31/08/2025: A terrible experience at this restaurant, if we dare call it that. There's little good to say... but there's truly so much to say about the negatives I experienced during my two-hour stay here. Gluten-free products don't seem to exist for the waitress, who served us with disinterest and complete disinterest. The platter served didn't match the description on the menu (the cheeses weren't even included!). To make matters worse, once we pointed out the omission, the waitress herself displayed her best behavior: indifference, apathy, nonchalance, detachment, and coldness. In the absence of an alternative to bread to accompany the semi-platter I was—unwillingly—looking at, I politely requested a gluten-free focaccia made with the pizza dough offered by the restaurant (gluten-free, of course): to say the least, it was disgusting and tasteless. I don't want to go into too much detail because I'd risk wasting my time on a business that needs to be freed as soon as possible from the incompetence of certain unprofessional and embarrassing individuals. The lady at the cash register (who works in the kitchen) was kind, helpful, and smiling, unlike her colleague. 26/05/2025: Terribile. Le ragazze erano nel retro e sono uscite (una pilendosi la bocca probabilmente dopo i o spuntino). Pagato 5€ per un trancio di pizza e aspettato 10 e dico DIECI minuti perché la acaldassero. Preciso! Ero il primo. E sono state servite prima di me (snack un po' più corposo) altre persone. Servizio direi poco professionale e superficiale. Per questo darei voto mezza stella.... Ma non si può.

During the Governolo festival, I had the pleasure of savoring an ice cream cone from Pasticceria Gelateria Mazzali, featuring Bacio and Hazelnut flavors, shortly before DJ Yano's performance in the charming Parco della Bonifica. 🍦 The ice cream was excellent: creamy, with an authentic, artisanal flavor, with a perfect balance between the sweetness of the Bacio and the roundness of the hazelnut. A genuine product. 👏 Kudos also to the staff, extremely courteous and professional, welcoming customers with a smile and providing impeccable service, even in a crowded setting like the festival. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, authenticity, and a memorable tasting experience.

26/10/2025: Excellent piadina, as always at the group's restaurants. The bathroom is locked and has a sign saying "out of order." It's a shame it's not posted at the entrance, so you can decide beforehand whether or not to come in. I only saw it after paying... As soon as I leave, I'll quickly look for a bar for a coffee and the bathroom, hoping it's open.

19/09/2025: Initially, the bar had made a good impression: well-kept and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't up to par. There were four of us, and three of us ordered at the counter. One of us was served immediately, but the rest of us (despite the place being almost empty) had our orders taken late, while other customers who arrived at the counter after us were served immediately. When we simply asked if there was table service, the response was rude and unprofessional. As soon as we finished breakfast, we were rudely told that we couldn't occupy the table "for two drinks" (even though we were actually ordering three). I find this behavior unacceptable: the bar was practically empty, and there was no need to make us get up. It was rude and completely unmotivated, and it truly outraged me. It's a shame, because the place could have potential, but the service and the attitude toward casual customers were very disappointing. I don't recommend it.

07/09/2025: Early afternoon, I walk in. I'm the only customer. The dining room is in complete chaos; it looks like they're moving. The sink is full of dirty dishes. In a basket of oranges, ants are crawling over a sliced ​​orange. I consider changing bars, but I haven't seen any others along the way. I get a coffee. And when I read the price on the register, I'm surprised. "It's €1.50?" I ask for confirmation. The lady behind the counter immediately gets annoyed. "Why? How much do you think it should cost?" I clarify that I'm not trying to haggle, that I'm just surprised (and here she, the shopkeeper, launches into a heated argument, peppered with chin raises and tse-tse! tones, I repeat, of a shopkeeper towards a customer who has promptly paid and is on the way out. Forever, of course), since in other bars in the city I've paid €1.30. When, at this point, she calls me a liar, I'll walk away and tell you. Maybe that way you can avoid it.
