRITZ IN THE CARE UNIT The Prosecco does its job: sparkling, fresh, and timely. 28/09/2025: Last night we went to this place for the first time. It's a simple place; I think it seats about 30, but they also do takeout. I was very hesitant, but when we arrived, the girl greeted us with a smile, kindness, and politeness, making us feel at ease and having a peaceful evening. The food was plentiful and good for 8 euros. I've read other comments about people who were sick, but the six of us had no problems and our food was fine. I'm especially keen to point out, because I saw it with my own eyes: at 10:30 PM, the entire staff began thoroughly cleaning the entire kitchen, so much so that I joked if Borghese were to arrive. Anyway, it was a great experience, and one I'd repeat.

They're covered in chips and it's unhygienic. There's not much beer on tap, the prices for drinks are high, as is the cost of seeing the band, which has increased to €5.

Not being a fool, I checked the temperature and it seemed reheated. It had no flavor and was a bit dry. Not wanting to argue, I ate it and then paid. I decided to write this review because at 7 PM my mouth was "pastey." Could it have been a stroke of bad luck? I'll try again in a month and come back for lunch.
