03/09/2025: If you're forced to clock in at 1:00 PM, you'll arrive at the appetizer buffet after everyone who arrives earlier and doesn't have work commitments has already eaten up everything. Therefore, no one takes care of those CUSTOMERS who arrive later due to unforeseen circumstances. For years, Leffe Blonde has been listed on the menu board as a BOTTOM-FERMENTED beer, when in fact it's a TOP-FERMENTED one. When repeatedly asking who to contact to point out the error, the staff member is unable to provide any information, and the report falls on deaf ears. Most of the waitresses on the service staff are cold and aloof in their interactions with CUSTOMERS. The only exceptions are the newly hired waitresses, who quickly end up replicating the attitude of their more senior colleagues. If I were the manager, I'd try to understand the reason, since the human factor becomes crucial to attracting customers who reject a one-to-one relationship with the car, just as happens at the fast food restaurant almost next door. Pollicino's strong point is undoubtedly the price, and clearly, expecting more from them becomes difficult. In fact, to keep the price competitive, they had to eliminate broccoli from the buffet (the ones au gratin with cheese were EXCELLENT), which was an added incentive to visit. What's certain is that, to attract people who work from home rather than in the office for lunch, a greater effort would be needed, especially on the part of the management, which, it seems, is quite absent.

27/09/2025: poor service, they treat you badly on the phone, hanging up on you, they brought me the piadina wrongly, asking me for the other one back telling me that they would eat it later, but at least the delivery guy had a lot of stuff

26/05/2025: Besides the fact that the pizza is nothing special. A large focaccia, to be clear, the size of a slice, so much so that it was dancing in the single slice box, with two pieces of courgettes, two pieces of aubergines, two Grains of mozzarella, in addition to everything wrapped up and taken out of the fridge so not even made at the moment, reheated ... once at the cash register 10 euros. I mean come on. It was the second time I went, the First already okay, taking a tray seemed a lot to me but never mind. You will say but don't you look at the prices before ordering??? If there were, yes .. but since there aren't .. be careful because in my opinion the price is daily. and my friend 10 euros for a focaccia, but Then what focaccia come on.. I don't know okay. 18/07/2025: In trasferta per lavoro, ci imbattiamo in questa "Hostaria" ad Agrate, in una zona che non ispira certo grandi aspettative — e infatti. Il cibo è buono, niente da dire, ma scoprire un piatto di pasta “fuori menù” a 23 euro è stato come trovare il tartufo... senza il tartufo. Il conto? Un’esperienza a parte: coperto a 4 euro (con tovagliolo di carta e zero tovaglia — forse il coperto era per l’atmosfera?), caffè a 2,50 euro, roba che a Portofino ti fanno lo sconto per simpatia. Nel complesso: prezzi da centro storico di Firenze, servizio da sagra di paese e location da parcheggio aziendale. Una di quelle esperienze che non dimentichi... ma non per i motivi giusti.

13/07/2025: Mi duole constatare che i due tipi di carbonara del menù, entrambi ordinati, non avevano un sapore definito, non si sentiva il sapore dell'uovo né del pepe. Un retrogusto di bruciaticcio copriva tutti i sapori. Ok la cremosità e l'abbondanza, ma non si capisce cosa si mangia. Mangiate di migliori.... purtroppo.

03/10/2025: Hi, my name is Monica. I usually go to the pizzeria near Hula Hop, but sometimes I don't feel like going that far, so I come here. A few days ago, I witnessed an episode of rude jokes and conflicting opinions, which really pissed me off, to the point of snapping back and being kicked out. I wouldn't recommend coming here; there are better pizzerias nearby. You can't even eat inside. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

07/09/2025: A good place to stop for lunch or even in the evening if you're not expecting gourmet dishes. The cutlet was really good. Excellent value for money.
