I was deeply humbled when I saw a video posted by the restaurant on social media, which ironically stated that customers who help clear the table "break the €10 bills." (Exact words). I understand the joke, but the result is very unpleasant: it conveys a sense of superiority and disregard for those who, with simplicity, show politeness and helpfulness. In a sector that thrives on hospitality and courtesy, I find it inelegant to mock those who behave kindly. Of course, this is my personal opinion, but I believe that the way a restaurant chooses to communicate speaks volumes about the respect and professionalism it has for its customers, especially in times when true "professionalism" must be demonstrated when these things happen. For the sake of their business and reputation, I encourage the manager to remove content like this. It's a sign of a mistake and that we should learn from poor communication.
