The food is very ordinary, with many stale ingredients (like the cheese, for example) that seem to have been there a while. The atmosphere is awful. I can't say anything negative about the staff, nor anything positive; they're not very attentive. I doubt I'll go back.

Lots of stuff, great all-you-can-eat option, drinks are a bit pricey so be careful; food tastes good, wide selection, shame about the quality.

This La Fabbrica dei Sapori (The Flavor Factory) compares favorably with other smaller and more diverse establishments. This place serves you self-service. You can order your own food. They have a buffet of only fried foods and some pasta and grilled fish. Excellent restaurant for workers who want to spend little and eat a lot.

Warm welcome, modern and spacious, well-air-conditioned. Helpful staff with many dishes served. Wide selection of every delicacy, including meat, fish, and various vegetables. Large sushi area. Lots of delicious desserts, mixed fruit salad with ice cream. We had a great time and I highly recommend it. Thank you so much.

It's part of an all-you-can-eat chain with fixed prices, run by Asians and present in several locations in Brianza. Of all the restaurants I've visited so far, it's the most compact in terms of space, both between tables and in the self-service area. The food is of good quality, with carefully selected and high-quality ingredients, but it's worth noting that I was there on Mother's Day, and the fixed price was increased. Unlike other restaurants in the same chain, I found the grilling area interesting, but I noticed the lack of signage regarding the foods in the self-service areas. The dessert/ice cream/fruit area is chaotic and confusing. Sorbet can be ordered for a supplement by asking the waiters, but they are few in number compared to the number of customers, resulting in long waits. One downside is the parking: there's very little reserved parking within the premises, and nearby parking is difficult to find.
