12/05/2026: Terrible experience. Dirty place... not to mention the bathrooms. If you go in, you'll get cholera or hepatitis C.

27/04/2026: The bathroom was filthy and smelled so bad it could kill a poisoned person. There was no ventilation, the toilet seat was broken, and the toilet didn't flush on one side. Yet you had to spend money to use it. A disgrace for such a large multinational!

03/05/2026: I returned yesterday for lunch after almost twenty years and found the same atmosphere as back then. The meat is a sure thing. The location is unique, with a beautiful wooden slatted floor, plenty of space (being a skillfully restored and renovated mill, the warehouse has a very high ceiling), attentive service, and reasonable prices.

But this time, I had an experience worthy of recognition. I messed up by buying the wrong washing machine, and both the store manager and a shelf stacker went above and beyond to resolve the issue in such a naturally professional, proactive, lucid, and courteous manner that it felt like another world. I hope this atmosphere, which is undoubtedly created by the personal and professional maturity of the workers who assisted me, is taken into consideration by management, because it represents an asset worth far more than all the advertising they do on television. 28/06/2025: I passed by here by chance while I was in Desio and I discovered a truly surprising place, I ordered a complete kebab dish and it was good! tasty meat well cooked abundant and accompanied by rice chips (extra charge) hot bread and fresh vegetables. Generous portions all served with care and cleanliness, fast and courteous service, quiet and welcoming environment perfect for a tasty and satisfying lunch break in the center of Desio. I will definitely return if I am in the area again Highly recommended!:)

21/12/2025: I ordered three pizzas through Deliveroo for myself, my husband, and our son. Delivery was scheduled for 7:00 PM, but the delivery driver arrived at 8:10 PM! We tried calling the restaurant the whole time, but they didn't answer. They only answered around 8:00 PM, and the girl on the phone, besides not apologizing for the inconvenience, was very rude and dismissive, simply saying, "Hey, it'll be here!" We often order pizza from other pizzerias through Deliveroo, and it's never happened. Inconveniences can happen, but I think the restaurant manager should handle it differently. This is truly unacceptable! Furthermore, the pizza isn't even among the best. I'll give it 1 star because 0 isn't possible, but... ZERO RATING!

07/01/2026: I'd been told over the phone that fish dishes were available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (in addition to the usual fried shrimp and calamari), so we decided to go on Sunday, but once there, we were told the full menu was only available on Friday and Saturday. However, the fried calamari and shrimp weren't anything special, and the supplì weren't either. The place wasn't heated enough.

10/12/2025: Surreal experience. We sat down at 12:30 to eat two toasted sandwiches and a sandwich. We ordered and were told there would be a wait because there was a table of about a dozen people ahead of us. I thought, "Okay, we'll have to wait half an hour... 40 minutes..." So we ordered two toasted sandwiches and a sandwich at 12:30. At 1:50, they asked us if we needed to order. We got up and left. Too bad you can't give a 0. Waiting an hour and a half for two toasted sandwiches and not receiving them is surreal.
