Lin Japanese Restaurant In Mantova

I'm a huge sushi fan. I'll start by saying that I travel a lot, so I've tried quite a few: I wouldn't return to this place. Why? I found the salmon tartare completely squashed and soaked in sauce, with nothing left of the shape. The fish in the osomaki and uramaki wasn't particularly fresh, in my opinion; and when I ordered the nigiri, there were two inches of hard, cold rice, so I basically had to cut the rice in half to enjoy the slice of fish—which was completely tasteless and very pale. I feel sorry for the people who work there, because they're very nice people. However, I wouldn't recommend it due to the quality of the food.

The food quality was excellent, but the dining room staff was surprisingly super kind, friendly, and professional, with a touch of humanity and passion for the dining room. Congratulations again. We will definitely be back.

I've been for both lunch and dinner. Obviously, dinner offers much more, but the service is still good. As an all-you-can-eat, I'd say it's the best in Mantua. Excellent quality fish.
