07/10/2025: The osteria is an intimate place with a special focus on customer service, offering a modern take on tradition without being forced. The execution and flavor of the risottos and cotoletta are textbook. I don't think I've ever eaten a better fig and hazelnut risotto than this one, and the sausage risotto (the dish of the day) was also special. The cotoletta was sublime, fried in clarified butter, tender meat, golden brown and crispy breading. The price is fair for what you get, and the service is provided by young, enthusiastic women. The wait for the main course is a bit long, not just for the risottos (we arrived at 12:30, but the main course was finished at 2:15), but this is more of a suggestion to the kitchen than a criticism. Congratulations!

All this combined with friendly and attentive service, in a comfortable setting, makes for a truly enjoyable experience. An absolute highlight in the heart of Brianza!

15/09/2025: A comfortable and welcoming family-run retreat. Excellent traditional local cuisine, especially the delicious homemade desserts. The view of the Biandino and Valvarrone valleys is priceless.

28/08/2025: We stayed at the refuge the night between August 24 and August 25, and had a great time! The staff was friendly, calm, welcoming, and always available to answer guests' questions. The refuge, if you start from Alpe Paglio, is located behind a small ridge (so it's not visible until the last stretch of the trail). The rooms are very comfortable, with comfortable beds (despite being bunk beds), and clean bathrooms. I believe the dinner service changes daily and includes a first course, a second course, a dessert, and coffee. In my case, as a vegetarian, I chose tagliatelle with cream and zucchini, polenta accompanied by local cheeses, and a panna cotta with berries. Everything was excellent and the portions generous. Breakfast was perhaps a little sparse (yogurt, cereal, toast) and lacked savory options, but since it's self-service, you can easily go back for a second go. I highly recommend it; the price for half board, considering the quality of the service, is very reasonable! We felt in a very familiar and peaceful environment☺️

14/09/2025: We went to this restaurant last night, recommended by an acquaintance. It has two dining rooms: one larger, slightly darker, and the other more intimate and bright, but it also has a lovely garden that's used on warmer days. All the dishes were highly appreciated: the polenta with warm tomino cheese, the trio of lake fish, the smoked paleta, the sliced ​​beef with arugula and parmesan (really tender and flavorful), the veal morsels with fresh porcini mushrooms, and the desserts. The service was very attentive and precise. The bill was also very reasonable, considering we drank a bottle of Nebbiolo della Valtellina and a glass of Prosecco.

01/10/2025: We spontaneously stopped by for dinner one evening during our vacation and were thrilled. We ate exclusively vegan food, and everything tasted incredible. The value for money was absolutely top-notch. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was superb. Only one member of staff spoke English, and the menu was in Italian, but in the age of smartphones, that's no longer a problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. You do have to allow some time for this, but it's perfect if you just want to eat comfortably and without stress.

27/09/2025: I went with friends last night to this trattoria pizzeria, which I found on Google and chose for its positive reviews. Well, I have to completely confirm what many have written. The pizza (not Neapolitan) has a light dough, and what's more, it's very good. There were six of us, and the dishes varied between starters, main courses, and desserts. The tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms was exquisite, the seared tuna was excellent, the grilled calamari was flavorful, and everything else was of the same quality. It's worth noting that the plating was definitely pleasing to the eye, certainly not basic trattoria fare. The location is also well-kept and tastefully decorated, creating a warm yet informal atmosphere. Special praise goes to the young woman who served us. She was professional and affable, always smiling. She always promptly accommodated our every request. The price was reasonable and definitely acceptable for the overall positive experience. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

13/10/2025: A Tuscan-style restaurant nestled in the Valsassina mountains, an unexpectedly excellent combination. The food is of the highest quality and offers a wide selection, thanks in part to the owner's Tuscan origins, which lend an extra touch of authenticity. The staff is very kind and friendly. Excellent for dates, large dinners, and aperitifs (summer). Highly recommended, despite being a bit isolated from the major towns, but let me tell you, the trip is worth every bite. Reservations are highly recommended. Excellent!

22/09/2025: We ride past on our bikes by chance and stopped for lunch. What a find. Our waitress was charming, the food authentic and lovely. Half the cost of food by the lake. A true authentic trattoria. Not posh but relaxed and charming.

20/09/2025: September 20, 2025. A fantastic surprise, a place from another era. Extremely friendly. Excellent home-made food (maxi ravioli with mushrooms and ricotta, mezze maniche with pancetta and mushrooms, loin and fillet with mushrooms). We couldn't have expected better.
